Comment: I usually have a prettygood experience shopping at this location. One time I lost my vape and the staff were very nice and took the time over the phone to help me locate it. The last time I was there however, one of the check out cashiers was throwing the line dividers in between customers. Definitely caused me to have anxiety and it just was not very professional.

Comment: Clean and staffed well to find help should you need it. Only issue is the getting into the store parking lot is poorly designed and is always a hassle to get in and parking. At times it takes longer to park and get into the store than it’s to shop and pay. At least twice a week planning on going to shop for a few quick things I head in and turn around and turn 600yards and go to ALDI’s and boom no hassle. Sadly all lost business for Publix

Comment: Not my favorite Publix location as I dont care for how they have the store laid out. I feel like a commoner when I shop here. I would recommend going to the Kings Lake location where I feel like a king.That said, the store is clean here and I have been treated with good customer service. I would recommend getting the Publix app as you can browse all the weekly deals and add them to a shopping list and then it tells you where the items you found are located in the store.

Comment: This Publix is always well staffed and well stocked. The employees treat you so well here. Everyones helpful, asking you if they can help you with something even when theyre doing stock. They look at you and move out of the way so you can get by. They also ask if you need anything. Its really great to go in and to see multiple cashiers instead of just one or two, they are terrific to have multiple lanes open. Every one of them had a bag person, so they were working as a team to get you in and out quickly. Its always a treat to go to this Publix. The staff is always friendly and helpful at this place.

The young lady making the sub sandwiches (Tracy) was amazing!!! She was polite and helped me get the kind of bread I wanted even though it wasnt easily available. She was engaging with her conversations and told cute stories about her co- workers and how they all like their sandwiches. It really seemed like she was happy to be there and had a good relationship with the business and the people around her.By far the best experience ive had in a publix since I was a little girl.Thank you Tracy for making our night memorable.

Comment: Im am so grateful to Jeremy in the produce department who with only a two days notice was able to provide our family with 105 white balloons for a double funeral we were having. When I contacted him he was eager to take on our need. He reached out to another Publix as he didnt have enough balloons to fulfill the order. That Publix had the balloons but didnt have enough weights so he actually went to their store to pick up their supply of balloons so he could fulfill the order all at his store- avoiding me having to go to two different stores for pick up. Also, since the funeral was at 8am I needed the balloons as soon as they opened at 7am....which required him to get to work super early (530am I believe) to start filling the balloons. He even gave me his cell phone number in case I needed to reach him. I was traveling from out of town and he checked in with me the morning of to see if I needed directions to his store. Comment: Nice clean store, they have a large deli area, and they have a cafe where you can order and eat right there. The wine selection is okay. Produce looks very nice. The meat dept. to me is over rated. The staff is friendly and helpful. Nice place to shop.

Comment: Ive been to several other Publix before. I even worked at one. The sushi is sometimes better than other times, but the sushi at this store was awful(has room to improve). Other than that, everything was great. Always love Publix customer service and the smiles that the employees have.

Comment: I like this Publix over all the others with the exception of the one across from the mall. Thats my favorite. The selection of products in each department seems more extensive and the shelves better stocked than the 2 Publix stores that I usually frequent. Its bigger so obviously there going to be more stuff but its more than that. Its just an all-around BETTER store.

Comment: Daisy who works at the Deli needs to work on her customer service etiquette. Just an FYI for anyone who orders anything pre-paid at the Deli They are not allow to give out bags to customers who pre-pay for items. Oh also they also, cannot give out any bags at their side register Even if you’re struggling to carry your pre-paid items. According to Daisy you need to walk out get a cart, walk back to pick up your pre-paid items wait in a check out line just to get a bag to put your items in. I was taken back with how rude and degrading she spoke to me after politely asking for a plastic bag to put my 3 subs, soup, and drink in. Thankfully enough, there was a manager near by who randomly greeted me after I waited in line behind 2 people just for a bag. I was able to share my horrible experience and encounter with Daisy. If Daisy was in fact correct about their no bag policy at the deli someone needs to speak to her on how to speak with customers and explain why she cannot hand a bag to a struggling customer. Please keep this Publix great and work on employees like Daisy.

Comment: My worse visit ever. The deli department had only one person working. ( 2 others were very busy chatting ) There was 3 customers waiting. I walked away and continued my shopping. At the meat counter I tried to get 1 of the attendants attention. I said excuse me twice to which he ignored.. the seafood attendant ended up waiting on me. I shop here 3 to 4 times a week If this keeps up I will go elsewhere. Not good since I am full time not season.

Comment: I visited 2 Publix locations today. The first one is located on Davis Boulevard and Amber at the service counter was very pleasant and helpful! I then went to the Publix at the corner of Santa Barbara and Radio Road, and the staff at that store was very helpful as well!

Comment: The Publix supermarket at Berkshire Commons has a well-deserved reputation as an excellent supermarket. It’s shelves are always well stocked and neat.The floors always appear to have been just swept.My one and only problem is with the public dining area. It has tables and chairs but other than that it could pass for excess storage space. Yet the sandwiches are really great and the soup is excellent.A little TLC could pay dividends.

Comment: All the employees at Berkshire Publix are Extremely Nice and Extremely helpful. My cart was overflowing and the manager Derrick brought me a new cart put my cold items in the freezer and frig and rang me up so when I finished shopping it wouldnt take as long. Corey in produce was very pleasant to speak with and helped me find everything I was looking for. Im having a difficult time deciding which Publix to make the one I shop on a regular basis, such wonderful experiences at them all. Thank you Publix for making a not so fun thing to do a pleasure. 🤗 One additional note they are also very clean and stocked nicely to make it one stop shopping. I found batteries for my dogs lights on their collars the thin ones. That was a big help not having to go somewhere else. 😊
