Time and time again, they never cease to amaze me with their customer service, freshness and creativity and the QUALITY of their flowers at an affordable price. And they just started a Flower of the month program, and wouldn’t you know…this month’s flower is the ranunculus, which is my favorite! I had to get a bouquet. Can’t wait to see what next month’s flower will be!

I contacted the manager about my dissatisfaction, and was pleasantly surprised as to their prompt action to remedy the situation. They were very professional and responsive and made us whole. We’re chalking it up to a glitch and a bit of miscommunication, and we would be happy to give them a 2nd opportunity in the future to provide their services due to the professionalism shown in dealing with our complaint.

Comment: This flower shop is one of a kind, very friendly people, great attitude.I called last minute to have them make and deliver a flower arrangement for a funeral. I called them at 12 and asked them how fast they could make us an arrangement and deliver it to Fred hunter funeral home down the street from them because the service was at 12:30 and they asked me if it was for a man or a woman, I said a man and they told me they had a beautiful tropical arrangement that they could get it ready and deliver it right away. Well they got it delivered right before 12:30 perfect timing.Will use them from now on, well hopefully not for another funeral but rather for happy occasions and I would definitely recommend them to everyone.Thanks again guys for the great service and promptness.

Jennifer is really helpful with giving me ideas on what flowers go well together (thank you Jennifer). They have a large selection of flowers that are always fresh, beautiful and last a really long time. I was helped greatly with a wonderful bouquet of roses. Having no idea what color even to get i was happy for the help. Where should I start. after calling several flower shops and getting the usual almost scripted replies to my questions (Im a single Dad organizing my daughters sweet 16th) it was a relief to finally find a flower shop that really cares, The owners asked me about my daughters interest, colors she likes etc. To help me with this surprise party I planned.Boy did they make me look good! The flowers are always fresh and compared to the flowers Ive ever received or bought theirs bloom beautifully AND somehow last the longest.My first arrangement was a customized birthday bouquets for that one friend who is specific to liking Daisies.(think we all have one of those friends)They were especially helpful on a last minute order to my mother-in-law whose birthday I almost forgot.Yikes!! So grateful the arrangement was beautiful and most importantly arrived on time so no one knew of my procrastination except the flower shop.The little flower shop on the corner has friendly staff thats been helpful,accommodating to customizing my ordering needs.While there one day heard someone who works there help a customer that was in the dog house its funny but theyre really your one stop flower shop. So gentlemen, if youre in the doghouse and need help theyve got you covered.Looking forward to see what beautiful arrangements they will make for Valentines Day!!!
