Comment: My favorite grocery store. Clean & friendly. Fruit and vegetables always fresh. You can order your meats sliced ahead of time and they will be ready and waiting when you get there. No standing in line. Theres an app for that. U can also enter items into the app and it will list them by aisle. Love it.

Comment: Stopped in for the hot bar for lunch. Had the pork roast which was tender and juicy with a hint of vinegar and onion, and was well seasoned but not at all salty or overpowering. I believe the seasoning consisted of garlic, pepper, salt and I am sure others I did not catch. Combined with the onion and slight tart freshness of the vinegar, it was delicious. I chose rice and gravy (the gravy was a little bland) and lima beans, and it came with a dinner roll. Overall, the lunch was excellent. Ill be back.

Comment: On the hunt for a special ingredient for a holiday dish and nobody but Publix had it in stock. When I called the staff member went & checked personally to make sure it was in stock! When I arrived it was exactly where he said it was! The store was as normal very busy on a sunday afternoon. SPOTLESSLY CLEAN and well stocked. The cheerful & knowledgeable staff willing to help locate and assist!! The manager remembered taking my call and it was as always a great experience! Personal service with the home town touch!! The prices are a little more expensive than Walmart in some cases, but the environment is much more pleasant to shop in. Id rather drive a little more to get to Publix for grocery runs than Walmart. Each employee I came in contact with was friendly and never hesitated to help; if he/she did not know the location of the produce I was looking for, a dept rep was called to help, coming to me in a very short time. Not only telling me the location of product but led me to it. The pharmacy employees, also good reps of Publix employees.

Comment: I like the Publix stores as they are always clean and have a good selection though I still cant find the brands I am used to from Massachusetts like Progresso Kidney Beans and Kayem hot dogs. I also dont find Prime cuts of meat just USDA which is ok but not as tender especially for steaks, beef. I also never find at any of the stores Knorrs Beef Rice but I guess it is just a local thing? Overall, I will shop here again.

While there the produce department informed me that they give kids free bananas and oranges (his staple breakfast foods) and even cut them up for my son.Amazing service from everyone in that department and everyone in that store. Comment: I just love Publix! I am elderly and use the riding carts to shop. I have yet to go and not have one available, broken down or with no power. They are ALWAYS ready to just unplug and shop! EVERYONE in ALL the Publix I shop, are friendly and polite. I ALWAYS get help to my car with pleasant conversations. Publix almost always has what Im looking for and prices are reasonable. I like to use coupons too, very easy to do. I just LOVE Publix!! I dont ever shop Walmart anymore!! Publix is the BEST!!

Comment: I went in to get a Tres Leches cake as a birthday cake for my daughter. They even wrote happy birthday (name) on it. Took about 5 minutes, cost about $8.. and everyone was polite and helpful. So it was a good experience. Now this store is not nearly as nice as the new Publix (on the other side of town, past where the high school is and across from Winn Dixie), and they do overprice most of their products, but the store has its charms and has an excellent selection on diverse products and produce. Love the produce part of the store, and the bakery...their meat, however, is priced through the roof. But everyone should have a place where they get their meat from.

Comment: Where shopping is a pleasure! Unless youre in the Express lane and the patron in front of you is writing a check. The cashier should be able to tell that patron that they can write their check while other patrons are cashed out or, better yet, have a policy that lets customers know it is cash or card at the Express lane, no checks! It took about 10 seconds to ring her up and about 4 minutes for her to write the check and finish processing it. Why have an express lane if this is how it operates? --frustrated long-time customer

Comment: I just moved here and didnt like the selection or attitude of Walmart or the commissary. Publix was my last hope. They were absolutely fantastic! The associates in different departments were all extremely helpful- they told me where there were sales in other departments and where items were. As I was walking down the aisle they even asked if I needed help finding anything. The front tables have awesome buy one get one deals. There are also great deals within the aisles. The store is clean. The meat department did not smell. The produce is fresh. There is even a wide selection of locally produced items.The checkout process was wonderful. The cashiers asked if I wanted to use my reusable bags- they didnt act inconvenienced or confused. They helped me unload and reload my cart. One associate even helped me load my car up without the incentive of tips (they dont accept them at publix). As someone who suffers from chronic pain, I was truly touched by the extra steps the associates at Publix took. Thank you! I will be back!

Comment: Nice grocery store with a great selection of quality products. Produce is outstanding with a good selection of fruits and vegetables. Some grown by local farmers. The bakery makes the best Birthday cakes and several desserts. The deli has several meals to go as well as quality meats and cheeses. Price is a little higher on some products than other grocers but lower on others. Best to catch the sales on the higher items Bathrooms are always clean and scented well. Never a long wait at the register as they always quickly open more registers if needed. Staff is always friendly and helpful.

Comment: Publix has the best bread and deli meat hands down. The staff is always friendly, clean and very helpful. I love the hoagie bread and curry chicken deli meat. Absolutely delicious.... Also if want to shop in a clean environment thats not overrun by the entire city..this would be the place to shop. You may pay a little more...but the convenience...the service....the variety of the products and lack of heavy traffic and long waits like some other grocery store...who shall remain nameless ......makes it all worth it.

Comment: The best service ever from Charlie, the manager and the whole team here at Publix.I really needed some peach tea four days ago and went into this, one of my favorite Publix stores and spoke with Charlie.He could not have been nicer.I found myself in the Deli, looking at all the ice teas and couldnt decide.There were two in particular which interested me and I asked Charlie if there was anyway I could sample them. Talk about accommodating.I also found that this wonderful, peach tea was exactly what I was looking for.Thank you Charlie for being so caring.Its greatly appreciated. 😊

The best fruit in the area even out of season items are great, the navel oranges are the sweetest ever. I buy all my meat here the butcher is very friendly and will cut meat to your specific needs. Fresh bread and sweets put out daily. Grest deli with sandwiches and soups, fried chicken etc. Great pharmacy as well

If you need assistance, help is not hard to find because they are very present on the floor. Friendly, approachable and knowledgeable! On several occasions I needed help finding particular items, asked an employee...not only did they tell me where to find it, they walked me over to it. Steve in the meat department is the best!!.. Twice when they didnt have the pre-seasoned meat we wanted, he offered to prepare it for me while I finished my shopping!!... Comment: When you walk into Publix around 9pm searching for a custard pie to quench the craving and see...no custard pie...your stomach turns out of dismay and you start to leave. But luckily your brain says, wait, ask that Publix employee if they have any in the back!. The guys says, I think I saw some earlier, let me go check. He proceeds to get a fresh pie, packages it and is jolly about helping. Stomach is happy. Great staff.

Comment: The Manager Tim Bryant was the best. This Publix could use another Manager of his quality. Ive been shopping at this Publix for 11 years and the shopping is a pleasure, but when I need a Manager you practically never see one like you did Mr. Tim Bryant. The rest of the staff are wonderful but the Manager whomever it is, because you never see them, needs to be more visible and hands on with the customers. Btw, the bogos, are awesome!
