Comment: The Mom and daughter duo are amazing!My best friend passed away in Florida (I live in New Mexico). I needed a beautiful bright spray to honor my best friend. I really didn’t know what I wanted only just beautiful bright flowers that exemplified his personality. She knew exactly what I wanted and assured me she’d take care of it. And that she did!The daughter was so sweet enough to text me pictures prior to the delivery to the funeral home. I can not express the gratitude and gracefulness throughout this process. I am always concerned when I order from out of state on how fresh they will actually be! My friend sent a picture -- they are absolutely gorgeous! So much so that the nurses were telling her how pretty they were!! And guess what? It is 3 days later and I received another picture - they are STILL beautiful!!! At 12 pm noon-- when every other shop I could find in the area could deliver next day at the earliest, these folks were able to take an order and have that order in the recipients hands within TWO HOURS.Also, although they did not have a teddy bear in stock, they were able to provide a koala bear instead, no questions or new costsFor questions, customer service answered timely, provided timelines for questions I had, and delivered on those timelines superbly.Lecis Bouquet Florist-- well done. I look forward to being a recurring customer in the future.

Comment: Absolutely amazing professional accommodating people that have wonderful communication. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this business or its owners/staff. I placed and order at one of those flowers in a box delivery places. Apparently my mother lives in a town that is harder to deliver to so my order was canceled. I was not about to have my childrens valentine not get flowers. Desperately scrambling for same day delivery that did not require me to mortgage my house I stumbled across this place at 0600. Placed an order on their easy to use website and crossed my fingers while honestly expecting the worst. Of course my heart dropped when five minutes after 8am my phone rang while I was dropping my daughter off at daycare. I checked my voicemail and couldnt believe it when I heard they could still help me, just not with the exact flowers that i ordered. I called back and the nicest man said they could deliver but all they had were roses. I told him honestly I was expecting them to not be able to help me and that they had amazing reviews and to please just make it pretty. Needless to say it was fresh, beautiful, and my mom loved it. THANK YOU! I will NEVER order from anyone else for my mom. Yall are amazing.

Comment: My significant other knows my favorite holiday is Valentines Day. So every year he always go out his way to have flowers sent to me. Not just any flowers only my favorites. So on this special day he order this very beautiful arrangement he said he order a bear & candy along with it but I only received the flowers. The next day I spoke with the owner she went over the order with me & explained that it was only flowers order. I told her it must have been a communication gap between the conversation because my honey was so set on what he order. The owner was very nice & understanding about the situation. Sent me a another bouquet of my favorite sunflowers with the teddy bear and chocolate candy. Im so pleased & very happy because every year something always happen but nobody takes the time to fix any issues after. For the owner to take the time to re-resend more flowers & a bear plus candy to please me says more about her than anything because it wasnt about the money but how her customer felt. She is a keeper.♥️

Comment: I searched online for a florist in Ocala, Florida, as my mother-in-law recently moved there. I live in Minnesota. I needed to send her flowers for Mothers Day. I saw that Lecis Bouquet was in close proximity to where she lived, and since I like to buy from local people, I gave them a call and left a voice message. At the same time, I went to their website to look at the possible arrangements. It was the Thursday before Mothers Day, so I needed to place an order right away. I saw that I could order right online, so went ahead with it. Right after I placed the order online, I received a call back from Bill, the owner. I really appreciated his quick response. I told him that I had placed the order via their website. Shortly thereafter, I received a call from a woman who informed me that the vase in the photo I picked was out-of-stock, and that they had another prettier vase. That was fine by me. In fact, we talked for a little bit and I realized I had ordered from her before and my mother-in-law loved the flowers. We talked in length about arrangements and making them pretty. I told her to go ahead and do whatever she wanted and to use her creativity.Flash forward to Saturday...I received a phone message from my mother-in-law absolutely gushing about the flower arrangement and how gorgeous it was. Her voice told me everything I needed to know. Then I spoke with her in person and she raved non-stop about the flowers and the arrangement. I couldnt have been more pleased. I have to say that I am completely impressed with Lecis Bouquet for their responsiveness, creativity, quality and prompt delivery. I would highly recommend them.

Comment: After ordering flowers from FTD to be delivered to a friend in the hospital and getting the run around as to why I received a confirmation of delivery order when it was not delivered and then being promised it would be deliverd within 3 days, I finally said NEVER AGAIN to FTD. I then looked up a local florist and found great reviews for Lecis Bouquet Florist. She was honest and promised they would be delivered the next day. They were and our friend was so happy to receive them. He has been really down in the dumps. But the sunflower bouquet was ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS as reported by his wife.
