They have made some improvements lately, putting fragile produce like greens in coolers. I think they could offer samples of various fruits that r especially good that week to customers. The manager Justin went out of his way to get the cannoli cream from a different location. Although the order was not ready when we arrived we were so happy with the outcome and everyone loved them, the chocolate covered strawberries and cookies. It was a nice addition to the dessert table at our daughters wedding. Comment: I have always liked going to this Publix. The people are friendly and the service is great. They recently went to masks required but it is not enforced at all. They only have a small sign after you enter saying ...mask up....5 people were waiting in the deli while I was there...none had a mask....also Publix does a decent job of staying stocked but the wall marts and dollar general seem to stay ahead of them on certain items like cleaning supplies.I posted this at the beginning of the pandemic....Publix has really done a great job after the initial confusion.....it is a great store and the people are very friendly.

Comment: I had my shopping list on the app and I was shocked to see that certain products that I picked up that said they were on sale were not, spagettios were listed for $1.00 not until a Saturdays date. However, staff always extremely nice kind and polite.

Comment: In general, Publix is a premium grocery store. Its clean, well stocked, and is kept neat. They have a good selection of food. There are cheaper alternatives, but you get what you pay for. If you buy from Walmart, you have to check the experation dates and wonder how long the frozen stuff sat in the boys section of the store.

Theyre simply is no way to describe this other than to try shopping there yourself and ask for some kind of assistance and watch how they go out of their way to help you..... I also really like how the company takes care of its employees really well if I wasnt a disabled veteran I would honestly consider that as a preferred place of employment... Also if there is some kind of food item or something related that you cant seem to find there or elsewhere they will go out of their way to figure out how to order food items for you....

Comment: Went here for my Covid 19 vaccine and to catch up on the last of my pneumococal pneumonia vaccinesand my shingles vaccines. The pharmacist there is wonderful! Shes so knowledgeable and kind, she puts you right at ease and does such a good job that you dont even feel the shots! The pharmacy assistants there were very nice as well. Will always go there for any vaccines I need in the future as long as I live in the area. Check them out, you wont be disappointed I promise! The stores really nice as well. Been going to CVS but no more! This Publix rocks!!

Publix is just one of the all around top grocery stores. One of the other best parts of Publix is the pictures that I posted this is the sunset in their parking lot while we were enjoying some of their delicious pre-made food they really touch a special place in my heart and in my stomach as well LOL

I moved here 5 years ago from a very metropolitan city with larger Publix stores with the appearance of the latest & the greatest to the throngs of customers. If you are a consistent shopper & one like me (over 65), very handicapped as far as mobility issues requiring a seated cart, you see way beyond all the marketing to the actual people who work here. You get to know them on a very different level than those without my specific limitations or challenges. You see the integrity & work ethics of the person within the employee. All ages, young & older are among this wonderful staff! They truly are like family to me✨ The produce dept greets you as you enter as a piece of live art in the beautiful way it is arranged and maticulously maintained! Customer Service is beyond efficient & accommodating . The magic word here is CONSISTENCY.🌟 This Publix store provides a great experience continually & when there is a concern or problem, management steps right up & is there in person to resolve the issue. Thank you manager Robert!! Thank you staff, you all are truly the best ever🙌🎉 This customer 👀 sees & dearly appreciates you. 🌟👍

Comment: Super clean, very well stocked, easy parking, not too crowded, enough checkouts open and great all around selection. Employees are friendly and never too stressed. Only thing I would change is sometimes the conversation at the checkout between higher up employees makes the customer feel invisible. Maybe try not to get so involved in your conversation that you ignore the person buying the groceries. The Publix employee group is the dominating culture and the customer gets the inbetween time. If that makes sense. ( Not always but at least 50% of the time). The deli line for lunch is and has always been needing some remedy. Speed it up and you would quadruple the sales. I want to get lunch there but it takes too long. There must be many more who think the same. Not bashing just trying to help. :)

Comment: I LOVE shopping at Publix!! The people there are so helpful, VERY pleasant and kind. If there is a BOGO sale and you didnt notice it on an item you purchased, they let you know and see if you would like the second one for free, and theyll even get it for you! You are asked if you need help loading your items in your car even! You dont get that kind of service at OTHER stores. There is absolutely no better place to shop, in my opinion, than Publix!! Prices may be a bit higher, but with their sales, you get better deals in the long run! Thank you Publix!

Comment: Hands down the best Publix the county. I drive past two Publix stores to go here. Always friendly deli staff, well stocked store, a butcher who actually knows what hes doing, cashiers are great and never rude or distant.The two Publix stores I pass by are always out of stock of something basic I go in to get, the staff are rude, distant, mostly from northern states, with staff members who cant stop telling you about how great New York or New Jersey is compared to Florida, but give you nasty looks when you politely ask them why not move back if its so horrible here? (Typical)Not this location though, I gladly drive the extra miles for the customer service, plus the produce at this location is second to none. If youre not happy with your current grocery store, try this one.

Comment: I have a bad knee that sometimes locks up on me with no notice and impedes my ability to walk. Today I was in the Brooksville Square location when just that happened in the middle of an isle. I drug myself to a cashier and set down my basket to go get a motorized cart to finish my shopping. The cashier was so sweet. She went and got the cart for me, helped me unload my basket into the new cart, and made sure I was ok to go. Upon checking out, the guy bagging my groceries helped me to unload my cart and helped me out to my vehicle with my groceries. He made sure I made it into my vehicle and even put my groceries in the car for me. I have never had such amazing customer service and will not shop anywhere else. My only complaint is there are very few Handicapped Parking spaces available for those of us who need it. I had to park quite far from the door and without the motorized cart, I wouldnt have made it back to my vehicle. Other than that I love my local Publix! The staff is amazing, always helpful, go above and beyond, and turn my chore of grocery shopping into a pleasure!
