Very confusing and most being one way. Aggressive patrons want to crash into you if you are looking at the same parking space.

Great deli with a broad selection of Boars Head as well as their own cold cuts.Their prepared foods are very good as well. Even the meal kits are tasty and a great time saver.Quality means too. And they will gladly make you a smaller package if you dont need as much as theyve got packaged which Ive had them do often.And the bakery is TOO good if you get my meaning.Their specials and BOGOs are excellent values and soften the blow of the higher prices.And its not just groceries.. theyve got almost anything you need for the home in terms of cleaning supplies, cooking tools etc etc etc.Its always a pleasure shopping there!

Comment: I was a little bit late for there hours that theyre open for the hot bar and I wanted some of that spicy mac and cheese and the manager went far above and beyond what he had to do he went and got some fresh stuff out of the cooler and heated it up for me and this is why I love Publix supermarket everyone that works there is friendly and down to earth it does not think theyre above anybody else and the way they help you out at the register kind of makes you feel like you step back in time because they have that one-on-one touch with helping packing groceries and even helping you out your car if you ever need it so Publix dont stop what youre doing we really appreciate it

Comment: We had our Prevnar 20 pneumonia shots and 2nd Pfizer boosters today. Richard, the pharmacist there administered the shots and explained everything fully. We get our flu shots and other necessary shots at Publix and they are always accommodating, helpful, and always friendly. Thanks Richard....always a pleasure dealing with Publix pharmacy.

Comment: As a frequent shopper and a single mother trying to shop with a little one in hand, today they went above and beyond. I received help with locating items, produce getting me the item I required for and order, meat service same thing. Also check out was fast and the young lady that bagged went beyond by helping me place the order in the staging area for pick up. All of that may seem like oh its their job to do these things but to me it was all a grade of excellence!

My aunt brought me here to do a little shopping because she love it and they do have some good stuff and deals too. There sub sandwich combo is great! Comment: Publix is always made a terrific company. But today I was really blown away by the service of the deli manager Travis. Basically there was a problem with our online order. But we found a solution and he went above and beyond. It is really refreshing to get good, kind service specially during this covid time where everyone is short-staffed. It is easy for people to be overwhelmed and take it out on the customers but Im just really thankful that theres good people out there that work hard no matter the circumstance.

My only concern is the public.My husband and I are fully vaccinated, I still wear a mask for 2 reasons. My husband and I just finished cancer treatments and our Dr said our immune system was compromised. Some not masked lean over me to get product. REALLY? Your old and retired Whats your hurry? Comment: First visit, had pedicure & brow wax. Shop is extremely clean, liners in place for foot tubs, tools sealed in packets, everyone wearing masks. Chair gives back massage during pedicure, very nice touch. Selena did an excellent job on pedicure and brow wax. I will definitely be back and I highly recommend this shop!I had a completely relaxing experience.

It has Einstein bagels and Palmalitos guava jelly, both of which are difficult to find in Ocala for some reason. Today I picked up a birthday cake that I had ordered yesterday and it was ready and beautiful when I got. Clean, organized, good prices, and helpful employees! You cant beat that.

I consider myself very lucky to have such a wonderful store.Even in the midst of crisis, the calm demeanor and steady helpfulness of all the employees did a lot to keep my fear at bay, since the only time I ventured out of the house was once a week to buy groceries. Went to the Deli to get a famous “Pub Sub” and although everyone was very busy I had several employees stop what they were doing to acknowledge me and that they would be right with me. I did not go unnoticed, and everyone had great teamwork to ensure customers were taken care of. The gentleman who made my sandwich was very nice and my food was delicious! Even my cashier had a smile and was kind. I appreciated the positive attitude of the staff at this Publix and think they’re doing a great job. Made my day!

Comment: Normally everyone here is pleasant. But. Today (8-27-19, at 4:30 PM), my husband got his meds at the pharmacy and the woman behind the counter there was so rude. She sounded like she didnt want to be there. She never once LOOKED at us! Her eyes were glued to the computer screen. Her utterances were monosyllabic for the most part. No hello, no thank you, no goodbye. But the cashier at the main registers was such a pleasant contrast! Smiles, greetings, thank yous. It really does make a difference to customers. I hope somebody in charge reads these reviews.

I was in there today and they were busy as usual and a young lady by the name of Stacy was wheeling a cart past me and saw I was searching the counter for something. She stopped and came over to me and asked if she could help. I told her what I was looking for and she went looking for it she said they had a display so we went there and they had every flavor but the one I wanted so she said she would check the back she came back and said they had some how many did I need, I told her and she went back and brought them out for me. Now I call that service and all with a beautiful smile :) Thank you Stacy!!!!!

Our cashier, JR, is a very personable young man that we purposefully choose to check out with when we see him. Great customer service skills. Our bagger, Taylor, was meticulously careful and gently placed all items in our cart with attention to fragility. She needs to smile more! We love this Publix. Love their breads.
