Comment: We showed up about a week before my sisters wedding, with a few ideas and the staff went above and beyond to help us. We showed them a few pictures, not knowing if they could even make it happen on such short notice. Not only did they come through on our ideas, they made it even better. The staff was so super friendly! They even sent my two year old daughter home with a flower of her own and they gave my sister some beautiful sunflowers. She just mentioned how they were her favorite. We will only come here from now on. My whole family recommends this great shop to everyone! And it was a beautiful Mothers Day arrangement. Because it was odd that the neighbor had not opened the door, we neighbors became concerned. Contacted this business to see who had ordered the flowers and they contacted that family member. Ended up that the neighbor had fallen the night before and was incapacitated. All turned out OK. I looked up florists by her, and found Harriets. I ordered Watercolor Wishes after hours to be delivered the next day. Early the next morning I received a call stating that someone else had ordered the same arrangement the day before and it was already delivered, did I want to switch what we ordered? I thought that was great customer service. So I put my trust in the person I spoke with, and had them choose something in the same price range. My friend was very happy with what she received. Indeed, it is a rare occurrence for us manly men to even be remotely wrong...Unless you include certain tiny, little things... like dates, or anniversaries, or holidays (Mothers day, Im looking at you), or fashion, or colors, or food, or movies, or .... or well... okay, so maybe us guys arent the best around. But, you know we do have some great women in our lives. That alone makes us feel like were the greatest!I work 6 days a week @ 16 hour shifts. Needless to pay Id forgotten the date... thus placed an order for some flowers on Mothers day super early in the morning, day of. Unfortunately the only chance of an arrival was going to be the day after. Well, I figured. Why not.Fast forward to early morning and I get a call.Its Harriets Flowers.They can get the flowers delivered... on the same day!Seriously? Thats amazing. They are amazing. 99/5 stars.
