Comment: I am not happy. I asked for early am delivery to my sister who was in the hospital. I got an email saying the flowers were delivered at 10:30 am. It turns out the hospital never brought them up to her! This is actually an edited review, because I originally blamed the florist in error. I think it’s terrible that nobody brings the flowers up to the patients. My brother-in-law had to go back to the hospital to retrieve the flowers because they never brought them to her room.I have since spoken to my sister and she sent me a picture of the flowers and they are absolutely beautiful so, my apologies to Giordano‘s for mistakingly being mad at them. Thank you for the prompt delivery. Shame on that hospital! The flowers say at the front desk for 4 hours!

Comment: Four and a half stars for this order. It was a very nice arrangement of flowers, but I guess I was just expecting a few more roses in it for $350. I got a two dozen arrangement for my wife on our anniversary a year ago and it was about $200. I don’t think this even had a dozen. But my mom loved it and that all that really mattered. I guess the price of everything has gone up. The dollar isn’t worth much any more. That’s just the way it is. But I think Giordanos did a good job and prompt delivery. I will definitely use them again.

Id confirmed with both Giordanos and hospital staff that they had been received by the hospital but for whatever reason and of no fault of Giordanos, they never actually made it to my daughter. I had given up hope but when I mentioned to Ralph (owner) what happened he insisted on making it right and had another beautiful arrangement made and delivered. My mom and dad bought me and my husband a arrangement of flowers for our wedding anniversary that mimicked the same flowers we had for our wedding. She went in and picked them up and had them for me at her house when we came over. They started out beautifully on day one. Day two and three they stared taking a nose dive for whatever reason and I took pictures and sent them to the florist to see what the issue could be and the owner (Ralph) reached out to me. He was so appreciative that my mom came to them for flowers and was overly apologetic at the way they were performing. He indicated that they could have been a bad batch and he would take care of me. I was leaving town and wouldn’t be back for a month and he said how about when you get back you contact me and we will get you a nice arrangement. I said sure. Fast forward I am back in PSL and I send him a email to let him know I am back and this man was amazing. He immediately said he would get a arrangement out together and HAVE IT DELIVERED to my home…and that is EXACTLY what he did and I have to tell you they are the absolute most beautiful arrangement and I can’t say enough about this business and this business owner!

The shop was very professional and they also checked in with us twice the week of our wedding. Ralph created my bouquet, our boutonnieres, hung roses on our arch, and created some floral arrangements for our arch and doorway entrance. He was able to get a difficult to find flower that I really wanted for my bouquet as well (anemone). Ralph showed up the day of our wedding and had a different vision than we had previously discussed. We ran through what he wanted to do with our flowers and I trusted him to carry out his vision. Everything turned out beautifully! We were so happy with the flowers, how Ralph put them together, and his creative genius. Highly recommend this flower shop and Ralphs day-of installation service.

Every little detail I thought of he was able to bring to life flawlessly, right down to the florals on our cake, the rose petal lined aisle, and mistletoe hanging on the arbor. He personally came to set everything up and made sure it was perfect for our special day. The flowers were gorgeous, not a single one was wilted or damaged and the bouquets were extremely secure and lasted the entire day without anything shifting. I couldnt have had a better experience.

I am terrible with names, but I could hug the young lady that helped me. She was compassionate, knowledgeable and took time to make sure she knew what I was looking for.One does not want to walk around looking at arrangements at a service to see if their’s was delivered. Noticed immediately my beautiful unique spray had arrived. May I add, realized later, an email confirming delivery was sent to me. Enter Ralph, who met with my mother to discuss her vision for the Wedding day. She was instantly at ease with his knowledge, professionalism, and determination to meet her expectations. On the wedding day when we walked in, we cried. Not only did Giordanos meet our expectations, they surpassed them. The centerpieces brought in by Ralph and his team were beyond gorgeous. All flowers were fresh, beautiful, robust and breathtaking.The prices are so reasonable but more importantly, well worth every penny. Giordanos looks to make your day gorgeous and they indeed did that for us. We are so thankful!
