Comment: Contacted Key Largo Flowers for a tropical arrangement for my son’ rehearsal dinner. I had a few specific flowers and leaf changes to the Online Tropical Flower arrangement. When it arrived at the restaurant some of my requested changes hadn’t been done. I called Dawn, the owner of the shop and within a hour she responded to the restaurant and made a few changes to the arrangement. When I arrived for the rehearsal the flower arrangement was on display and Perfect! Thank you Dawn! I would highly recommend Key Largo Florist

Comment: The arrangement I ordered arrived different than the photo that I had chosen it from.I called & happened to catch the owner. She was very apologetic. She had me send her a photo & was happy to send the correct flower arrangement the next day.She even followed up with me about the delivery.That is GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!I appreciated the kindness & willingness to correct their mistake, that is hard to find these days.

Comment: I live in another state and was pleasantly surprised by the outstanding customer service I received sending a memorial plant and gift to family in Florida. I placed the order online and shortly thereafter received a phone call from Key Largo Flowers and Gifts staff and even text photos and a video of the plant and gift to be sent. Awesome~ Definitely recommend!!!

Comment: These ladies are the BEST!! Spoke with Dawn the owner to order these gorgeous pink roses for a very special friend. She took the time to discuss my vision & both her & Jackie, the floral designer, really outdid themselves. I was thrilled as was my friend. Added a box of their delicious chocolates and this was an extremely amazing experience. Also have to thank Brandy who delivered the roses & chocolates under a time constraint & keeping me posted. What a great florist & awesome women! Ready to place another order with them later today. 🌹

If you are going to have a wedding in the Keys, you should check them out. If you need flowers for any occasion, this is the place. Oh, they have boxed candy too. Comment: No matter how many times I ask these ladies for flowers I’m always impressed. True craftsmanship and an eye for detail make it a 100% win each time. Their gifts are quite amazing. There is a lot you’d want for weddings and events of all kinds! Love the selection of Pura Vida bracelets and table decor of all kinds!! This business has been here for a long time. The new owners are a really dedicated family. With community mindedness in the center of all they do. So happy to be able to visit them and grab what I need.

Comment: This is a family-run shop and Cathy and Sarah treated me just like their own family. I had a unique request for a bouquet and boutonniere for a surprise wedding taking place 2 days after a proposal in the Keys. After giving them minor direction on what the bouquet should look like, what they created was absolutely beautiful. They went above and beyond for me when I had a pick-up time conflict -- Im grateful for their professionalism, skill, and pleasant demeanor. I hopefully wont be getting married in the Keys again, but Id recommend this shop to anyone whos planning on it.
