Ordered an XL bouquet online at 9am and then emailed to ask if they had particular flowers to put in the bouquet . They emailed back immediately with a response. They also sent me a picture of the final bouquet and let me know as soon as it had been delivered. My sister was overwhelmed with the beauty and delicate colors of the bouquet, saying it was the best shed ever received (at 54 thats saying something!). I live in Chicago so I sent them an email asking if they had any options. They responded almost immediately. Theyve really kind and professional. Within minutes I had pictures several beautiful bouquet options texted to me. Everything I saw was of the highest quality and completely stunning, not to mention well priced. Within the hour my dad went and picked up the arrangement for me after I called them with my card information. They texted me a link for my receipt. They have a new customer for life.
