Comment: I enjoy shopping here. The store is clean and the aisles are clear. Variety in every type of product, and in the deli, bakery, and produce departments. The people are all nice and helpful, too. Sometimes I have trouble being in markets due to the smells of fish and meats. Unless I stand in that department, I have no problem. Always have a good experience here.Update - I made just a quick trip today. Got some food for the crew installing my new fence. The sub sandwich was huge, and there was a special on hot meals. I picked up a few things for myself, but I need to go back when I have more time. Clean and well-organized store with very nice and helpful staff.Update - I finally got grocery shopping done! The employees were helpful - as always - and I found what I needed. The store is clean and the foods are fresh. Everything is more expensive, but prices seem to be in line with other stores.Update Feb. 2024 - A quick-ish stop to snag lunch and dinner items to last a few days. Of course, we bought more than planned and also forgot one item. An extra good experience at check out. I love this store!

Comment: As per usual Publix supercedes all other grocery stores. Where shopping isnt just a pleasure, but good for your mental health. It also attracts a different kind of customer. My girlfriend lost her wallet in this particular Publix. That wallet was not only turned in but still had all the money in it. She always finds a way to trick me into going to Publix... So she thinks. I know exactly what she wants to do when a place within walking distance of Publix is suggested. Its well, since were so close why dont we just stop by real quick for one thing. Its never real quick or one thing but thats ok because its the only grocery store that I truly feel like a King. Its all smiles and waves from the employees like were the most important people in there. They have free cookies for those who are still young at heart. And lets not forget the mythical pub sub, for this there are no words. Their new slogan should be Publix... God shops here.

Comment: I dont know why but I did really enjoy going to this Publix except when we got to the cashier ot was the 10 items or less line and the cashier had a complete attitude when we got in her line she should be careful of her expression my son in law and I were together he paid for his items and I paid for mine this lady had rhe audacity to literally counted the items so I will make sure I never get in her line anymore thus Publix doesnt have the self check out if it did she probably wouldnt have a job.Her attitude doesnt mean I wont go to this location just I wont get in her line at all.

Despite the many shoppers just coming in for a stay at a rental property, the shelves were fully stocked. The customer service staff members were very happy to direct those new to the store to the correct aisle for the location of the needed product. The produce was fresh and plentiful! Always love shopping at Publix anytime we are in Florida!

Of course this is a supermarket near the beach so during heavy tourist times it can get pretty busy, I feel like the store does a great job with keeping the shelves stocked and having an adequate amount of workers.

This store is much friendlier than the one at Cobblestone. The staff is what makes this place. Cant find something? Anyone available WILL WALK YOU TO where you can find what you need. Specialists will explain WHY a particular item is no longer available. Decent selection of international cheeses..although there is a preponderance of Boars Head. Produce guys are the best! Female checkout clerks are more experienced than their male counterparts. Grocery baggers are spotty. I always bring my own bags...including insulated bags for frozen and refrigerated products and must usually direct the bagging. The young men cant seem to differentiate eggs from ice cream, but its easily remedied with vigilance. Having moved from Los Angeles where food selection of high-quality products was vast, I can attest to the variety of offerings at THIS Publix as more than satisfactory. My friends tell me prices are higher at Publix but for the quality available and the cleanliness, I will pay a little extra. Kudos!

Comment: Very nice and clean store! The seafood associate was very patient and helpful with our selections. We bought the crab cakes that you cook at home and I must say they were amazing!!! We are on a mission to find the best crab cakes and to find them in a supermarket was a COMPLETE surprise!! We also had the pick n peel cooked shrimp and aw lobster tails. All were amazing⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Comment: OMG! That lobster Mac & cheese was delicious! It was worth every penny. It was really creamy which I liked because I always have to ask for extra sauce! I was really surprised that it wasn’t a side dish but a main entree. It was sooo much I couldn’t even eat it all BUT I packed it on ice 😂🤣😂🤣 because I had to take the rest home NO way was i leaving good food in St. Augustine Beach!!!! See ya next year!!!!

Comment: I went ahead and pre ordered on line my food from the deli I order chicken, shrimp, and slider trays. Then I ordered fruit, veggie, and cheese trays. Everything was perfect and picked it up right on time for my special day..then I had talk to the girl at the bakery about my cake for my wedding and showed her a picture of what I wanted and she did better than I ever expected. I was worried because we were having our reception outside and didnt want the cake to melt she said no worries we can deliver and that they did. Right on time.It was perfect. Thank you to everyone at Publix you made my wedding day perfect.

