The rosemary bread was warm, fresh out of the oven and tasted heavenly! Each item was locally sourced and of the highest quality. Jill even sent me a text with a picture of the plant and bag of cookies. Ive sent flowers several times through different florists and Ive never had that added customer service. Not only do they have adorable offerings (the Christmas gift basket I got was exactly what I was looking for), but they were so communicative throughout the process. I got a photo of the basket texted to me when it was being sent out, and then another text when it was officially delivered. My family loved it.I will definitely be purchasing from them again, and definitely recommend it! Lots of other gift basket delivery companies have plenty of hit or miss reviews- but there’s a reason this place has such high ratings!

It was my moms birthday and I needed a gift last minute for Saturday delivery and even though the owner was not open on Saturdays she agreed to deliver my gift basket anyway. I was so impressed!I ordered the gift basket that came with Veuve champagne, cheeses, chocolate caramels, a succulent, bread with rosemary and lots of other yummy snacks. Comment: Great service and the basket was just as expected!I found out the night before the basket was to be delivered that my brother in law was leaving town at 10am the next morning. I left a late night message to the florist in hopes they would get it in the morning. I received a text from the florist that night saying that they would get it to them in time!They even sent me a text the next day after they made the delivery. It was so nice of them to work to get it there before he left town, and on such short notice. I will order from Naples Gift Baskets again!
