The Publix cashier in the 10 or less lane told guy with a cart full of like 40+ items, half on the conveyor belt already, Sir, Im sorry, this is not allowed, you will have to go to another checkout. My mouth dropped 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩💕. I tried to buy the cashier a candy bar. The dude was furious, started babbling,...packed his stuff went to the next lane. GOD BLESS AMERICA, there is still hope people!

We have lost the art of customer service at Walmart and Krogers, but it lives on at this Gallatin/Hendersonville Publix location. Cashiers always ready for you, they use baggers and thats rare. I live 2 miles away from this NEW Publix on Long Hollow Pike we dont have anyone deliver pizzas out here still but we have a great Community Grocery store and they have EVERYTHING there. My new grocery for the remainder of my life! Thanks @Publix

It was disappointing shopping at Walmart because it wasnt the cleanest, there were several things we wanted to get they did not have in stock. We found out there was a Publix not far from us so we went there the next time we needed groceries. Wow what a stark difference in the workers, the brightness, the cleanliness of the store and the fully stocked shelves. I told the check out lady what a pleasure it was to shop there after first going to Walmart. She said she hears that all the time. She worked at Walmart and when she stopped into Publix one day she put her application in to work there and never went back to Walmart again after that. Tremendous store!!

Comment: I visit this store often because its easier to get in and out than my Walmart is, as I live in a beach tourist area. I want to comment and say kudos to the staff (college kid in his early 20s) you had working for the summer in 2022. I believe he left in August to go back to college. He said his church group/christian organization had a group that came from college in GA to work for 3 months in PC Beach, FL and his job was Publix. I believe it was a intern type position where they earn college credit? Every time I came in this summer, he helped me take groceries to my car was so helpful and nice. The most friendly employee I have ever dealt with. Such a smiling face and would call me by name every time. So cool they help college kids out that way . Also the prices are a bit higher than other stores, but the presentation of the food is far better, things look fresher and cashiers are always nice as is staff in isles if you cant find something. I love the Breakfast Point store in PCBeach, FL.

Only took a few kinutes and the shrimp was better than any other shrimp I had all week dining out...and MUCH cheaper. Highly recommended if youre in the area.

Comment: The employees are delightful, the produce is fresh, the Boars Head products are top tier, and the sales are worth shopping. This location is organized and easy to navigate. There are plenty of parking spaces and handicap spots. It is located in a convenient shopping center near Wells Fargo, several gas stations and a McDonalds. The employees wear masks and it is encouraged for customers, but not required. Ive witnessed employees sanitizing the carts when bringing them back from the parking lot and there are usually sanitary wipes near the entrance for customers to use.

During the 2020 Covid shut down, this Publix was always open and available and their personnel worked around the clock to keep items in stock for their customers! Comment: Full service grocery chain. We picked up food from the deli, fresh produce and bakery. All were fresh and high quality. Fried chicken pieces from the deli were cooked to perfection. Loved the fresh Georgia peaches. Cinnamon buns and mango key lime pie desert were fantastic!We picked up ingredients to make loaded baked potatoes (see pic)! Potatoes, butter, sour cream, green onions, shredded cheese. Easily prepared using our microwave at our resort and saved us $$ not having to go out to eat for a couple of dinners. We also picked up mango, pineapple juice and vodka and mixed a couple of cocktails right in our room!!

Been trying to special order a certain kind of milk, went into the store and Jesus spent a good fifteen minutes with me trying to help, said they would call me as soon as they found out anything.Received a call a day later from the assistant store manager , Brian? Brian was very nice and told me they were not able to order it due to an issue from the supplier which I verified.Thanks for taking so much time to help a lone customer trying to special order milk.What makes them even more awesome is I went to Wynn Dixie on Front beach and the Carousel.Never received a phone call from either one.
