Comment: Fast, friendly service. I was placing an online order for delivery for the following day and accidentally checked out before completing the card message. I immediately messaged them on Facebook and immediately got a response, after normal business hours. I explained what happened, sent them what I wanted the card to say and they took care of it. The next morning, I wake up and have a text message asking some questions so they could include just the perfect ribbon on the bouquet. That is what I call fantastic customer service!!

The 2 ladies who were working & the manager Molly were all phenomenal, very accommodating & easy to work with. Our flower arrangement that we ordered came out absolutely beautiful & was exactly what I wanted! Could not be any happier — Will definitely use them again for future needs! 😊

Comment: Wow, all I can say is that the staff at Hummingbirds saved my bacon when I needed a quick arrangement for my anniversary. It’s not that I forgot or anything, 😬. Well, maybe I waited too long. Either way, they were able to put together and deliver, a stunning flower and plant arrangement that my wife absolutely adored. Mollie was so patient and knowledgeable while I tried explaining what I wanted. No judgment either 👍. With the friendly staff and fair prices, I’ll definitely be back. On time the next time.

The staff is always nice and theyve helped my husband pick out a few surprise outfits for me, which normally doesnt go so well, but this is the one store he literally cant go wrong in 🥰

They delivered a beautiful arrangement with golf ball ribbon and plastic golf balls in the arrangement. Flowers looked fresh and very colorful. I was more than pleased. Delivery was on time also. Comment: I just wanted to thank Alyssa from the bottom of my heart for helping me out on Saturday with a last minute arrangement for my mom who was celebrating her 75th birthday.I live in New York and I called her about 20 minutes before her closing time on Saturday and she was able to put together a lovely arrangement and send it to my mom who is spending some time with my brother in Pensacola.She was very kind and courteous to me even when I ask for her to take a picture of the arrangement and send to me for which I know I was asking too much but she accommodated me.Alyssa my mom was not only surprised was she was so happy with the flowers.Thank you guys for making it happen.