Pleasantly surprised Publix had some items ready togo such as spinach quiche & breakfast sandwiches. Comment: I live most of the year in New York. One of the pleasures of spending the winter in Saint Augustine is Publix Super Market. The service is excellent with friendly accommodating associates. The selection is broad and meets your needs. The bakery and prepared food section is a treat. The fresh produce especially the fruit, fish and meats are A++. Overall an extremely pleasant experience. If you want to order for home delivery that is also handled well.👍👍👍👍👍

Comment: Great location and clean store. Employees are friendly and helpful throughout the store except for the deli! The deli at this location is always busy but beware if you want something from the hot case. Plenty of workers behind the counter, the problem is that the help will eye each other to see who will make the first move to go assist the waiting customer. After standing there for a few minutes and if you are lucky someone might ask, did you need something! Really! Then if you are lucky you might get a thank you but do not hold your breath.

Comment: This Publix is so great. Its my go to for beach picnic supplies. They even carry good swim shirts and sand shovels. They know how to do custom subs, deli fried chicken or spinach artichoke dip, and I love to grab fresh fruit salad from the produce section, warm steamed shrimp from the seafood counter, apple flips from the bakery, and any other quick sides my heart desires to feast upon. My kids adore getting a free cookie at the bakery counter. Shopping is always a pleasure here. Its been a long standing staple in our St. Augustine Beach vacation experience.

Comment: The employees are nice and it is well stocked. Their wine prices arent bad. They arent a cheap as Walmart, but the location is a little more convenient. Its a typical public location and it seems to be well managed. I think it could help during peak hours if there was a self check out. The cashiers are friendly, waiting in line to buy one or two things isnt super efficient. But the lines are usually very short at least.

Comment: This was the busiest Publix I have ever been in!! So I was unsure how I was going to feel walking into it. But I have to say the way the store is set up was highly efficient, you can tell thought was put into the shopping flow. I was able to navigate through the busy store easily and when I got to the register both the cashier and the bagger were kind and masters of their craft! All in all a very pleasant shopping experience.

Comment: This Publix is down the road from our home. I love the service and the store itself BUT the parking lot is chaotic and you have to be very careful pulling in and backing out. Obviously the location is prime and when tourists come in it can be packed. All in all they do a great job keeping shelves stocked and the lines moving.

Comment: This is a nice Publix but BE ADVISED: the parking lot is a bit nerve-wracking. Its not overly big & it is flanked by stores(including a Starbucks on one side) There are TWO entrances & I prefer to go in the NON-Starbucks entrance! Its less crazy & I can park along the perimeter which is less stressful; still, I am VERY wary whenever I enter this parking structure! That being said, this publix is very nice, clean, well organized & the employees are always friendly & welcoming. They have a pharmacy that is organized with knowledgeable, happy staff; the bakery is just beyond the pharmacy (& the bakery staff is helpful & sweet) The produce department is well stocked with every, little thing..a floral department..sushi...great selection of wine & beer...& the quality of the publix brand is stellar! I rarely wait in line as, there are plenty of cashiers to help everyone in a timely manner. Lastly, let me mention that they have several recycling bins out front, a Glacier filtered-water system (.35 a gallon ..&,I believe, it makes change for $1 bills) Ameri-gas refill station,as well

Comment: I just wanted to give a shout out to the bakery team! We planned our wedding pretty quickly and came to them a week before the ceremony for a cake to be made. Leigh Ann was SO nice and helpful and walked us through the whole process and helped us make the best decisions for our wedding cake. The manager was also very nice and helpful. We got a vanilla cake with strawberry filling and it was so delicious! It tasted just like a strawberry short cake. They even delivered it to our reception area for us and made the whole process so easy. I can not thank them enough, it was beautiful and just what we wanted!

Comment: Even though this is a smaller Publix I was told its the third busiest one in the chain. Great selection for the size of the store. The Help bends over backwards to make sure you have found everything you need. Ran across someone who knew a friend from my hometown in Pennsylvania. The prices seem fair and the selection is deep. We will be back again.
