Ordered an XL bouquet online at 9am and then emailed to ask if they had particular flowers to put in the bouquet . They emailed back immediately with a response. They also sent me a picture of the final bouquet and let me know as soon as it had been delivered. I live in Chicago so I sent them an email asking if they had any options. They responded almost immediately. Theyve really kind and professional.
