Comment: Not a huge variety of groceries as one would find in large Publix stores, this is a good store. Parking can be tight during after work hours, but it can be done. The deli staff can sometimes be inattentive. Would definitely encourage the store to keep a well-trained staff in that department.

I had bananas, deli turkey, and rana pasta all thrown in one bad. Publix, please help your employees by providing proper training...not to mention customer service. I will only go to Park Avenue in an extreme emergency...the manager allows his cashiers to be disrespectful without recoarse(Mr. Costa).

The cashiers are Always polite and knowledgeable about where to find things,(exactly) not having you run from one isle to another. If you need help getting your grocery to your vehicle, they dont mind. They will sure ask even if you decline. The bakery have fresh bakery, drumetts awesome, fried chicken too. I tried their egg rolls and it was delicious. You have a wait on the fried chicken sometime. At least you can call ahead to place your order if you are in a hurry. Thanks Publix, keep up the awesome customer, its hard to find these days.

Comment: This Publix is smaller than some of the other ones around Tallahassee. I like it because it is generally a quick in and out. It is closest to my house so I end up going in at least every other day. The staff are always kind and knowledgeable. I love the chicken tenders and 5 dollar sushi on Wednesdays.

Publix customer service is reminiscent of an earlier time when customers mattered above all else. Their stores are big and filled with choices. I find their BOGOs too good to resist. Mostly though, their staff makes you feel that they value your patronage. I hope I never live anywhere that a conveniently located Publix isnt at hand! Wonderful!

The cool thing about Publix and a lot of other stores is that they have their own website that they post the sales that they are having on. You can also find these (postings) in newspapers. I cant tell you how good their products are, because they may change. In truth it doesnt even really matter how I was treated, because, again this might have changed. Point if a this is, of you dont have gas to drive around to compare prices and such, then do it on line, skip the reviews, and move on to the next task. Comment: Mr. Paris is the bagger who assisted me in delivering my items to my car. I had quite a few items and was extremely pleased with him walking me out to my car. He also went to get me a spoon and napkins because I had planned on eating my icecream, asap.I ask Mr. Paris if he was in school and what was his major. To my surprise, he stated he was making Publix a career and enjoyed working there. I was so pleased at his response because I always wonder if the youth are going to admiringly take over the food industry and farming agricultural business. Comment: I always enjoy publix shopping and the service is great. But today I happened to be looking to buy some crab legs for my daughters birthday and found a package on sale for 6.99 a pound. I asked the seafood guy Im I could get several more pounds and he told me it would he 11.99 a pound. I still dont understand why I could not buy at the lower rate it was not marked down for being close to expire. I left without buying anything. Honestly it is the only bad experience I have had with Publix.
