Comment: As it goes with every year, I forget to make plans for whichever the current holiday is. Usually it can be explained away, the two that cant? Valentines day and mothers day. You forget those and youre a bad guy...THE bad guy. I can always rely on FMEF to get my back. Ive never been on time enough for a custom arrangement, but that doesnt matter. Everything they have in the cooler is a bonafide piece of art. I dont know what magic they put in their water either, but if I get flowers from Publix, theyre dying in a few days, FMEF flowers last for a long time. Thanks for saving Mothers day again.

When I called I spoke with a very nice lady who took my order and delivered it to my mom a day early since i was a bit late to get it for Sunday. From what my mom said, the driver was an “absolute delight” and the flowers were “the most beautifully arranged thing” she had ever seen. I am so happy that express floral was able to fill this order and provide such a great service in the manner they did. Comment: Holy cow this floral shop is amazing. I live in ohio and wanted to send a friend an arrangement to the hospital in Florida. The website says military family owned…we are an Army family sending flowers to another Army family. How perfect. I selected an arrangement of sunflowers. The photo of what showed up to the hospital FAR exceeded the photo on the website. It was absolutely stunning. So many sunflowers in one arrangement. I even ordered after the cut off time for same day delivery but they had it delivered within a few short hours. This is a top notch florist. I highly recommend both their customer service and products.

Comment: My brother and I always take our mother to her radiation therapy appointments down at Lee Memorial Hospital. On the way to pick her up we stop here to get her white tulips, which are her absolute favorite. Dropping by to pick up the flowers is a real pleasure as Kim, the asian lady, is so warm and inviting. Whats more is that my brother is special needs and he always has to place the order and help choose the tulips; to which they oblige in the sweetest fashion. Although he can be difficult at times Kim and her son Ian are so kind and patient with him and it just warms my heart to know that there are good people out there in the world like them. Oh and I almost forgot, they always include a little card to my mother wishing her well, how absolutely sweet of them. Comment: We owe this place a huge thank you for the above and beyond service they did for us today.So, we had a busy weekend of traveling and a busy start to our work week and did not notice that my goddaughter/nieces birthday was today. WE PANICKED! We live in Chicago and our niece lives in Fort Meyers so going to buy something and stopping over at their house was not an option. we had to have a local company deliver something, and quick. So, I called many places (at least FIVE) in the area and pleaded for a delivery of candy or balloons or a stuffed animal, and all said no, the delivery driver is already out on a run and will be done for the day after their route. All of these places that I called market same day delivery when they clearly should not be! Mind you, it was not late in the day, it was 2:30pm here in Chicago and 3:30pm in Florida, so by no means was it very late to consider this request. I was beyond frustrated that no business could help us out with this order.Until I called Express Floral and explained my situation and they immediately (Ian and his mom) said they could do something to help out. I was ECSTATIC! I asked them to come up with something awesome for a two year old birthday and told him our budget (about $75) and gave him the delivery address in Florida of our niece and gave them our payment info. Within an hour we received a video of our niece playing with a teddy bear bigger than her and awesome balloons that said Happy Birthday and a personalized card from us. The delivery made it within an hour, the day was saved, our niece received a life size teddy bear and we were able to keep our title of the Best Uncles ever!THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU to the team at Ft Myers Express Floral! Comment: I am the daughter of a high end floral designer who worked in Sarasota and Longboat Key for many years. Because of this, I always give the designer creative rights just explaining what it is for. This allows them to use the freshest flowers available and doesnt box them in when they design. I have received and sent arrangements from Express and have been impressed with the creativity and design. I have also felt the amount and type of flowers in the arrangement added up to more than I paid for.

Comment: I live in Alabama and have never been to Ft. Myers. One of my best friends had to come down here to be with family due to an emergency. I wanted to send her flowers to cheer her up and picked this florist based on the google reviews.John, thank you so much for making a difficult time a little easier with your floral arrangement. It was beautiful and at a great price. I highly recommend this flower shop! You will not be dissappointed at all!

Comment: Ft. Myers Express Floral created a custom orchid plant for my mom before Mothers Day. John went over in detail on the phone with me what I wanted so that everything would be perfect. When my mom called to thank me for the flowers she could barely speak as she was crying so much (tears of joy). She said that it was the most beautiful presentation that she had ever seen! She described everything including the special vase chosen, the quality and color of the flowers and special touches that this florist incorporated. I have sent her a number of flowers over the years but nothing made the impact that this florist created on her!

Comment: If you want a beautiful, unique floral arrangement (fresh or artificial) Ft. Myers Express Floral is the place to go. George, the floral designer, is so creative and his arrangements are beautiful. Kim, the owner, is very professional and helpful. John, is an interior designer and brings his knowledge of design into play for the many weddings they help create. If you go there, be sure to tell them Adele sent you. I am their biggest fan. :-) My house is full of arrangements from Express Floral.

Comment: I ordered flowers as a gift for someone in Fort Myers. The recipient was absolutely thrilled with the arrangement and the photos that I have seen (I am thousands of miles away) are most impressive. I am very pleased with the outcome and would happily use Ft. Myers Express Floral again.

Comment: I called them at 1:15 in the afternoon and needed them to put together 7 dozens flowers for delivery that afternoon. They not only accomplished that feat but the recipient said that They are hands down the biggest and most beautiful flowers I have ever seen. And I still had money left in my pocket afterwards. They were delivered within 2 hours.I will from now on use them for all of my frequent floral needs and recommend them to everyone!Mark
