When I tell you it’s so beautiful inside this store with so many options of things to buy from being in love to deaths in the family. They even had oils that smelled so so good to where I gotta go back and grab that. As for the service, I would suggest that they are more prompt to greet customers when they come into the store or to the counter. Once someone did come and greet me, they were wonderful and pleasant. A+.

Comment: I highly recommend this florist! Ordering flowers when you are located an entire state away can be a hassle, but not so with Kuhn Flowers. Ive placed two orders with them for funeral arrangements. The online ordering system is simple, the cost fair/comparable to other florists of the same caliber, and their customer service response time is amazing. I messed up the delivery address on one order and the card message on another. Both issues were fixed within the same business day - one through a email and another via phone. I dont know when Ill have to order flowers in the Jacksonville area again (I live in AL), but it will definitely be with Kuhns. Thank you!

Comment: Oh my, whats not to like about Kuhn Flowers? They have been our Go-To Florist in Jacksonville for untold many years. The flowers are always beautiful, and I do not think their service can be matched. We live in California, so depend primarily on their website, which is a joy to work with. The first thing I noticed years ago about Kuhn is their Email Confirmation once the order is delivered. For an out-of-towner, this is important. When I ordered todays delivery, I discovered a unique addition to their website. I was able to leave a gratuity for the Artist and the Delivery person. I enjoy recognizing workers that provide a personal touch. As expected, todays arrangement was delivered early as requested. 9:10 to be exact.If I have one regret about Kuhn Flowers, it is that they do not have a store in Whittier, CA. Our florists are OK, but they cant hold a candle to Kuhn.

I liked the arrangements I saw and how they were unique. Butterflies were being released at the memorial and they had a butterfly condolence arrangement that I thought would be perfect. The arrangement actually had butterfly picks they could distribute to family members after. Calling Kuhn flowers was a pleasure. The service person not only went through everything with me and guaranteed the arrangement would be there at the exact time, but she also had the courtesy to extend her sympathy to me at the end of the transaction. Comment: Im a wedding florist in the DC area and Im very picky. I must say the staff at Kuhns florist were extremely helpful taking my order. I was attending a funeral of a dear friend of mine and did not have time to make something myself. The flowers were gorgeous and much better than anything else at the funeral home. I strongly recommend Kuhn flowers for all your floral needs!! This is a 5 star operation!

Comment: I placed an order for an arrangement of roses to be delivered to my wifes work on Valentines Day. Order was placed in advance not the day of. It was getting close to the end of day and the flowers had not been delivered yet, my wife was on her last hour of work before she left for the day. Not wanting her to miss her delivery, as I send flowers to her every Valentines day, I called for an update. Now Im not sure the name of the lady I spoke to, she was very nice but I had a bad connection and couldnt hear what she was saying. She managed to pull up my order details and did tell me it was out for delivery. What I didnt realize is she actually had made another arrangement and had it delivered immediately to my wife. Not 30 minutes later the original order and the new arrangement was delivered as my wife was walking out of her job. She was so happy to receive 2 arrangements this year and I was only charged for the original order. This is what separates Kuhns from any national flower delivery company. Great customer service and genuine concern for their customers!! I will never go anywhere else for flowers. I have been a loyal customer for 10 years now, anytime I need some flowers delivered, Kuhns is the only place I go to!! Thank you for helping me make a special memory for my wife and making her feel loved!!

Comment: I called and ordered a dozen black roses for pick up at the Beach Blvd location. I appreciated the opportunity to describe over the phone what I was looking for and it wasn’t a stock option on the website. They were beautiful and smelled so good. I feel the value of the roses, vase, ribbon bow, and all the accompanying greenery was very high and all for a very reasonable price. I will be ordering here again.

Comment: We just moved back to Jax from Orlando after being gone for 19 years. I had a wonderful florist (In Bloom Florist).I decided at the last minute to grab a centerpiece for my wife ... stopped by & the staff was very helpful. They had an array of various arrangements (seasonal & otherwise). They offered to custom design anything I might want in case I had something particular in mind.Planned on spending $75 - $100 & walked out w/ an AWESOME & BEAUTIFUL arrangement w/ fall colored candles for $65!! The piece is 25” Long & 12” wide!!
