Comment: I ordered flowers online 2 days ago to be delivered on Valentine’s Day to my mom’s law office. As of 4pm, they had not been delivered. When I called the shop to check on the order, a woman with a horrible attitude told me “we have 4 trucks out right now and not everything has been delivered yet, we can’t guarantee it will get there”. Don’t you think that office deliveries should be prioritized, especially on a Friday? She never offered to confirm my order status and was not helpful at all. I was very understanding, but expected better customer service considering how much I paid for the flowers.UPDATE: the flowers were delivered before 5pm and the picture of them was beautiful. Whoever answered the phone was not pleasant though.

Comment: We wanted to extend a generous “Thank you,” to the ladies at Hutchinson’s Floral Artistry. I called them, frantic, at 9am needing 8 floral centerpieces for a corporate event happening at 10am. This dream team of artists listened to what I wanted, and put together 8 gorgeous centerpieces in under 30 minutes so we could pick up and set up at the venue. We are extremely grateful for their hard work and courage in taking on an almost impossible sounding task! Would absolutely recommend.
