The flowers looked exactly like the online picture and the recipients were overjoyed when they received the arrangement. Someone from the florist called me to ensure receipt by the recipient I loved that extra level of customer service because it showed that the florist cared about whether the recipient was pleased with the arrangement. It is rare for a florist to call and follow up after delivery and the fact that the florist called validates that they care about pleasing their clients.I look forward to placing orders with Petals of Boca Raton Florist in the future. Based on customer reviews, figured it would be my best shot for the area I needed the delivery for. I also needed same day delivery without paying a ridiculous fee so Petals of Boca was reasonable. Their arrangements I found to be quite unique and definitely more eye catching than your usual FTD-esque arrangement. Their website was super easy to use. I searched price point, by occasion and even by color. It was so easy. Customer service is what really puts them to the 5 star mark. They were unable to reach the recipient and notified me straight away both by phone and email. As timing would have it, I was in transit when they called so I missed the call but because they also sent an email, I was able to respond faster to that than to call back. They responded to me back and forth as needed...super efficient. I not only heard they made contact but they also sent me delivery confirmation. I was very pleased! Comment: I chose Petals to do the flowers for my Mothers funeral because of their unusual and artistic designs. My mom was an artist that painted murals most of her life in New England and I wanted to honor her memory with flowers that reflected her artistic life. I chose colors in purples, blues and lavenders. Petals created willow and orchid alter pieces that were out of this world, along with a casket piece with blue hydrangea, lavender roses, purple lisianthus and other flowers. We also did a matching low arrangement for the base of the casket. My mom would have loved it.

Comment: Great shop with a great staff. I know my mom loves orchid but I know almost nothing about them. They helped me pick one out and told me all about their care. My mom loved the orchid and said they were Grade A plants and called the shop to complement them. Its so good to find a florist that still sells quality plants and flowers.

Comment: I sent my wife two dozen long stem premium red roses from this florist and they were the most beautiful roses I have ever seen. The florist delivered to my wifes work and really made her feel great on her birthday. She said she got more comments on the flowers than any other I have sent to her.

Comment: I placed a very late order in the day and asked if it could be delivered before the end of the day. . #1) they were out of the exact flowers as pictured and had the courtesy to call and let me know and gave me the option to substitute. .#2) They agreed to deliver and when I mentioned that the person might still be in the hospital and not home yet, they took it upon themselves to call the hospital, verify she was still admitted and took the flowers directly to the hospital. . This all happened is a span of hours! ! Amazing service! !!!

Comment: I have never received flowers of such incredible beauty. My husband sent me roses on Valentines Day and then again a few day later for our anniversary. First, the flowers lasted over a week. Second, the designs were really nice and not your typical rose arrangements. We have lived in Boca for three decades and I have gotten flowers from every florist in the city over the years. Petals are absolutely the best. I recommend trying them if you need a great florist.

Comment: I received a beautiful Valentine arrangement of roses, hydrangea and viburnum from this florist. It was spectacular. I have received flowers from many shops in Boca Raton and Delray, but this out shines them all. My husband said they were very professional when he order them on the phone and seemed to know alot about the flowers they sell. I went to their website and they have so many beautiful designs. I look forward to many more arrangements from this shop.

Comment: I was so thrilled to finally receive beautiful flowers from a florist in Boca. They were very fresh and fragrant and put together expertly. My favorite flower in the arrangement were the tulips. I didnt even know you could get Tulips in the summer! Bravo Petals of Boca. I hope to receive many beautiful flowers from you in the future.

Comment: I was visiting my Mother in Boca Raton a couple of weeks ago. She grew up in Japan and prefers the simplicity of Japanese floral designs. I visited 3 or 4 shops in the area but only this shop had an idea of what true Japanese floral style is like. I was very please with the simple orchid design with bamboo and long grass in a glass cylinder. It was very Zen and my mother loved it. Thank you to Petals for making my mother very happy.

Comment: Petals florist did a super job with the flowers for my moms party. I no longer live in Boca Raton so I could not visit with them, but Petals was very detailed in what they were going to design for the party. I had no doubt about what I was going to see. Actually it turned out to be even more than I expected. What a wonderful surprise that was! They took great pride in the work they did for me and their knowledge is filled with experience, which can be seen in the high quality of work they do. Comment: My sister sent me a wonderful arrangement for Easter from Petals. It is the third arrangement I have received from this shop and each one has been really nice. The tulips and hydrangea were really fresh and lasted over a week. The design itself was very creative and unique. Not like a typical FTD flower arrangement. Petals is a little more expensive than other shops in Boca Raton, but well worth it.

Comment: What a wonderful job Petal did for our wedding! The Huppah was exactly what we expected with lots of flowing ivy and floating roses. Absolutely incredible! Our reception was a magnificent array of tall and short centerpieces filled with lavender hydrangea and pink garden roses. Breathtaking! Petal and her staff were very efficient and did everything possible to make our day perfect. I would highly recommend to anyone thinking about getting married soon!

Comment: Being new to Boca Raton, it was hard finding a good florist I can trust. However; after talking to several on the telephone, I felt most comfortable going with Petals of Boca. They really seem to know their stuff. We discussed colors, textures, lighting, the colors in the rooms, etc. No one else I called wanted to go into that much detail. When Im spending $200 a week on fresh flowers for my home I want a flower shop with designers that are experts in their craft. I have been so pleased with all of their designs so far. Im really glad I found the best florist in boca raton for the job!

Comment: This florist is awesome. I called and ordered flowers for a girl Im dating. We had only been out 4 times and I wanted to impress her at work. So I spent $100 on flowers and told them to make it unusual. They delivered this incredible arrangement with flowers and vines and other stuff I dont know the names of. Anyway, my date loved them and everyone at her work had to stop by her office and see the flowers. Great job guys. Ill be calling again soon.

Comment: I received a wonderful orchid design for Mothers Day from Petals of Boca. Many of my friends have had deliveries from them in the past and I had always loved their work. The plant I got had many young orchid spikes in a beautiful white ceramic container with lots of green moss and river stones. i told my husband that Petals is the best Boca Raton florist so he better get the hint!

Comment: I spoke to a young lady that seemed very knowledgeable and professional. She recommended a number of options for my sisters birthday party. They delivered the flowers on saturday morning as requested and I was impressed. The three centerpieces included the most amazing peonies and garden roses I have only seen in magazines. Their delivery people set-up the flowers on my tables and even spread out the petals and ivy on the tables just as I had discussed with the designer. When my sister arrived that afternoon, she was so happy she went to tears! I called Petals on Monday to thank them for such a wonderful job and was suprised to find out that they had actually sent a designer to my house with the driver to make sure set-up was perfect. Who does that anymore? These guys are great.

Comment: For my 20th anniversary I decided to send my wife flowers. After checking every florists website in Boca, I noticed that all of them looked the same, except for this shop. They had a very nice presentation online, so I called them. A gentleman answered and took the time to discuss the colors, styles and flowers my wife might like. I got the impression they dont do cheap stuff like 800 flowers so I spent a little over $100 to get something really nice. When the arrangement arrived, my wife was thrilled and thats all that mattered to me. Ill be calling this shop again.
