Comment: This is a nice, big Pulbix. Prices are typical of Publix... very expensive. I came here just to waste time and look around before I had a meeting scheduled. Seemed like their deli area and produce area was much bigger than most of the Publix Ive been to. Its a busy location so parking can be a challenge here. If you are looking to save money on groceries dont bother going to Publix! Occasionally they will run a BoGo deal or send a coupon worth coming for, but most of the time for basic groceries you can do much better at Walmart, Target, or Aldi.

Check the expiration date on products. I bought cheese on June 30th, which had a sell-by date of almost a month if not a month past due. Brought back the cheese, and they apologized and allowed me to grab another. Again the first one I grabbed from the shelf sell-by date was in May of 2022 and we were well into July of 2022 already. I also brought that one back with me to customer service. They again apologized and marked it as damage. With all that went on, they were kind the entire time and provided great customer service.

They did refund the exact amount of the package that I purchased for the meat thankfully. The customer service lady was kind & handled everything nicely & quickly too. I purchased several items in the store after my returns & found everything easily. At checkout the people are always sweet, smiling, and friendly & I enjoy talking with them. Comment: Located in the mall with Checkers, the Dollar tree, and a drive-thru Starbucks. This Publix is nestled in the plaza interior and easily missed. It is well maintained, and well stocked. The store is mid size with a comfortable feel. Their bakery filled the store with aroma of fresh baked bread. The service was friendly and the prices were as expected.

Comment: Publix makes shopping easy and convenient. Lots of choices and major brands, plus the Publix brand and Greenwise* their own all-natural line of products. This Publix is almost hidden in a large plaza where there is a slight hill to enter the parking lot.

Comment: Always busy, but staffed very well. It was the Saturday before Mothers Day and lots of fresh flowers and bakery items. When more than 2 people in a checkout lane, they called more to the front. Really great experience!

Comment: I went to Publix on New Years Eve to get two subs and Meltecia did an absolute wonderful job making them. She made them with care and my sub was one of the best Ive ever had. She evenly distributed all of the ingredients so that you tasted each one in every bite. Ill definitely be coming here again in the future for more subs!

Comment: I want to share my story. I went to this Publix about closing time. I had to run with my two toddlers which moms out there know that it is tough. I only had a certain amount on my card and for some reason I got confused on how many items I got. I had to cancel 1 milk and 2 dozen of eggs. They had to call a supervisor to cancel. I paid for the items I could afford then this supervisor comes as I am about to leave my lane. He gives me the milk and eggs. I had to double check with myself if he was even talking to me. He said I paid for them. I just had to take a moment. I cried. Yes I cried because right now times are tough. I told him no you didnt have to do that. I couldnt stop saying thank you and that he didnt have to do that. I was so speechless because this happened in front of employees and another customer that I just didnt even think good things happen especially in the times we live in. I went crying to my car with my kids. I was so emotional that I couldnt believe it. Just so when I turned around to leave my cart. He just so happened to be outside with the employees grabbing the last shopping carts. I said thank you! That he didnt have to do that but he did. I would have hugged him but with covid going on I knew I couldnt. God I wish I would have asked him his name. I only know he was the supervisor that night. I just wanted to let people know that my experience at this Publix will not be forget. Also to spread kindness I know I will.

Lots of locations all over Florida. You wont find better customer service anywhere else. Massive selection of meat, seafood, produce and other items. Great deli and lots of grab and go items. Comment: Publix is a good place to shop. All the employees are polite and helpful. The only problem I personally have is how they raise the prices on items by 50 or 75 cents. Example being the Coffeemates were priced at5.99 last week or so&now its6.49. Thats a big jump. Another is the Juicy Juice, it was 2.89 now its 3.29. Wow Publix, take it easy on your customers.

Comment: Did not have the best experience at this location last night. I went for an 8pc chicken and they were out, but they told me they were making more. No problem, except that after I waited for nearly a half hour, another person at the deli asked if I was being helped. I explained that I was waiting for chicken and he opened a warmer I assumed and asked the other deli associate, What is that?. She apparently gave me chicken that had been there a long time. When she reappeared and gave me my chicken, she said that she threw in a couple of extra pieces for me waiting. Nice of her. I live 2 minutes from the store, I get home open the box and there was nothing but wings, a couple of thighs, and one breast! Not to mention that the breast was Hot And Spicy!!! Not what I asked for!! The chicken had Obviously been there A Long Time!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!! Wont be back to get chicken any time soon!!! Get it together Publix.

Comment: First, for the ppl giving this store 1 star, please explain why. I love this store. Yes, it is smaller than most Publix stores, but its been here forever. Maybe they could build a stand alone store across the street. However, they carry everything I want & if they dont, I ask & its on the shelves by the next time I go shopping. My favorite thing about this Publix is that the employees really care about customers. They are willing to check everywhere to find an item. The bakery, produce, seafood, meat & deli departments will do exactly what you ask & not complain a bit. Also, the employees must be happy because the turnover rate is almost non-existent.

Comment: What sets apart publix from the other supermarket is mainly the savings. There is also some one willing to help bring the groceries to the car, not that i need it but it means a lot to me. Another good reason why i go to Publix is the French bread. Best bread in town. My only sugestion is to bring the price of the bread to $1.50 permanently. That bread is so good that costumers will return every day.

Comment: I like this Publix, its never too busy really, Deli is fairly quick, selection is always good. The only thing I hate about this place , and its not Publix fault, is the stupid plazas design. I have no idea who designed that mess but, hopefully they picked a new profession.
