Comment: Do not hesitate to order from Naples Florida design. I called when they open on a Saturday morning at 10 AM, ordered my flowers from a gentleman who was very attentive to my needs. He asked me the type of arrangement and my price range. Within two hours the flowers were delivered and hands-down one of the most beautiful arrangements I have ever ordered. Comment: I live out of state, and I wanted to send a balloon bouquet to a relative (male)of mine. I wasn’t having much luck finding a “balloon bouquet shop” like they have here, when I found this shop on Google. I called the number and spoke with Michael. We had a very bad connection on my end, but he was patient and kind. Even though the shop is a floral shop, he helped me with his suggestions to come up with an appropriate balloon arrangement for a gift for a male relative, customized at a very fair price point. He even went as far to allay my concerns by sending me a photo of the arrangement prior to it leaving the shop for delivery! Way to go Michael! 👏🏼👏🏼That’s customer service for you! 🥳🎂Thanks, you’ve have a permanent customer in me.😃

Comment: My daughter and I can not say enough about Michael. We came in from out of state for her beach wedding on Saturday. We walked in on Friday and was immediately greated by Roman (who obviously is the supervisor ...lol). Michael listened to my daughter who only had a vision of simple yet messy greenery with big white flowers. Within 15 mins he had created a beautiful and perfect bride bouquet and MOH bouquet. My husband and I received countless compliments on the flowers and leaves that Michael put together. Due to extremely windy conditions on our wedding date and the fact that we had an outdoor ceremony, Michael had to make a last minute decision to change around a few things to make sure that our arrangements wouldnt fall over or blow away.
