Comment: I had the very best experience today. A good friend of mine gave birth to a beautiful baby girl, and Im currently out of state with new Mommys brother. We wanted to send flowers, and when I opened up HHs website the first picture I saw was of a dozen beautiful lavender roses, which signify love at first sight, as well as delight. Knowing its two days before Valentines, the store was extremely busy and the very nice gentleman I spoke to told me their delivery person had JUST left to make their hospital deliveries for the day. I asked about the possibility of the lavender roses, and he mentioned they did not have that bouquet ready and offered a few they did. None of them really fit the occasion, so I asked if my request was doable so close to the holiday. This man was so nice! The bouquet was put together and delivered so quickly, and it was absolutely gorgeous. We couldnt be there, but thank you for helping us send our love!!! 10/10, amazing florist and customer service. Thank you for all you do!!

Comment: I phoned in my order, calling from Pennsylvania. I explained I wanted a gift certificate for a local restaurant included in the arrangement. I spoke with a lovely lady named Brooke. She went above and beyond by going to restaurant herself and taking care of the certificate. She even texted me with rhe recipients reaction to the delivery. Could there possibly be a better florist in all of Sebring? I am so glad I chose Hobby Hill. The arrangement was beautiful and I highly recommend them.

I wouldn’t leave this review if I wasn’t completely impressed! A dear friend of mine passed away. The loss was great, and Ladonna’s kindness and empathy went farther than she knows, I am sure. I sent flowers your brought here to his wife in Florida and they were absolutely stunning. They were the exact style we discussed in keeping with the style I know the recipient likes. The arrangement lasted a week and all I did was to add water daily. Then, for my birthday tomorrow , I received a beautiful wooden basket filled with wine, crackers, cheese and a small floral arrangement. It was so, so very pretty and delicious. I have done multiple classes with her where I always ended up with a beautiful wreath or centerpiece, all for a very reasonable price and wherein I not only learned a lot, but also genuinely enjoyed the classes (and this is coming from someone whom has no creative ability). She also hosted my horse riding students during my summer camp this past year and not only provided snacks, but each camper came away with a beautiful fairy garden that was tailored to my program, meaning it basically looked like a mini barn with some succulents in the mix. Ladonna also has been in charge of the floral arrangements for some of the happiest, most recent moments of my life (my brothers rehearsal dinner), but also the hardest moment of my life (my grandfathers memorial). Each time she has made the arrangements has not only been stunning, but I felt like honored my brother, new sister in law and late grandfather. Comment: My parents 72nd anniversary was on Presidents Day. Most florists were closed in Sebring. Florist supplies of flowers were bleak, given that Valentines day only a few days before had drained inventories. And we live several miles away. It was 9:00 AM.So we had a dilemma. I was able to phone Ladonna Rodriquez the owner of Hobby Hill Florist who happened to be making deliveries. She indicated that her shop was closed for the day, and her supplies were low, but she would work with us to put something together (in the $60 range). By 12:30 PM, my parents were delivered a wonderful bouquet dominated by yellow roses. My mom was thrilled, claiming it was one of the most beautiful bouquets she had ever seen. To top it off, Ladonna also shot a short video of the flowers and my moms reaction upon receiving them. The video is a great idea! We were able to see the delivery.I have seen recent news stories about wonderful looking pictures of flowers offered by florists which dont match the pictures upon delivery. So... a customer is at the mercy of the florists honesty, especially complicated when the customer may never have a chance to see the bouquet. In our case, the quality of the product surpassed our expectation and met our cost parameters. The customer service provided by Ladonna was great! There is no question about it..... anyone needing dependable florist service in the Sebring, Florida area certainly needs to call Hobby Hill Florist.

Comment: Fantastic service! I ordered online one evening to send something beautiful to my mom who had been hospitalized. Next morning a very pleasant call came in with a question regarding my order. They kindly took a photo of my mom receiving her arrangement as I live 900 miles away and posted it on their FB page so I could see what I paid for. It was over and above anything I expected, A dish garden, lush and gorgeous! Fresh flowers arranged all in and through it and a large Mylar Get Well balloon topped it off. It was Stunning!
