The kids ate, but didnt know what to cook for hubby so I stopped to get him a sub-combo. Cindy helped fix the meatball sub. Dessert: their expresso ice cream. My only small criticism is too many employees walking around in sets of two chatting so intently that customers have to decide do I interrupt to ask for what I needs since they have no clue I am standing right next to them listening or just go off and try try again to find an item. I do love the staff though. The ladies at the service counter are super polite.

Comment: Instacart curbside is terrible. 3rd time horrible. If i have to go in the store after i ordered curbside then they did not do there job. They shopped my order at 10a.m. for a 2 p.m. pick up.i was up all night. She continually text me. Then mys order was still wrong. Publix only use instacart no choices. Publix is going to close my business.

Comment: As I have experienced, as usual the store was great with a huge selection. Fair pricing ,factoring in buy 1 get 1 free items. This particular Publix wouldve received 5 stars, if not for their lack of checkout workers present. There were only 2 checkouts open,no express open @ all. Very clean store. The employees present went above & beyond.

He did us a great solid courtesy without really knowing the full background. We are pivoting our lives un order to bring my mother-in-law from Puerto Rico as her mental health is failing. Comment: Its my neighborhood publix- everyone is nice, the store is clean, Ive been shopping here for a little less than 10 years and I prefer it to other stores in the area. I do not like shoppers not using gloves at the daily serve yourself hot bar, but its whatever. They usually have what I need, and the gallon jugs of water (publix brand) are cheaper than Walmart, so no complaints from me

Comment: This Publix is huge! Has self checkout. The only thing wrong with the self checkout is you cant take the bagged groceries off the platform until you pay for them all. Otherwise you get a error and the attendant needs to punch in a code to clear it. Only reason I can think that they have this method is to prevent shoplifting. Which is idiotic in my opinion. But then again I dont shoplift or own a business that worries about that. Just want to point out... Walmart, Home Depot and Target to name a few do not have this method of checkout.

Comment: This is a very big Publix store and a little different from your average Publix but I liked it. There was lots to look at and all the bakery goodies and products for a reasonable price. When I was there the store was FULL of people, but it was still easy to get in and out with my groceries - unlike Walmart.

Comment: Clean store. Prepared food selection in Dunedin has better selections. Usually a quick check out.Update: They have added more items in the prepared food section. The only thing that isnt great is the mashed cauliflower because its too soupy. The consistency is more like real mashed potatoes at the Keene / SR 580 store.

I am sure covid19 has been stressful for them but the staff here is handles it professionally . Comment: This is my favorite Publix in the Clearwater area. The staff to all the way to the management team are awesome! The store is always clean along with the restroom. They recently added a salad bar which I think is great and also removed the custom large meat cooler to their regular meat section.

Comment: This is my favorite store. Yes, there has been times when I have had issues in the store, but mostly good visits. I prefer self-checkouts, but I am in this store a lot. I bring my own bags and bag my own stuff. When I am in alone, I have headphones on, and I dance down the aisles. No one bothers me, everyone is very helpful. Yes, the place is pricey, but theres bogo and they price match. Their customer service is awesome.

Comment: I went there early this morning to get some necessary essentials that Ive been struggling to find in many other stores. While waiting, I could see the several managers and workers cleaning and disinfecting everything and stocking shelves with whatever came in from the delivery truck. Comment: This location has impeccable produce. I also appreciate the fact that there is always an accommodating butcher on staff with suggestions and options. Check out as fast and the faces are friendly. You cannot beat the BOGO deals. Find a neighbor to split them with - & youve got an even better deal!

I would give it five stars if it wasn’t for the fact that once (when there was a pharmacist working that isn’t normally at this store), my medication was given to me 20 pills short. Of course because it was a narcotic I had to just deal with it. Other than that my experiences here are always pretty pleasant. Lisa and Anh are awesome!!!!

Comment: I generally love Publix. This store is no exception. Clean aisles and friendly staff make you feel welcome. The only reason they arent getting 5 stars is that they didnt have what I was looking for. I now need to shop Gluten-Free and the wide variety on the website isnt as wide in store. Its still more than Ive found else where but be aware to double check store availability if you have special dietary needs.

Comment: A really nice supermarket. Clean well stocked and organized. Great meat and produce departments. Excellent pharmacy. The staff is terrific. They are helpful, courteous and professional. The store has plenty of parking. It has wide aisles to make shopping easy. The bakery is world class. The deli makes the best subs in town. Furthermore, its the only store you can purchase Boars Head meats and cheeses. However, almost everything is overpriced. Yet, they often have great sales. Nertheless, a great place to shop.

Comment: They say it takes a village to raise a child, well sometimes it takes a village to grocery shop with a child. The manager that helped was amazing. She set me up with a place to nurse my 3 month old, helped me with my cart and even unloaded my groceries. Pretty sure it was Tom that helped me to my car. This store went above and beyond with customer service. I was very grateful for the extra hands!
