She texted me pictures of suggested arrangement concepts, provided expert advice, created a spectacular arrangement and had it delivered in just a couple of hours of speaking with her. Comment: I do not write reviews often but wanted to share my wonderful experience with Natural Orchids Boutique. I was in a pinch for a New Years Eve gift and called after googling Miami orchids. Alex answered and could not have been more helpful. He called the owner and arranged for them to deliver an order for me on New Years Eve when they are supposed to be closed! I truly appreciate Alex and his help. He went above and beyond!

Comment: Update June 2023: I purchased a potted orchid for Mother’s Day and today it has 30 FLOWERS!! I’ll never go anywhere else for flowers - this place is seriously the gold standard!Very happy with the quality and design of my arrangement! I ordered the Exotic Dendrobium arrangement for Mothers Day and WOW did it come out beautiful! I feel like a lot of florists overstate their products online and make it seem like there are going to be more flowers than there actually are, but I was very very pleased to see that the orchid arrangement was robust and the vase looked completely full with beautiful, healthy orchids. I will definitely be buying from Natural Orchids again!

Comment: I recently ordered the Exotic Cymbidium Orchid Arrangement for someone and I must say it was an absolutely stunning arrangement, especially for the price! Best experience Ive had with any sort of bouquet delivery! Usually things arent nearly how they look in the images, but they even made changes to the color exactly as I requested(usually places tell me they cant swap things out!). I couldnt be happier with it, and Im so so glad I went with Natural Orchids Boutique to surprise my friend.

Comment: First off, I want to say the flower arrangement was lovely, and I dont have any complains about the flowers themselves. I would absolutely recommend this place for day of delivery or in store pickup.EDIT: They reached out to me after this review, and more than fixed the issue below - 10/5 customer service, and if I could rate them higher than 5 stars I would.--------------------------------------------------However, I used their website to arrange for flower delivery for a specific event, and instead of arriving on the day I scheduled, they arrived the day after I placed the order (about three days too early). Obviously not the end of the world, and too early is better than too late, but just know that if you try to use this place to schedule an anniversary or birthday surprise ahead of time you may have to find something else for the actual day.

I told her my budget, looked at a few things she had premade online and decided to let her use her creativity to make a very clean/modern arrangement. I have to tell you she nailed it and came in under budget.If you are seeking a natural arrangement or are possibly tired of getting flowers for people that just die in a week you have to check out this place.
