Comment: Hi to any and all this is one of the best markets in my area.i know I have to travel farther for this Publix market and there is one closer belle terr parkway but Everytime I go theres a server problem mismanagement lack of caring only looking at the bottom line.if that store would straighten out I might reconsider shopping but would take a lot to convince me. from this Publix ordered the same sub I tried at other Publix night before more excuses but this store went above and beyond to make it right.i believe don was his name put my sub personally in my hands said I made this just for you.don it was perfect so perfect other store was never half as good as this one right first time thank you. other stores should take not of customer care this store does a little goes along way. From now on will inconvenience myself longer drive but well worth it Publix should take notice of prefomise and commend this Publix for excellence thank you

I try to arrive precisely at noon to get my chicken right out of the fryer, hot!I must say I am very disappointed that Publix will not sell chicken directly from the fryers any longer.They purposely lower the temperature before you can purchase it. It is not the same quality if it sits.Very sad, so no more chicken for me, at least at Publix, that is. Still, Publix is a great place to shop. Its definitely a pricey supermarket.

A special shout out to Emma, a talented, friendly and helpful butcher.UPDATE: Yesterday I took advantage of a great sale at this same Publix. I had a special request on a meat purchase. And I was very pleased to have Emma once again help me . She knew exactly what I wanted and showed her skills as a butcher were still top-notch! Comment: I love this store, but I have to say my favorite item to purchase here is the fried chicken. Unfortunately theyve been continually going down hill in that area. Its probably every third time, its over cooked, dry unseasoned. Every other time I have to wait for more to be put out and Im never the only one waiting. The last time the crunchy was so hard I thought I broke a tooth and one of the legs was so over cooked it was unrecognizable. Yes, they will refund the money or replace it, but thats becoming inconvenient. Come on publix, get the fried chicken back to the way it used to be.

Comment: Very nice. Clean store, large parking lot. Not very many registers, even though there were not long lines, there was a wait to get checked out. I ended up using the self checkout which I dont like. I like to deal with people. I bought some Publix already cooked Cajun shrimp and the pretzel roll Gouda sandwich which is very good. The consistency of quality throughout publix is amazing. I was impressed with the woman doing the grocery baskets in the parking lot who greeted me on my way to my car.

Comment: I think Publix prices are outrageous. I know everything has gone up. I like the neatness and cleanliness of the store. And the employees are very helpful. Thats parking lot is chaos. I dont know who designed it. Publix needs more cart returns at all their stores. I like to put my cart away so it doesnt get it anyones way or run into their vehicle, but there are very few return areas.

Comment: 5-star review for Cassie working the self-checkout lane. She had an amazingly positive and vibrant attitude, greeted every customer and told every customer to have a great day. Also happy to help with any snafus that arise during the self checkout process. Such a breath of fresh air to have somebody so genuinely excited to be there and to greet people. Also very happy to see the selection has greatly improved for organic and gluten-free options. We usually only visit this area once a year when we come to see family and Ive noticed an improvement every year the last couple of years.

And if you dont find it, They escort ya up front to the main office, and introduce ya to the managers of that particular store, and you can explain to them what it is you are looking for and they get on the phone and order it for ya...The exact kind your looking for too...not some cheap knock off version of it!! And within a day or 2,, they have it in there for ya, and usually some extras to keep ya in it for a spell. And once they see your going to buy it regularly..They will order more with out asking ya to keep it in stock! Thats what they did for me with sesame seed oil!! They had the white kind. I wanted the roasted brown kind..Now I notice they order like 2 or 3 rows of it...and they most always have it when I need it!! And French onion cheese!! I found some of this up in Daytona at Winn Dixie and man was it good!So I asked publix to start getting it in and they did!! It took em a couple weeks to find it...But they did..and when they did ..they sent me an email that they had found it and had gotten it in!! Publix is the Champs in my Book!!

