Artistic Pride!I decided to send flowers as a last minute decision after almost accidently hitting one of my coworkers in the parking lot, my verbal apology was not enough, so I searched and remembered that one of our staff members only used this place and always called them the best and trust me, they are that! I wanted to make sure the flowers were delivered the same day and they were without issue. Im not a fan of flowers for myself but some of the unique options they offer makes me want to send them to others who do enjoy flowers because I know these are not average grocery store, grab and go flowers; a lot of care and arranging goes into their specialty items. I was told the get their flowers delivered fresh from a farm! I am pleased and will choose Le Bouquet Fleurs again and again!

I learned about Le Bouquet on yelp when I was looking at reviews for another florist. Their arrangements are stunning and unique. The staff was very responsive, patient, and kind, and I was able to place my order via text through their messaging system available on their website.The arrangement was everything I hoped for and more. They sent photos of the finished product before it was sent out for delivery. The recipient absolutely loves the flowers, and the arrangement arrived with wax sealed envelope with our message and a separate card providing instructions for the care of the flowers. Classy and elegant. Cannot recommend enough. And the prices for what you receive are very reasonable. Thank you!

They did recognize that they flubbed on my 2nd bridesmaid bouquet but they made it happen! One of the employees literally flew 45 minutes to my venue and made it right on time! She felt SO bad she was almost in tears. Bless her heart! I even felt bad and wanted to hug her! I wasnt slightest upset as I understood that having a wedding near valentines weekend is extremely stressful so I emphasized! And still they went above and beyond! Comment: The arrangement was breath taking, but that is not the main reason I will use their services again. The person in the hospital that was supposed to receive this arrangement was unable to have flowers due to her compromised immune system. Le Bouquet called me immediately and asked me if there was any where else I would like them delivered. We worked it out and that evening I received a second call from them to make sure I was satisfied with the outcome. Le Bouquet could not have been more professional! I can’t wait to use their services again!

Having had several lackluster and disappointing experiences from typical national online florists, I was not hopeful. But then I found Le Bouquet Fleurs website- I knew this would be different! I ordered the petite orchid and a box of macarons. First, I received a picture of the arrangement before it was delivered- gorgeous and exactly what I ordered. The delivery was on point and impressive. An unexpected touch was a beautiful card that was elegantly wax sealed. The presentation of all the items was beyond my expectations- elevated and truly special. Mom was blown away by the sheer loveliness of it all!! Worth every penny and appropriately priced based on value. Comment: Being familiar with the Parisian aesthetic of bouquets in hatboxes, I doubted if I would be able to find someone over the internet who could execute this look from afar. I wanted to send something extraordinarily special to someone very dear to me, but live in the Northeast and had to rely on instincts and the internet. It is difficult to rely on reviews and pics, so I called Le Bouquet Fleurs to see if they could accommodate my requests. The gentleman I spoke with did not hesitate to help me, from creating the look and scheduling the delivery (perfectly). Upon completion, I received a text pic of the finished product BEFORE it went out for delivery. Furthermore, the delivery person patiently waited at the door and called me due to no one answering the door! (problem solved). Ultimately, the reaction and sheer joy from the recipient is all that really matters. She LOVES them...they are gorgeous...and she said the scent is delicious. Yay!! I patronize florists very often (as event planner and lover of flowers!) and can say with confidence, Le Bouquet surpassed expectations and provided excellent CS and communication. (thank you!) First of all, all of Le Bouquets arrangements are stunning!!! I wish I could send them all over the country! Comment: I found this florist on Instagram. At first their portfolio looked too good to be true, so I was very apprehensive about it. It is about $10-15 more expensive than if you would order from other companies BUT let me tell you IT IS WORTH IT!! I bought two medium size of the paper wrapped mixed arrangement and the flowers and presentation are breathless!!! Im definitely scoring brownie points with mom for this mothers day, she is gonna be so happy with her flowers!!

I called, got help from Danielle (who is awesome), and the whole process took about 10 minutes. Quick, professional, and the arrangement is FABULOUS!! I was a corporate event planner for over 25 years, so I always look for items that possess a WOW factor.My sister and her family were in Orlando, FL for vacation, arriving the day before her birthday. Anastasia was awesome to work with and my sisters favorite flower color is yellow. Anastasia did not have that in stock when I spoke with her on Sunday, but told me she would call me about 9 am on Monday (my sisters birthday) to let me know if she could accommodate me.She kept her word and we ended up adding a mixture of white and yellow roses in her circular white box. The arrangement was not only unique but also classy and the young lady who made the delivery wore a yellow dress and white gloves.My sister was so surprised and felt so, so special. I have photos and will try to upload.I recommend Le Bouquet Fleurs to anyone visiting Orlando, FL or not.
