Comment: Wow! I normally wouldn’t take the time to write a review for a grocery store. But today exceeded my expectations! The staff at this Publix location was so friendly! At least three employees said hello to me and my little boy with a friendly smile willing to help in anyway! A special thanks to Desiree, who even gave my little boy, a sticker, coloring page, and crayons and asked if she could help me out to my car so I could get my son buckled in without worrying about my bags. You just don’t find customer service like this anymore. Keep up the great work

Comment: Stopped in here, havent been in this Publix in years and their deli is far beyond superior to the others!!! They had fish and all kinds of different stuff ready to grab, very clean and kind staff. The one by my house the deli is just chicken nothing else is ever there and the staff dont talk to you, theyre all angry and last time I ordered a sub after the pick up time 40 minutes later and them asking me what do you want and me explaining twice they just walked away and never made it. Wish this one was closer!

Comment: This is our closest Publix I can walk to it if necessary. What can anyone say about Publix that hasnt been said before. They have a large selection of just about everything one needs. Friendly staff and always a clean store. Prices are a bit high but for a one stop shopping trip youll get nearly everything you need and want. If they dont have it they will try to procure it for you.

Comment: This is our favorite Publix in the area. Consistent and easy mobile ordering at the deli. If you check out my review of the Summerlin Crossings location, you’ll see the difference in the quality between the locations for the same jalapeño popper sub order. We’re lucky the Alico location is closer to us, and thank you to the Alico managers and team for excellent service.

Comment: I like this publix but cashier Sean has a poor attitude and bad customer service. Said absolutely nothing to me the entire time he was ringing my groceries. Handed me my receipt I said “thank you“ and he was silent. I am a healthcare worker and was in scrubs so don’t know if this was the reason for his attitude but it was very obvious he had an issue checking me out. The young lady that was before me he was overly friendly with. His attitude made me a bit comfortable.

Comment: This Publix doesn’t really stand out from the others but that can be a good thing. Convenient location on the West end of Alico road serving the multitude of businesses on Alico. The produce department in particular are very friendly and make great salads! Check out lines are usually nice and short during lunch time.

Comment: I like shopping at Publix but I wish I didnt have to go to Walmart to buy 8 packs of NOS energy drinks. I have asked numerous times for them to carry NOS but Walmart and 7-11, and most service stations seem to be the only option now that Winn Dixie is gone. I really wish Publix would carry NOS so I could do all of my shopping at one store. I really dont like Wally World but at $8.88 for a 8 pack thats my go to store and usually get groceries there instead of making 2 stops.

Comment: So thankful for the staff that were able to get there after IrmaThey did not have full power still and were out of much stock but theyre open in order to help me and the surrounding area!! Bravo Alico Mission Publix staff. Even had the pharmacy open although the pharmacist was the only one there! Thank you Bill! You guys were always the best and now you are above and beyond my heroes!

Comment: Went in a few weeks ago to grab a birthday cake for my son. The guy in the bakery offered to write something on the cake for my son and even offered to show me to where they keep candles which I would have forgotten if I he didnt remind me. Thanks bakery dude.

Comment: This is my go to store as we live right around the corner. Everyone here is super friendly, so much so that I dont even like going to to other Publixs. They have just about everything most every other grocer has with the exception of limited amounts of Organic items and Grassfed/organic meats. Otherwise its pretty great
