It is always a bit nerve wracking to order and send an arrangement that you never get to lay eyes on, and living in another state adds another layer to a flower delivery that you just can’t control by not being able to visit the shop in person. My situation was unique - my aunt lost her husband and celebrated her birthday weeks later. I wanted to send a bouquet to bring her some color and happiness… but I am also a college student with a tight budget. Heaven Scent has reasonable minimums (unlike some of the other shops local to the area) and were happy to work with me to create something that was just as I had hoped for - stunningly beautiful and not at all resemblant of a lower budget arrangement. Their customer service was outstanding, whoever I spoke to over the phone was very pleasant and nailed my request. Thanks for everything - I am happy to have found a favorite florist in the Bonita Springs area!

I requested a plant that I had seen on the website and the gentlemen on the phone (Craig) asked if there was a significance to the bird or that particular plant because the plant was very large and the bird was very small. I explained that there was significance to the bird; that it was a symbol that reminded us of my Dad and it held sentimental value to my family.Craig said that he felt there was a better plant that may showcase the bird and a nicer display for my intended purpose. They unlocked the door my flowers were on the counter waiting for me.Thats what i call great service.And there flowers last 10 to 14 days !!!!

Comment: My daughter used to live in Bonita and always sent me flowers from Heaven Scent Florist, she moved to the east coast of Florida and still sends me flowers from them and I can honestly say the arrangements have always been beautiful and fresh and have lasted for well over a week or two . I would give them 5 stars and recommend them as one of the best Florists in the area.

Comment: Ordered from these guys over the phone a few days back. Always an iffy prospect when you order flowers over the phone from another state, but my friend sent a pic of the delivered product and it was fantastic!! Beautiful plant and super cute little planter. Props to the shop for thinking to put it in a ceramic dog planter because my friend loves dogs. I did not ask for that, but the shop made an exec decision. Will def use this place again.

I called about an order I placed on their website that only gave me the option of delivering next day since I was placing my order so late in the day to see if they could squeeze me in today somehow. I received the most beautiful, Indescribably spectacular Christmas bouquet from my sons lady friend in Washington , DC that you oh so artistically arranged and delivered to my home in Bonita Springs. I have been blessed with many gorgeous bouquets in my life, so I know what I am talking about. The roses lasted forever, and the arrangement was so festive and fragrant with pine boughs and the ornament caught the light in the room and sparkled like a star, so dramatic yet so tastefully done. I had a call prior to their delivery and a call from the delivery guy with the approximate time. BTW he came right when he said no waiting. Comment: Yesterday, March 18th was a big birthday for me. I was notified that a gorgeous, unusually large floral arrangement had been delivered to our lobby. What I discovered was an awesome, huge, gigantic urn filled withAnthuriums, hydrangeas, lilies, and many other flowers and colored greenery that I had never seen before. This was a gift from my children and grandchildren who ordered the arrangement yesterday morning.We needed a strong person to carry it to the elevator and bring it intoour condo. Not only is it magnificent (some thought the live flowers were artificial, at first), but its about 3 FEET TALL! Thank you Heaven Scent!I found out that Chris had taken the order, and she sure did a phenomenal job,! My husbands name may appear on the top of this, but I, the recipientwrote this.

Comment: Used them for my fathers memorial service we had 3 arrangements one from children, grandchildren and the great grandchildren. Being from out of town I was a little nervous not being able to see them before hand but they where all so gorgeous. Each one was totally different and as beautiful as the next. They put a wind chime in one which my mom loves hanging outside her door as a remembrance, one had a beautiful garden angel in it that is in her rock garden. You will not be disappointed with their arrangements and their professionalism. Wonderful people to work with.

Comment: I decided last minute that I wanted a small bouquet of flowers for my courthouse wedding. I stopped in about 4 hours before I needed to be at the courthouse. The staff was extremely polite & very friendly. I got to talk to the lady who makes the bouquets, she asked what my colors were, and had it ready in plenty of time. The flower arrangement was absolutely stunning & looked great in pictures. It was our first time using this shop & about 4 days later we got a thank you note & magnet in the mail from them. This is definitely the only flower shop I will use in the future!

Comment: I received a lovely non-Christmasy angel arrangement for my Christmas Day birthday. The friend who sent it had requested that it not have Christmas colors, but yet be in keeping with the season. The arrangement was comprised of an angel statuette, 3 large full-bodied roses, and tea roses all arranged with a mix of green plant cuttings. One of the first things I noticed was that the arrangement was beautiful and complete all the way around--it looked fabulous from all angles. The flowers lasted a full 2 weeks ( I used the packet of extender material they provided and added a little water every other day), and as I type this, the green leaves are still alive and attractive. This is by far one of the best, if not the best arrangements I have ever received.

Comment: What a gorgeous Birthday delivery from my sister! She called from Montana to place the order, which was an exquisite composition of orchids, bamboo, mums and berries. There were palm leaves that provided a lovely base and a balloon topped it off. The driver was so courteous and refused a tip, saying, Someone paid for this bouquet and delivery, and as a result we do not accept tips.It was a lovely gift and a fabulous presentation.Thank you.

Comment: I hadnt purchased roses at random for my wife in about six months. Heaven Scent is further north than the flower shop that I frequented when we lived south in Naples. However I have found a winner in all regards. While the prices were slightly higher than what I had expected the flowers are still in full bloom now more than a week after the initial purchase. The staff was courteous and quick to assist.In the past I have commented to my wife that I cannot smell roses like she claims to be able to. With the flowers from Heaven Scent I could immediately and still do smell the roses. ;) She could smell them as soon as she walked through the door and that earned me a kiss before shed even seen the arrangement.Ill shop here again... and again... and again...
