Comment: We usually buy flowers from a couple of online stores, but last month we needed to have a basket delivered the next day (that wouldn’t break our bank), so my husband looked up for florists around our area and that’s how we found this place.This 30 years old, family owned store is located in a big, yet never crowded plaza, so parking will never be an issue.It is very small, a little dark inside and a little bit messy, but Nataly sure knows her job and is very efficient. I went there an hour before closure asking if they could deliver as soon as possible the next day (so, very little advance notice) and sure enough: the basket was prepared and at our friend’s house the next day by noon.I also had a great time at the store talking with Nataly, and her prices are decent.Well, we deleted the online stores that we used before: from now on, we will buy our flowers from this store only.

Comment: I would like to highly recommend Nataly and her shop Greenacres Florist. Story is too long to tell but I needed a birthday gift for a lifelong friend who recently suffered a family loss and was down in the Lake Worth area helping another family member with a medical issue. I was not familiar with local florists and picked Greenacres because of the proximity to where my friend was staying. My friend was so excited and sent me the pictures below. The only reason they didn’t get the fifth star is because there was a delivery issue, but I wasn’t made aware of it and had to call, however they were very responsive and made the delivery like 10 minutes after I called.

We had someone pass away unexpectedly and went to Greenacres Florist late Thursday afternoon to order several sprays and arrangements for the memorial service Saturday morning. Nataly was so nice and comforting to our family. The flowers were beautiful and delivered on time. I talked to her as she delivered them and she explained that the flowers had arrived late the night before and they spent all night putting together the lovely arrangements for the service. This level of warmth, compassion and dedication is not found on a website or 800 phone number florist. Thank you Nataly and all at Greenacres Florist.

Comment: Our good friends invited us to Thanksgiving dinner last year. We had passed by this shop countless times and to be honest had never noticed it. It was the day before Thanksgiving and we were doing online research for somewhere to buy flowers, and this place popped up. We were actually surprised to find that it was open! Nataly welcomed us as though we had been customers for years, and prepared this lovely bouquet while we waited. She was short on staff this day, but with a smile, brought me back in to create a beautiful bouquet for me. I had to call in a few times to reschedule the delivery date (my sister was in the hospital and I wanted flowers delivered to her home but didnt know when shed be out)... I spoke with the Owner who was highly professional and I was soon to discover....very caring. My request was somewhat unusual because I needed them to be delivered to the cemetery. There as no hesitation in her voice and was very glad to do this for me. Today, she delivered the most beautiful heart shaped silk arrangement that I have ever seen. While she was at my Mothers grave she texted me the picture. We both began to cry. God put two strangers together to make my Mother proud. I have never had a complaint and most important the flower arrangements are always so beautiful!Since I am always the requestor I never really get to see the arrangements only get to hear how beautiful they were.This past Saturday however, I attended a Funeral Service for a dear colleague that passed away. By the time I got to greenacres florist the store was closed but through the window I could see Nataly (store owner) still working on some flowers. She let me in and I explained that I from out of town and needed flowers for my in-laws for Mothers Day. nataly quickly understood my dilemma and started making me 2 beautiful arrangements. She made these arrangements with limited supplies due to high demand during the day. Both my sister-in-law and my mother-in-law loved the arrangements Nataly made for them. I recommend greenacres florist and nataly to anyone who is looking for beautiful flower arrangements made by a passionate and understanding florist.

Comment: I dont know what that person was talking about when they rated this Florist as Poor. I think the response is right and this review came from a jealous competitor. I just ordered a specific deluxe arrangement (a new baby for my daughter) from the website and said that I would be picking it up late that same afternoon. When I got there, at first I thought it doesnt look exactly like the picture but I didnt say anything and was told it was just being finished up. Well, when she was finished, it was an absolutely gorgeous arrangement, much prettier than the picture because she put her own unique spin on it by adding some very pretty fragrant flowers that werent part of what was pictured on the website. I appreciated that she showed them to me first and asked if it was OK to add them. She was very friendly and helpful. I also thought it was nice that her young son was there doing his homework, but at the same time helped me pick out a card. Its nice to see family working together. My father was self employed and all of us kids helped him too. I am so glad that I went to this shop and no, its not a fancy store, but who cares. This woman is very talented and caring and Im so glad Ive found a local florist that I can trust to a wonderful job. I will use her anytime I need flowers.
