Comment: So here’s my story with this shop….I called maybe 3/4 places on googles list before I came to them. Most shops were nice, but I felt hurried, like they wanted the money but didn’t care about my actual needs for myself and for these flowers who were meant for someone who’s going through a tough time right now. But when I called hearts and flowers, that all changed. I don’t know the gentleman’s name who I spoke with but he was the epitome of customer service! Told him what I was looking for and even a price point and he made it happen. I was so pleased I called back a few hours later to order another bouquet.Yes, flower shops are somewhat a dime a dozen. But ones like this one! Who actually take the time to cater to a customers needs. You don’t find that anymore! And that’s why for all my flower needs going forward in life, this will be who I go to! They are just too good no to.And let’s not forget how good the flowers looked! I have them an hour and a half notice and they put together an GORGEOUS bouquet!Thank you hearts and flowers. I will be shopping again.

Comment: I called to have an arrangement delivered for a good friend for her birthday. Being from a completely different part of the state I was worried I wouldn’t get to see them in person. They went above and beyond my expectations. I was asked for my budget. Colors/theme. Not only does she love them but the picture she sent me doesn’t even do the arrangement justice. Definitely recommend.

Not only did I get exactly what I ordered, same day delivery, but the flowers are gorgeous and still VERY alive almost a week later. Fantastic local shop. I will definitely go/order again. My friend face timed me and I saw how beautiful the flowers were! She told me that everyone that saw them remarked how gorgeous they were! I called the shop to see if they could have it delivered today and they kindly got it delivered in just a couple of hours. I used to go through FTD but from now on I will call this shop personally. Comment: I purchased my wife a Mother’s Day flower arrangement from Hearts and Flowers and I am so happy. The arrangement is stunning and beautiful. Price was fair and customer service is outstanding. I picked it up myself and they walked me outside to make sure it was safe and helped me out. I now have a florist I can depend on. 4 days later now and the flowers still look amazing.

Comment: Frank was such a pleasure to work with. My family threw a Couples Shower for my sister and she wanted it BOHO themed. I sent Frank over some pictures and he put together a mock centerpiece at his store the same day I sent him an inquiry. My sister really wanted pampas grass and luckily he had them at his store. When we left, he gave my mom a bouquet of flowers! It was such a sweet gesture!On the day of the event, the flowers were delivered on time. Im blanking on the name of the gentleman that picked up the phone, but what I do remember is he went above and beyond to deliver the flowers just in time for the party. My mom was literally on her way when the driver dropped them off. I am so happy I found Hearts and Flowers! It is the second time that I am absolutely stunned by the quality of the flowers and then care given in making sure the arrangements exceed their customers expectations.My mon and sister moved down there two and a half years ago, and I was using 800-flowers. Not sure who they chose as their vendor, but the arrangement was pathetic and arrived 3 days later even thought I ordered it 5 days before I needed them delivered. That would not happen to me a second time.I did a web search for florist near them and I choose Hearts & Flowers. I will NEVER use anyone else ever again. What a fantastic job. You and your staff truly made people happy when they are forced to be apart. I thank you again for the arrangement, professionally prepared and delivered with the utmost care so that my mom could have some beautiful flowers from her son’s family on Christmas.

Comment: Frank and his team were extremely accommodating! Nearly 5 weeks before my wedding, the florist I had contracted backed out. I was a nervous wreck! A friend recommended I call Hearts & Flowers, the company that provided flowers for her Keys wedding, as I too was getting married in the Keys. I immediately called Frank and he made an appointment for me to meet with him within a few days. When I arrived, there were my flowers! He arranged a potential centerpiece based off the photos I sent him! As a bride, this gave me a great sense of relief. He was punctual, friendly and the arrangements and bouquets were beautiful! After contacting several florists in Dade and Broward counties, Hearts and Flowers was the ONLY company willing to accommodate our vision without pressuring us to meet a minimum spend requirement. In fact, it was quite the opposite! Frank was our point of contact and he was extremely accommodating with our budget and pitched numerous ideas / workarounds / WOW concepts within it. If you are a creative person with a high taste level, you will enjoy the process of working with Frank. He is a high energy, creative, constructive genius that can work with swatches and tear sheets to create your dream floral wedding experience. Hearts and Flowers delivered on all points; the communication was excellent, the process was fun and engaging, and everything was delivered on time and within budget. Our guests were blown away by the intimate atmosphere expertly created by Frank and his amazing and caring team. Highly recommended. Comment: Well deserved ratings here. I needed an arrangement to replace a poor quality one from another florist that couldnt get it right. I was just a walk-in. The owner (I missed his name) helped me. He took me to their assembly area and showed me options for an arrangement and then built it while I watched! Huge and beautiful. And, fast! Reasonable prices too. Just note that Google Maps does not locate the store properly. They are on Sample Rd to the right of the gas station in a small one story commercial building. Its hard to see from the road but its worth the effort to find them. Excellent, friendly service and fresh flowers. Recommended.

In a time where customer service has seemed to have disappeared, Flowers and Hearts Florist has managed to keep up a high level of customer service and quality products. This was my first time dealing with this florist but it surely won’t be my last. Having had family in the florist business in the past I am very aware of what it takes to run a successful shop and these guys have got it going on. After calling the first two stores and having been quoted some crazy pricing, I called Hearts & Flowers.After chatting for a few minutes with Robert and discussing the flower industry, I placed an order for the very same day (within a couple of hours actually) and they came through with flying colors. The price was very reasonable, they had exactly what I was looking for and most importantly, the person receiving them was VERY happy when they arrived.I will definitely be calling them for all future occasions.2016: It has been 3 years now and Im still calling Hearts & Flowers for all my flower needs & occasions. Cheryl created beautiful centerpieces for the tables using sunflowers, lilies, roses and other flowers. She also made a gorgeous wreath for the table where my brothers photograph was displayed. The flowers were perfect and I received many compliments on them from the guests. Hearts and Flowers Florist has been in business for over 20 years because they do quality work and go the extra mile for their customers. Highly recommend.

I went to the store and told them how I wanted the arrangement to look, with certain colored flowers and how many (keep in mind I am a guy who doesnt have an ounce of......., designer like stuff in my bones).
