Comment: I received a beautiful arrangement that was placed in floral foam. I wasn’t home but the person that brought it into my house did not know to fill it with water. Hours later many of the flowers were already wilted And beyond saving. I noticed on the tag that if yr “not completely satisfied” let us know. I called just to say they should put a visible card that says to water rt. Away. I wasnt in anticipation of a replacement but they insisted, the one they sent was larger and more beautiful than the first. If I want to order flowers this is where I will call from now on. They are the best!

Comment: I called Genes 5th Ave. Florist late afternoon on valentines weekend. (busiest day for all florist) to have a delivery for my aunt who had emergency surgery. The very next day Genes 5th Ave. Florist made that delivery to the hospital with out any extra charge. The bouquet was beautiful and the fragrance was just wonderful. It made me a hero and it gave my 87 year old aunt a warm smile.Thank you Genes 5th Ave. Florist. You will always be my go to florist in Naples.Mike

Comment: Ordered a boutonniere and wrist corsage for my sons homecoming. They were beautiful despite the supply chain shortage of blue ink. I believe the womans name was Marci and she was so pleasant and helpful. My son and husband were running late for a Saturday pick up and Genes persistently called to make sure they got there on time to have the flowers. They stayed late so my son could get the flowers for that evening(a service that every man needs!) Thank you!

Comment: Gene’s is hands down fabulous. I live on the West Coast, and am terrible about remembering birthdays and other holidays that are meaningful. For the past 6 years, I’ve called Gene’s in a panic cause I need an arrangement sent pronto, and every single time I’m met with absolute sweetness and willingness to help get me out of my mess. Beyond that, the arrangements blow the recipient away every single time. Fresh, long lasting, gorgeously arranged, perfect selection. Comment: I received flowers for Mothers Day.....were beautiful. Sorry to say, was sent flower for my birthday, and very disappointed. The arrangement was mediocre at best, and worst of all, the roses did not open, just wilted and flopped. The other flowers the same. In all, was disappointed.After writing this review, called the florist. So, after expressing my disappointment, was sent another arrangement the same day looking better than the original. Was pleasantly surprised and wanted to say thank you for caring and standing by your your word. I definitely appreciate your care and concern that I was pleased.

Comment: I have been using Genes on 5th for quite a few years. When my Grandma was alive she treasured the little baskets they would put together for her. I even used them for my wedding. Today my husband ordered a bouquet for me and asked them to make it a little special....BOY DID THEY!! It is the largest, fullest, most impressive display of roses Ive EVER seen. It is as tall as my office desk, and the smell is out of this world. Even though I have always been pleased with their work, they really went above and beyond. I highly recommend them to everyone! Comment: My experience was so over the top that I had to leave feedback. I had originally order a basket to go out and was told by a customer service rep, at the last minute, that they wouldnt be able to deliver the gift. I was beyond disappointed and couldnt swallow the fact that the gift would not be delivered on my mothers birthday on behalf of my children. I called place after place and couldnt find a single soul to help me seeing that it was already 3:30 p.m. After many no, sorrys and being hung up on, I finally spoke to a woman at this establishment, Judy. She saved me. She went above and beyond to help me get a bouquet of flowers delivered for me by the end of the same day. She was not only a life savor but a creator of art. The bouquet was nothing less than perfect. She not only made my mothers birthday perfect but made my day equally perfect. I would recommend this Florist over any other. Better than an internet based company in my opinion, the freshest scented flowers with a touch of heart felt emotion goes a long way. These are the kind of people that make any business proud and successful. I will definitely use this florist again. I hope everyone does too. Thank you.

Comment: The wife loved the roses and silver vase for Valentine’s day. I have finally found a florist I can trust and start using for all my flower orders. The prices are comparable to all of the other florists in Naples. I simply went online picked out what I wanted and that was what was ordered, I love when that happens. Although I received a confirmation email, I still called just to double check and they were very friendly and helpful.Happy Wife happy life!!!!!
