Comment: BEYOND FANTASTIC!!! I called to have flowers delivered to my mom for her 87th birthday. The customer service on the phone was simply Amazing. I didn’t have a specific bouquet in mind. So, I simply said ‘My mom is 87, and she prefers things are more simple, not too ornate or overly fancy’ And they took it from there, designing the bouquet. My mom has Never been happier with a bouquet of flowers! THANK YOU!!!

Comment: What a WONDERFUL experience working with Karen. We live in Rhode Island and my husband is working on his mothers property in Florida. The next door neighbor has always been so sweet and kind to us. She mentioned in passing to him that she was having a birthday this week. but she didnt want her family to fuss over her. He said birthdays are a milestone and dont push your family away or you will find yourself alone. She took what he said to heart and said YES I want to celebrate! He text me to make it happen and using google reviews it was a simple choice what florist/gift shop to use PARADISE BEACH! The website is beautiful and so easy to use. I ordered flowers,balloons, gifts. Received my email confirmation. BOOM! DONE! Confirm with a phone call to Karen at the shop the next day, she assured me our friend would be well taken care of and BOY WAS SHE EVER! The birthday girl and her family were over the moon with how gorgeous EVERYTHING was and beautifully wrapped. Comment: From our first phone call till the last text message the service was incredible. The two people involved (one the owner) could not have been more courteous, friendly, professional and accommodating. The requests we were making were specific and must have been a little annoying. The timing of the delivery was critical, and even after careful planning by them for us, we had to ask them to change the plans. They were also available promptly on the phone, without the need for voicemails and missed calls. When delivered the arrangement amazed, even those who received pictures via text. It is a piece of art that will continue to be active for a while. It seems that the flowers chosen were selected based on type, color, anticipated date of blooming, and an overall changing effect. The recipient will no doubt look forward every day as the arrangement changes, becoming different every day, but probably maintaining its beauty for an extended period.

I ordered bulk flowers from Sam’s Club and planned on doing the flower arrangements myself with friends, but the flowers showed up TWO days late, the AFTERNOON before our wedding and many were over-bloomed. There was no way we could have done the flowers ourselves and Kate came in like a champion. Kate and Paradise Beach Florist provided unparalleled traditional service where they actually cared about their customers, listened to what we were hoping to have, and went above and beyond. Kate not only had her regular order of flowers, but prom boutonnieres and corsages to complete, and our wedding order. She completed 1 bridal bouquet, 3 bridesmaids’ bouquets, 8 boutonnieres, 10 centerpieces, and several side pieces IN LESS THAN 24 HOURS. It was stunning work and I could not be more thankful for everything they did. This is the business you want to support and can be confident that they will provide you with quality service.

I was leaving town the following morning and wanted to get some silk flowers for my dads grave.. they whipped up this beautiful bouquet last minute and even came in an hour early to accommodate us leaving town before they opened. They were the NICEST ladies, the customer service was amazing, and their ability to just take a couple color suggestions and make this beautiful arrangement is, Im sure, a testament to their experience. Comment: I know this post is long but I think that you will find its worth the read. So a few years ago I became very sick and was hospitalized 13 times in 1 year no less then a week at a time eventually losing all my friends but ONE. She was there everytime I was hospitalized and later when I was diagnosed terminal. She has taken me to my doctors appts and gives me a shoulder to cry on when I recieve bad news after bad news she even cries with me sometimes 💔 This person sacrifices for me all the time even taking care of me on the days that I cant take care of myself. So one day while I was in the hospital I received flowers and in casual conversation she just happened to have mentioned to me that shes never in her life received flowers, no one has even simply handed her flowers let alone being made to feel as special as you feel when you get flowers delivered to you. I decided that this special friend definitely deserved that feeling! After reading the reviews for this shop I decided that I was going to give them a call to see if they could help me out. I spoke with Karen and I explained to her that I wanted to send flowers to a friend of mine that had never received flowers before so I needed it to be as special as possible but on a budget.But she had no idea of the back story all she knew is it was very important to me, someone she had never even met! I explained to Karen what my budget was and she suggested that what I do is allow the florist Lisa to put together a custom bouquet under that budget. I agreed. She then went on to ask me questions about my persons fav color? flower? etc my only request was one red rose in the center...I ordered for it to be delivered the next day (today Dec 6th) to her work. She had no problem and was so sweet, helpful...obviously very knowledgeable and showed great confidence in Lisa the florist which made me feel very comfortable that being said I was super excited and asked Karen if they could possibly take a picture when it was done and text it to me she with no hesitation they would be happy too 😊..again a step above..that night I found out my friend would be in and out at work till around 4pm I was worried bc I wanted them to be handed to her personally. The next morning I called the shop and had the pleasure of speaking to Lisa the florist. Asked if it could be delivered after 4pm she was very accommodating and assured me that it would be no problem. I explained to her how my friend has never recieved flowers and how important this was. She assured me it was going to be amazing!! So not only did they text me a picture of an AMAZING arrangement that took my breath away..Great job Lisa!! Thank you so much for obviously putting not just talent but love into this arrangement ❤ Then I find out Karen is going to personally deliver it to my friend and text me to let me know it was delivered. AGAIN AMAZING SERVICE! I want to thank you so much Karen you really go above and beyond from start to finish you helped make this ONCE IN A LIFETIME (you only get flowers for the first time once) experience for my friend and I extra special can not thank you enough!! 💕Once my friend recieved those flowers she cried...WE cried but thanks to Karen and Lisa along with this floral shop for the first time in a long time we cried HAPPY tears ❤ This floral shop has a customer for life in both of us! Here is a picture of the amazing arrangement that was created for ONLY 37.00 with tax and delivery two lives were made so much happier for less then 50.00 I highly recommend ❤❤

Comment: Planning a Florida wedding all the way from Kentucky wasnt easy. I found Paradise Beach Florist via a Google search and was pleasantly surprised at how responsive they were. I emailed them a few pictures of some arrangements that had the vibe I was going for and decided to just let the pros run with it. When I picked up my flowers they were more amazing that I could have imagined! I am so happy I found this florist for my wedding flowers!

Comment: They didnt have the dendrobiums needed for my order, so I told them I trusted them to make something. Requested something beachy. They did an AMAZING job. It even had sand dollars and starfish. I would definitely recommend this shop. Also, my order was delivered super quickly!

Comment: I called Paradise Beach Florist at the last minute for a corsage for my sons date. I had completely forgotten about it and its my sons first homecoming, so he doesnt know what is going on. Jenny helped us out and didnt get annoyed at being called at the last minute. I really expected to be told, no, were booked up. But she was so cheerful and pleasant and helped us come up with the perfect pairing for his dates dress. Now my son can be proud of what he gives his date...you made this event special for him. I will definitely go back here for all my floral needs!! You guys rock!

Comment: I received great customer service, great advice and beautiful flowers. I want to say thank you to Jane for her help in picking out the right arrangement for giving my mother on her birthday. She loved the flowers. I have bought several bouquets from Paradise Beach florist and have not been disappointed.
