Comment: My sister and I sent 2 dozen growers choice long stem roses with babies breath and greens to our Mom for her birthday and they are absolutely beautiful. My mother keeps talking about how nice they are and that we should always buy roses from Global Rose and nobody else. She said they are the nicest roses she ever received and cant believe how big the blooms are and how nice they are staying. She received white roses that looked like they have double blooms and a peach colored rose. Thank you so much for delivering the best roses ever to our Mom!!!

Comment: Colors were perfect. The flowers were delivered warm and had begun yellowing. We were able save them. Some of the roses were turning brown, a few wilted leaves. Flowers should be shipped when buds are beginning to open to save during shipment. With that said, we were able to make lovely bouquets for the price. Colors were perfect for our party, a royal affair. The purple 💜 is very beautiful.

However! after placing them in vases, they bloomed beautifully and look gorgeous 4 days later! Flowers were well packed however my only comment was there were a few broken stems..but not bad! Love how everything turned out and I appreciate the timeliness of the delivery...I would definitely order from Global Rose again!

The bells of Ireland and the fillers were perfect.Re-editing as customer service did respond and I must have overlooked the description as I was only focused on the pictures. Thanks so much. Would still reuse service in the future as delivery met my expectations and the flowers were beautiful even if they were not what I had planned. Everything came on time and came on the selected delivery days. I really wanted to give my business to a local floral shop, but, I could not afford their bids. I researched a few wholesale companies, and after reading reviews, chose Global Rose. I was nervous about the timing of everything and what flowers might look like after traveling in a box in the heat. Several boxes arrive 6/22/23 as per my order, and the other boxes came 6/23/23 as per my order!!!!!I was so thrilled when the boxes began arriving! The stem quality was wonderful!!! I ordered one type of greenery and four different flower varieties. Every box I opened was perfectly packed and in excellent condition. I include a photo of the Liminoum carefully packed, like a baby in a car seat. The rest were packed equally as well!The Blue Volken Delphinium was stunning! The Alstromeria Lillies were gorgeous and opened on que!!!! Thank you Global Rose for making our event a beautiful and memorable experience! Global Rose made the everything seem simple. I used the carnations to make 24 floral arrangements. Per their instructions, I allowed 2 days for the flowers to open up before assembling. I snipped the ends of the flowers and put all of them in a bucket with 2 of the floral packets. I used the other 2 floral packets in my arrangements. They opened up beautifully. The flowers were in great condition overall and honestly Im 5 star satisfied in that regard so if you only care about the flowers this is a good choice. I will say I had one decapitation, about 5 were starting to wilt and brown slightly and one that had its petals shaken down pretty bad. But that left 43 perfect flowers and the wilting ones perked up enough to be usable.They lost a star in customer service because they sent all the billing info and such to me not my BF because they asked for recipient email and he figured Id get like a gift receipt after delivery but I got everything and it ruined the surprise. Also he put in a note and it came with 3 typos that honestly made the note hard to read and he swears he proof read it and they arent mistakes Id expect him to make but even if he didnt I do sort of expect a level of oversight .

Comment: Weve ordered twice from Global Rose, 50 on Mothers Day as a sort of test run and then 200 for our wedding. The packaging was excellent and completely protected the roses.Some have complained about their customer service which I cannot speak to; however, I will say that you should read their instructions and follow them which should prevent many of the issues Ive read about.Their 48hr policy is more like a minimum to have the roses in water. Our Mothers Day roses were delivered 48 hours in advance and looked amazing; however, we felt they looked even better on the third day. With that said, we ordered our wedding flowers 72hrs in advance, trimmed immediately then placed in water in a dark cool cellar, and then pruned them the night before the wedding after they had been in water 48hrs.Both times the flowers were wrapped in bundles of 25 and contained a food packed with each bundle.

Comment: Ive ordered from Global Rose 4 times now. Not only are they a fantastic price, but they are absolutely beautiful and last longer than what id get from a grocery store. The one time I had an issue with a few flowers, the customer service team was super responsive and had them shipped to me two days later. I literally could not have asked for anything more.They are beautiful flowers with an even better customer service team.
