My order was alittle more complicated due to it having to be transferred from another pharmacy. And even tho they were busy he was very patient. It was all handled in a very timely manner and he wished my little one to get better. Iv never had anything but pleasant experiences at Publix. Brian is a great employee hope he gets the praise he deserves.

Have been shopping at this Publix for over 19 years and for the first time used the curb side shopping on line experience. All I can say is WOW! Josephine delivered aces in fulling my order and a very nice young man delivered it to my car at the pick up area within minutes of arriving at the store. The people who made my subs were very nice. The butcher was even kind and helpful enough to go look in the back and pull out a specific item from storage that I requested that wasnt on display. I would give five stars and I intend to do so soon but for now Im just leaving a little room for improvement.

It is Not the newest Publix store in Cape Coral and it is not the Largest or the most modern BUT what it has is classic old school neighborhood charm. Friendly, clean and helpful staff. Everyone is smiling and happy to get you those chicken wings that are not out on the shelf. The selection is great and they have everything including a nice assortment of wines and beer. It is not Whole Foods, and perhaps that is why I like it so much. Great hours and easy to get in and out of, Camelot Isles Publix, I mean the name says it all... To Camelot!

They instill a work ethic that is outstanding in all of their employees and this store is outstanding as well, geez I should be a corporate spy. Everyone in the store on every aisle in every department will look at you and ask what you need thats the Publix way, I learned that in 1982 and its still true today.

Comment: Clean, accessible, friendly. Whats it missing? A lot. This is the neighborhood version Publix. Youre not going to find ALL you need at this store (and if you do, you might need to buy a smaller portion of it). I think this store markets to those on vacation. I travel past 2 Publix to get to the big one on Veterans and Santa Barbara for my weekly groceries. Camelot is a great location close to me for the mid-week necessities.

Comment: Good location and this Publix staff was extremely friendly. Our family was visiting the area so we stopped in almost daily and we had great experiences each time. Recommend for most of your grocery needs including fresh produce, and they’ve also got a large selection of beer, wine, and other alcohol as well.

Comment: When considering dinner options these days and eating home or eating out, Publix Supermarkets offer choices to make it easy for any size household. Tonight having the grandkids, there was the usual fast food place discussion. One child chimed in sushi! & another popcorn chicken! and yet another Mac n cheese! so of course it was off to shop! The deli offered fresh choices for those wanting deli pre-cooked food.The fish section had beautiful selections of delightful sushi & for anyone! For holdouts, theres always that old fashion TV dinner or frozen entree`. A great place to shop! Dont see something you like? Speak to customer service. They may be able to order it for you! Kudos Publix! You hit a homer with this family!

Comment: Angela is a rockstar at Publix. While ringing up my order, I mentioned a Sunpass and she went to customer service and picked it up for me and ring it up. I am used to going to customer service myself and picking it up. After all of that, I left my SunPass at her register and she ran up to my car and gave it to me. I had to beg her for her managers name so I could tell him about my experience. The representative at customer service chatted with me while waiting for Mike the Manager. Mike was awesome. Turns out Angela is a manager and is leading by example. An outstanding example!

All of the staff are amazingly helpful their customer service is definitely five stars if they cant find a product for me they tell me they will order it for me and keep it stocked plus the buy one get one free deals are always what draws me in the quality of the seafood, the meats and the produce are wonderful and they have a lot of Alternative Health items like my favorite almond milk creamer or grass-fed butter or siete cassava flour grain free wraps which are amazing by the way. Always a good experience at Publix

Comment: Have not had one bad experience at this location. Staff is friendly, approachable, and able to tell me where to go if I have a question about finding an item. Pharmacist was helpful when I had a question about an over the counter item. Place is clean and well stocked. Some items are cheaper at another different store such as Walmart but usually have better deals (buy one, get one free and other discounts).

Comment: Publix has all the food bases covered. An adequate bakery and a big plus, they carry Boars Head cold cuts. :) Not sure why, but most places down here just cant get the Italian bread quite right. All that aside Publix is well organized and provides a good service.

Comment: The best Publix in Cape Coral. Been shopping here for 3 years. They have a better selection and layout than the big Publix on Veterans and Santa Barbara. Cleaner and nicer than those at Cape Coral Pkwy and Santa Barbara or the one on Hancock Bridge just west of Santa Barbara. The Publix at Pine Island and Burnt Store is a close second. Checkers, baggers, butchers, fishmongers, deli help and pharmacists are all friendly and helpful.

Comment: Nice & clean Publix. Good parking & easier in / out of parking lot than other Publix locations. Publix has sushi deals on Wednesdays. Each location has different types on special & if looking for something specific seems to be luck of the draw. It is good and a deal for $5.

Comment: Same shopping experiences youve gotten from going to the other Publix store in Florida. But we rent around here and its pretty convenient for us. It is also newer, cleaner and has a bigger wine section. Additionally, I like that their lay-out is the same as the other branches. It can get crowded so the best here though, so plan your grocery-shopping trips as this is located near a major highway.