We decided to order the Thanksgiving dinner from this Publix, picked it up on Wednesday and just had to re-heat it on Thanksgiving. It was awesome! The turkey was juicy, the potatoes and stuffing were delicious and the gravy was as good as I make it. We had plenty for leftovers for both families. The ordering on line and pick-up went smoothly and I just love the staff. So friendly and helpful. Thank you to everyone--your dinner made our holiday visit perfect!

Comment: Food was very good, a great variety. Service very good. We were a group of 8. The only negatives were: 1) the air conditioning blowing right on our table. The wait staff could not adjust it. 2) the time gap between the kitchen getting our food up. We were served 3, 3 and 2 with about 10 minutes between being served. Overall though, I would definitely go back. Dont order the cooked cabbage or the mac and cheese sides. The other sides were fine. The chicken, ribs, burgers, and salads were excellent.

Comment: Very clean, organized and pretty store. Going back today to get price adjustment on paper towels. Price on item said 10.99 and was charged 18.00 for it. Caught discrepancy after we got home. Why does happen? Thats a big difference in price. We could use that extra 7.00 on something else. I wish stores would pay more attention to that. Other than that we love Publix and shop there all the time.

Comment: Nice clean Publix. Exactly as expected.I’m always disappointed with the seafood selections. I think only the north east and north west grocery stores should have more than 3 fresh salmon options. Given this specific establishment is a stones throw, I expected fresh mahi mahi or ahi options.Was able to pick up some corona refrescas though, which are not sold at my local Publix. My wife likes them so we’ve been on the hunt!

Comment: My family & I visit Flagler beach every year. We came to this Publix on our second to last night visiting to buy dinner. When checking out, I left my wallet in the shopping cart. Hands full of groceries, I didn’t even notice.The next day (today), I got ready for dinner and looked to grab my wallet and realized it wasn’t here with me. I called customer service (Sarah I believe was the girls name) and made them aware of the problem. They initially weren’t able to find my wallet, but due to customer service checking the video footage, they were able to see that the employee that found my wallet in the cart put it back in the wrong spot for lost and found items.On vacation, we tuck things away in our wallets that you wouldn’t normally think about. Extra cash, important things/expensive things you don’t want laying around your condo/hotel- the customer service at Publix made a stressful situation come to a wonderful resolution.Thank you, sincerely, from the bottom of my heart. Will shop at Publix for the rest of my life.

Comment: A good local supermarket to shop at. If your willing to save money sometimes its best to use coupons, wait for the bo-gos and ask any associate about the gas cards. Sometimes its really good to shop for what you really..desperately need vs what one wants to shop for. Daily or nightly. Customers shouldnt be afraid to ask questions or have a concern over something they couldnt find right away or quickly. If shopping at the store should be pleasurable and not so intense, I dont understand why customers need to be immediate and automatic in need for wanting items..more then often times.

Aisles are wide enough to easily accommodate two carts side by side, also unlike the other Publix nearby. Shelves are well stocked most of the time. I typically shop in early morning and afternoons.

Comment: I shop at this store often. Everyone who works there is respectful, polite, and friendly. They dont mind stopping what they are doing to either help me with something, or to run to clean spills that I have pointed out.One of the cleanest fish markets for a grocery I have ever seen, while the meat department is always ready to personalize a package of meat for me. Pricing is a little high, compared to other stores, but if you factor in time and gas to go elsewhere for cheaper items, it probably factors out.

Comment: We are moving to the Flagler Beach area soon.Stopped by the Publix to check it out and pick up a few items and was greeted by a young man at the check stand. I believe his name initials was CJ?What a delightful young man!In all the years I have dealt with hundreds of businesses and sales people training & interaction, I have only had rare moments that made anyone stand out of the ordinary anywhere near as much.It makes me happy to know I will get to interact with this caliber of customer service and friendly helpful person on a regular basis. I know the south is pretty well represented with southern charm and hopitality, Florida overall being the southernmost state, but hospitality could not be better represented as this member of the Publix staff.We left with smiles and the utmost respect for a young man who is bound for greater things in life.
