Comment: The florist who did the arrangement that I felt was not a $100 one did call back. She offered to refund me half of my money, in order to make things right. She is not an order gather but a private business owner working from a private location. I am very satisfied with this business practice. Thank you, Oksana and Merry Christmas

Comment: If I could leave a 10 star review I would but Im only allowed to leave 5 stars. I called Goddess Flowers and Delivery to inquire about sending a sympathy plant to a close friend who had recently lost her husband. I explained that I wanted a peace lily plant and I wanted it to be placed in a ceramic pot instead of a wicker basket. Not only did Goddess Flowers and Delivery excel in picking out the perfect blooming peace lily plant, but the owner also chose a ceramic pot that matched the recipients decor perfectly. The recipient was extremely happy to receive such a beautiful and comforting plant arrangement. The price was extremely fair and the owner was the nicest person to communicate with. I highly recommend Goddess Flowers and Delivery!! Thank you so much for such a pleasant experience!!

Comment: I’m from Texas and my daughters grandparents live in Panama City Beach. They have not been feeling so well this last month, so I decided they needed some flowers to brighten their day/evening. I googled it and up pops this business. I didn’t think about looking at the reviews on here and took a chance and just called. Oksana who answered was super kind and sweet. They were going to close within the hour so I figured she’d tell me that they could deliver them first thing in the morning, so I hesitantly asked about delivering them tonight? In my surprise she didn’t hesitate at all and said of course I can ! It made my transaction and time on the phone (3) states away explaining to her what I wanted for them so easy and wonderful! Would highly recommend this business to anyone that asks ! My daughters grandparents were overjoyed about the sweet surprise, & also commented on this women delivering them so kind and sweet ♥️ Price was amazing as well for the product size that was delivered! Thank you again so much Oksana for your awesome help 🙌🏻

Comment: The lady I spoke with was very nice and helpful. She helped direct us to a beautiful birthday bouquet for our Daughters 18th birthday. The flowers were delivered on time as promised. The flowers made our daughter happy. Id highly recommend the Teddy bear added with the flowers. Both the lady I spoke with and our daughter said the Teddy bear was soooo soft. If we end up needing flower delivery again I wouldnt hesitate to call and reorder from this company.

Comment: I cannot speak highly enough of Goddess Flowers! My review concerns an order I placed remotely that they then coordinated to my sweet grandmother in Panama City Beach. Throughout this crazy weekend, they could have blown off my delivery in favor of the many valentines orders I’m sure they had, especially when I messed up some of the delivery information. Instead, they stayed in touch every step of the way, exuding grace, understanding, and patience over several days. I feel like I know them personally because they were so committed to providing a stellar experience, and that speaks volumes to how important their customer service was. Not to mention... the bouquet was absolutely stunning and full of rich and beautiful flowers. Thank you!
