Comment: Publix Super Market Caledisi is our neighborhood grocery store for many reasons: 1) product availability is extensive and tuned to their customers needs; 2) the store is always impeccably clean, organized and stocked; 3) the management & staff are highly professional, friendly and helpful; 4) lots of weekly sales and BOGOs on our favorite products; and 5) I know the staff and where everthing is located. Not much reason to go anywhere else.

Almost always have an extra person bagging who offers to help bring stuff to the car. Service is excellent. Like most places they make their own bread which you can have sliced to order (thick or thin). The deli makes sub sandwiches to order, it can take time but it’s worth it.This particular location has a lot of beach supplies like floats, chairs, umbrellas and even kites ( two line kites are my favorite).Enjoy

The checkout employee and bagger were both curious, polite, genuine, kind, and funny.When I checked out at 9:30 they locked the doors behind me.They closed at 9! Not 10!Not one person hurried me, not one announcement was made that the store was closing. Comment: I have lived in Florida almost 29 years and have shopped at Publix all those years. This Publix is very Melo and is close to the beach, easy to stop for a sandwich and something to drink before you go. Also they have pool toys and some apparel for the beach. Very crate crew whom we know by name at this point... Love it!

Comment: Went and got fried chicken. Travis at the deli went out if his way to make sure that our chicken was fresh. Walked around the counter and personally gave it to us. We had this on our list to get some chicken when we flew in from Colorado. Best chicken ever and service! Thank you!

Comment: The store is always very clean and organized. Most of the staff is very nice. But you definitely need to talk to your cashiers. I get it nobody wants to be a cashier but while you are at work you should at least pretend to try and be professional.

Comment: While Publix may not be the cheapest, their customer service is awesome! When you ask where something is they stop what theyre doing and take you there (usually). They have no problem breaking up a package or cutting you your thickness preference of beef. I dont shop anywhere else, if I can avoid it.

Comment: Update 5.22.20: This location has improved drastically... people have become much friendlier, the issues with wriong prices at register seemed to be resolved and the food is fresh and staff work hard to keep it stocked. I like that they now have registers open and make it easy for quick stops! Thank you!Original review was 1 star:This location for some reason always fails to ring up BOGO deals and then takes forever to verify. Makes it impossible to have quick shopping trips on the way home. Very dissatisfied almost as this happens almost every time.

Comment: Dont get me wrong I like Publix. I just do not shop there much anymore. They are so high priced on most everything that I can not justify it. Even with the bogo specials they are still high. They carry very small portions sizes and that has inflated the per ounce cost. Being savvy on cost I go elsewhere for savings and do not have to rely on specials or ads. They do have the best customer service. The deli and subs are far better than a sub shop. The bakery is good but they use too much sugar. Thats all I taste is sugar and not the actual lets say lemon in the pie.

Comment: This stores customer service is fantastic. The food and variety is great, they are very attentive and make shopping a very pleasant experience. The only small issue I had was I asked a worker in the bread aisle if something was on sale and he acted as if he didnt want to answer me he just nodded and wouldnt look at me which I found odd since Publix is beyond great when it comes to customer service. It didnt mar my visit! Go!

Comment: Really like shopping at Publix and this one is maybe a little better than average. Great helpful staff, big Deli and just a generally all around good place to shop. Only reason did not give 5 stars as we find we often need to get our fresh vegetables etc. elsewhere as the fresh product is sometimes hit and miss, everything else is up to par or above! I often frequent the Deli on the way home.
