Comment: I have been buying flowers for several years from this shop, and what they produce is truly amazing. In addition to this, what sets this store apart (actually the people who own it/work there) is that they have always been so very helpful. My first purchase some years ago, made from Europe where I live, ran into problems with order processing vis a vis conflicting input formats. But they solved the problem for me. Then a couple of days ago, there was a mix up in where my order should be sent, and once again they solved the problem. Not many shops or online businesses will do what they did, and for me, that counts a great deal. BTW, the flowers delivered looked exactly like the picture, something that is often not the case with other florists.

I am so glad that I found Jardin through Google maps by searching Naples florist. The flowers are comparable to the pictures posted on their website.I ordered the Aurora grande -designers choice, Luxe XL- designers choice, Cube M (x4) designers choice.They were incredible! They followed the delivery instructions and were hospitable through every step. Comment: I ordered on line about 18 hours prior to delivery. The flowers were delivered on time. Beautiful Beatrice arrangement! Ive not ordered flowers for delivery in a long time, I was surprised that is was $182. but have nothing (recent) in which to compare. Although the approximate measurements of the arrangement are provided on line, I was expecting the medium size to be more robust. I give 5 stars for now. Ill order again and also compare what other florists provide. I selected Jardin because the process was easy, the arrangements were simple, gorgeous and they are local!

After sharing our design ideas with her on Pinterest, we chose the Aurora design for the centerpieces. Then she also made several small bud vases to complement that design. We also ordered the large Orchids in the beautiful square glass base with stones.Everyone complimented the flowers noting how vibrant and gorgeous they were. It really helped to make the day that much more special!

I live in southern California and ordered flowers for a family member from Jardin Floral Design. I didnt realize the address I provided had gated access with no one in attendance. Not only is the bouquet gorgeous, but the elevator is nonfunctioning (thank you hurricane Ian) so the delivery had to be walked up five flights of stairs! I was going to get flowers for my dad that was in the hospital, and I went to multiple florist locations and stumbled upon this amazing gifted place. They hands down have the best high quality floral arrangements in town. They have beautiful little gifts as well to purchase. I am so glad I kept searching. The staff is so kind and will do everything they can to help you. I wish this gem of a place wasnt so nestled back in the center they are located. They pay attention to the details of the design and use interesting flowers and plants in their arrangements. Delivery person was a nice gentlemen and waited to make sure I understood how to care for the flowers. Only nit os that the colored roses seemed to have faded quickly (brown edges) which may due to time of year? They usually last longer. So 4 stars vs. 5. Regardless, I will go back to them again for next notable occasion.

Comment: I want to thank the people at Jardin Floral for the excellent service and communication I received. THE FLORAL ARRANGEMENT WAS JUST GORGEOUS! I selected “Designer’s Choice,” and was a bit nervous that the exact arrangement would be Jardin’s decision. I was delighted when my friend sent me a photo of the arrangement a few days later, and the flowers were a variety of brilliant colors, and looked vibrantly full and healthy, days after they had been received. I will add that the date of delivery was very important, because they were acknowledging a significant date in my friend’s life, and Jardin delivered on the promised date.I would recommend Jardin Floral to everyone. I placed my trust in them to take my order (from Connecticut) and create something beautiful, and deliver it exactly on time, to my dear friend in Florida, and I would do it again. They performed flawlessly.

There is nothing cookie cutter about their arrangements, but rather a carefully, artistically crafted arrangement of color, fragrance and beauty - i would call it a classic versus the run of the mill flower arrangement! And, unlike some gift cards that come with flowers, the card from Jardin was actually written with care - adding to the experience!
