Comment: I would like to Publixally totally admit the being a huge fan of Publix Super Markets . As I stepped into the wonder , it was the climax of the yearlong wait . It was beautiful and oh my , Did I say it was really large .. Stunning , It is a gorgeous store , Publix employees were awesome , even had items I hadnt seen since I lived in Charleston 4years plus ago .. , wow is this for real ! Like I said, I always go to Publix. Food Shopping Centers just don’t match up to Publix. Fresh products are always great especially when the holiday season is here. Comment: Publix is unique in that, its a place where you can order deli or seafood; but the seafood section offers sushi.The sushi is not uncooked, just chilled to taste- the shrimp, tuna, and salmon rolls are the best- but there is also imitation crab and veggie rolls.I tried the fiesta tuna roll on this visit, and I am very pleased.At the deli, you can order wraps and subs; the wraps are definitely better priced and more delicious than Subway.Try the spinach wrap with turkey, its delicious!

She offered to take my groceries out of the cart as I was in the motorized carts. No one ever did that. She was customer at its best. I will definitely be back because of her. Comment: Keep the store and bathrooms clean, staff is always sweet and helpful, sushi is good and the lady who fixes it is awesome and will make you what youd like. Just about anything you want is here and sometimes not other places like I drink greenwise milk and Walmart does not carry it. Plus they are stocked up most of the time and the crowd is not crazy busy or rowdy.

Comment: Unfortunately the rotisserie chicken is not as good as the Publix that is in Lynn Haven. I don’t know why it’s so shriveled up and dry. I have bought rotisserie chicken and chicken wings here many times and it’s always the same. I don’t recommend their cooked chicken!!This store has a big selection of everything you need. Also has a pharmacy. The bathrooms are clean. And the sandwiches at the deli are absolutely delicious. Highly recommend this Publix.

Comment: Very friendly ! Sushi wasnt as good as it normally is when the lady is there ! Usually tuna is a fresher brighter red color and when she makes it , it is extremely good ! It was alright but tuna had lighter grayish color !! Reminded me of last one I got at world market with color of tuna ! But one I got today still tasted better than last one I got at world market !! Dont know ladys name in sushi dept , hers always taste good ! Todays tuna wasnt as fresh and good tasting as it normally is when she makes it !!

Comment: Granddaughter was getting married and the florist was booked months prior. The big day arrived and no florist... the flower guy (Bobby) at the 23rd Street Plaza Publix had helped us out with flowers for the Bridal Shower, so Bobby was called and he made sure that we had enough beautiful bouquets of spring flowers and amazing babys breath, enough to decorate all of the tables and place vases of flowers all around. All of the bridal bouquets as well as the Groom and Groomsmens Boutonnieres were made and there were enough left over to have vases of flowers in the Brides and the grooms dressing compartments. Saved our day! When all was purchased, it turns out that we spent less that the florist cost. Thanks so much!

Comment: I was in Panama City for a doctors appointment, as soon as I got in my car I headed straight to Publix for lunch. And no thats not a typo, I went for lunch. Out of all the many I had to choose from in PC, the only thing I wanted was a Sub Sandwich from the Publix deli. If u havent tried one, u MUST!! One word, FABULOUS!!! I always get the Italian on white and add pepperoni to it. Did i mention they use Boars Head brand meats!!! Their customer service is 5 star and sandwich prep area is always SUPER clean!! Always the best lunch ever!!

Comment: I love this Publix but today I waited in the express lane for over 15 minutes. When I handed Megan my cash she was like staring in space before counting it I was just like keep the change!! I waited in her slow line for too long then she couldn’t even stay focused enough on me to be efficient and it shows. I will always avoid her lane that was awful. The guy in the line next to me was outside by his car after and said “that was just terrible” and I agree!!

Comment: As is the standard in Publix, southern hospitality and politeness is always outstanding, here. The Deli employees, in particular, are wonderful. Always focused on the individual customer even when slammed with orders. I ordered some Pub-subs online this evening and they even called me shortly after placing the order to confirm whether I wanted the subs hot or cold. One simply doesn’t find THIS level of consistent customer service outside of Publix.

Comment: I actually enjoyed grocery shopping today. This is by far the best place in Panama City to shop for groceries. The staff goes out of their way to make you feel welcome. Publix is definitely doing something right. Every employee I crossed paths with seemed to genuinely like their job. I will drive the extra 5 miles from now on. The store is super clean, well organized and has great deli, bakery, and seafood departments.

Comment: Have mercy, this visit was awesome. Normally, I rush out of the store, but we got some hot food this time. The food service worker was really pleasant. When we got in line to checkout, the cashier, Early was conversational, but wasnt overwhelming. She was really nice. The lady that bagged our groceries, is what got me. I know its just balloons, but she made it her mission to get my two babies balloons. The compliments after a long, gruesome day...was the cherry on top. Love this store!!!

Comment: Publix visit was fantastic as usual! My husband and I have trouble getting past the deli & bakery, so many wonderful choices! This visit we also picked up some fresh seafood! Yum! Even in the frozen food section, there are so many unusual products and brands that you just dont see elsewhere. The produce section is always clean and inviting, whole or already cut up fruit and vegetable selections are always fresh! Last time I bought some delicious starfruit which is often hard to find! Comment: This is an update to my previous posting for Publix. I wanted to add that it is truly a pleasure to shop here. I recently was shopping in this store and had a medical emergency. The management and employees were truly OUTSTANDING! It was a very busy time of day yet managers and employees immediately summoned EMS and not only assisted me until help arrived (and beyond), also took care of my grandchild until my family arrived. The Publix employees and managers are truly top-notch, and I am incredibly grateful for the care and concern extended to me.

Comment: Wow. This location seems to be packed with so much. Theres a department for everything. Staffs were ok but not super helpful and welcoming. Dont know if assistance to load your vehicle is available here. Theres so many tasting areas! I sampled 3 items in one trip. Learned that Florida locations take the term buy one get one free Seriously. U have to get two items. In other states, u can just get one item and its counted as half price. Theres even a free coffee area!

Comment: The best pharmacy and pharmacy staff in town. They are always so patient and understanding with my multiple questions, medications, coupons , and have been able to get troublesome insurance claims approved quickly. They always greet me with a smile and by name. That is rare to find in a chain and just in general in the world today. I will continue to bring all of my prescriptions here even if they are not the cheapest on each and every one the service is definitely worth it. Thank you!
