Right after I placed my order, I was swiftly informed via phone call that they would need to make some substitutes since they were out of several of the flowers for that floral arrangement. The lady who spoke with me was super nice. The order was delivered in a timely manner and I think it looked even better than the original arraignment. It is well worth your money!

Concerned about this I called for clarification. I was told that because of delivery delays they may have to substitute certain flowers for others but that their goal is to closely match the style of the arrangement shown on the website.Well, I have to say that when the two recipients received their deliveries, they sent us a photo and they were stunning! Not only were they delivered the to two different locations as scheduled but the florist outdid him or herself in creating beautiful arrangements...each matching the distinctive style of each arrangement I ordered. I would order from them again and encourage others to do the same. Quality work!

Comment: I am beyond pleased with the most BEAUTIFUL flower arrangement for my Mother’s Memorial Service last Friday. I called in a panic on New Years Eve a few minutes before they were closing early for the holiday and they graciously answered my call and assured me they could deliver a beautiful flower arrangement in time for the service.I am blown away by their professionalism and the quality of the flowers! I am still enjoying them several days later. I received so many compliments on how gorgeous the all white arrangement was and I was happy to spread the word and give all the credit to Oops A Daisy Flowers!

Comment: I have used oops a daisy several times and have been very happy with them each time. The flowers are always great quality (don’t wilt or die right away) and each of the bouquets have been more beautiful than I anticipated. They have also been very accommodating with a couple of special requests. I will definitely continue to use them.

Comment: Updated Review I have used Oops A Daisy multiple times. Laura has a beautiful eye for design. Our daughter was married in St Pete September 15th 2018. Only one florist I knew I could trust to handle this special day. Laura handled everything beautifully. Photos attached. Her communication and patience during this very stressful - emotional time. I want wrong choosing Oops A Daisy, she more than delivered! THANK YOU Laura for putting up with me (momzilla lol) and for helping make my little girls day so beautiful. Love this place. Comment: Im in Michigan and wanted to send Get WWel flowers to a friend down there. Unfortunately, I had the wrong address and had a hard time contaticon said friend (as shed just had surgery!). Luckily, Laura was amazing and held the flowers until we could get it straightened out. It is a lovely bouquet and the customer service is better than anything we have in Michigan! Comment: I called in and spoke to Laura and described the event I was going to and she took the flower and ran with it and created the most fun flower arrangement in a huge margarita glass that was so festive. This is definitely not your grandmothers florist. Fantastic shop!!
