Comment: I have purchased flowers from Nadia twice now and I have been delighted both times. I live out of town but have an elderly relative in Longwood. The first time I ordered online - Nadias arrangement was true to the online specs and delivery was on time. The second time I had a last minute order for a family memorial service. I spent a few minutes on the phone with Nadia talking over a couple of special requests. I picked up the arrangement 2 hours later and I was so impressed with what she was able to pull together! The flowers were beautiful, fresh, and fragrant. I so appreciate Nadias flexibility and creativity with this last minute order. I look forward to sending more of her beautiful flowers in the future.

Comment: Nadia and Isis are amazing!!! And their customer service is OUTSTANDING! I work as an Executive Assistant for a generous and spontaneous VP of a large company and I found out a day late and mid-afternoon one day last week that I had missed her birthday. After frantically calling around to several florists, I was fortunate enough to stumble upon Novelties by Nadia and More. I reached Nadias assistant Isis and even though it was after hours, she graciously and cheerfully arranged the flowers and expedited the delivery to my boss that afternoon; and my boss LOVED THEM!!! Fast forward to yesterday evening, I get a urgent request from my boss (the VP) to have flowers delivered today to two of our associates. I reached Nadia this time, and even though the delivery addresses were out of her delivery range, she graciously received the orders and outsourced them to a couple of her partnerships. She followed the orders to the very end and through every detail! And she kept me posted at every stage of the delivery process. So once again Nadia and her assistant came through for me. I cant begin to express how impressed I am with the people at Novelties by Nadia and More. Theyve definitely gained a loyal customer in me. I am so confident that she can handle any requests for arrangements that I may personally have or ones that my boss may have in the future!

My daughter got married last weekend it was planned in two days because her father was diagnosed with terminal cancer And she wanted her father to walk her down the aisle. I’ve called several different florist in the area and couldn’t get anybody to help me last minute Obviously it was very emotional time .. I thank God that I found Nadia She was very patient on the phone with me and made such a beautiful bouquet for my daughter. She made everything very easy for me. Thank you very much! Not long after our phone conversation Nadia jumped right in and put together a PDF with images of ideas from our conversation that she may as well pulled directly from my head! Comment: I ordered flowers for a relative in the hospital near this florist and had great customer service. Specifically, the first flowers my relative received started to wilt after a day and a half and I called the shop back and let them know what happened. Even though we realized later that the problem likely occurred somewhere along the delivery chain, other than their delivery person, Nadia still agreed to send another arrangement to be sure my relative had nice flowers in her room. I will definitely use her florist again in the future. The arrangement itself was also gorgeous.
