Comment: My sister-in-law had to say goodbye to their sweet little dog today. She was devastated 😢. I ordered flowers but missed the cut off for same day delivery so requested next day. I received a text shortly after placing my order and the shop said that even though I had missed the cutoff they would deliver the flowers today. I thanked them and explained why that would mean so much to us....they said they thought (based on card message) that it would be needed today. I was so touched that they cared so much! They also texted me pictures of the beautiful flowers and added orchids to make it special 💖. I cant thank them enough for their kindness. My sister-in-law loved the flowers 💐. Best florist shop ever! ❤

Comment: I called from out of town to have an arrangement sent to friends on Siesta Key. The only instructions I gave were regarding budget and for the look to be tropical. The creation that was delivered was so beautiful and certainly beyond what I could have ever described. Additionally the owner sent me a text message with photos of the flowers before they were sent out which was a really nice touch. There was a slight mix up with the delivery date and when I alerted the owners to this issue they were very quick to offer a resolution that was also beyond my expectations. I cant recommend this place enough, even never having set foot inside their shop I can tell that have genuine pride in their products and their customer service approach. Thank you!!!

Comment: I am from out of town and I needed some very simple baby’s breath for my wedding bouquet. They worked/dealt with all my craziness I had going on. They have amazing customer service that went above and beyond what I asked and made the flowers into an adorable bouquet for me!

Comment: I live in Naples and wanted to send flowers to my sister-in-law in Sarasota who had just had surgery, as well as something for her granddaughter turning 6.She loves pineapples.. so I called Pineapple Florist. Larry was wonderful!! He found a beautiful pineapple vase for me and a darling stuffed bear for her granddaughter. He even sent me photos of the arrangement and personally, beautifully wrapped the bear in a box with a bow. I have never had better service. Larry is a Saint! I wish we had Pineapple Florist in Naples.

Comment: Larry went above and beyond in creating the perfect bouquet for my little sister, whose dog had just passed away from battling cancer. When they didnt have a specific flower I asked for, he contacted us directly and offered various replacement options that were customized to her liking, and blew our expectations out of the water. The effort and care he put into this process was truly heartwarming. Our family wont forget it!

They go above and beyond to deliver a product that will be beautiful and will last longer than the average flower. On a side note, the shop has the most unusual and pretty gift and decor items. Its worth your time to stop by and take a look.
