Comment: Ive always had a great experience at Publix, and this time was no exception. We stopped at Publix to get some food for dinner, and there were plenty of ready-made sandwiches, salads, and other fresh food to please everybody. It was a little after 9:00 so I assumed the deli would be closed, but they were still making sandwiches. I ordered the chicken parm sandwich which was incredibly large for the price and tasted delicious! I was very pleased with our visit here and would highly recommend the deli to anyone who likes custom-made sandwiches!

They have pretty flowers and a few small plants. They dont have the selection like larger Publix stores, but still, they have what you need in a neighborhood store. Comment: Everyone that I talked to at this Publix was super friendly. The store is not designed like most grocery stores, and items are placed in a unique way. I can normally walk into a Publix and know where everything is. The employees were very nice and helped me find what I was looking for immediately. The quality of food at this specific location is very good, and everything is fresh. It is across the street from Feather Sound, which is a very nice neighborhood. If you like bagels you will like this store, because they have fresh Einsteins Bagels. I would highly recommend doing your grocery shopping at this store 🔥

Boy were they delicious & he was very helpful in helping me find the ingredients to recreate which I did a couple of days later & will be doing again. Also the girl at the sushi counter was very helpful when she heard me talking about my favorite kind of roll she informed me she could add the crunchies I like on top of the roll I like making the ultimate sushi roll to my liking. I didnt know I could just add them to any roll already made for a $1 more & I will definitely be doing it more often.

They have a fantastic variety of fresh foods in their deli, seafood bakery and sandwich shop with fresh delicious meats & cheeseAnd such polite & knowledgeable staff and their stores are always well stocked. Pardon me while I just go whole hog over their prime meat cuts and quality produce department too. You cant go wrong by paying a few cents more than some nasty big box store with awful customer service from employees who hate their jobs and take it on their customers. Publix is like a breath of fresh air. I would have a hard time doing better and honestly I dont need to. I already have the best. And no I dont work their, I just proudly shop there and so should you.

I called and spoke to a super sweet woman and she was MORE than accommodating! She made our cake dreams come true and my 10 year old was beside herself with her pink strawberry glitter bomb cake! Comment: Really small, but insanely convenient. They layout isnt like any other Publix markets in the area, due to its size. The sandwich deli line is really long at lunch time, so try to go during the off hours where possible. There have been some items I have found here that I have been unable to find at other Publix locations as well, such as certain flavors of gelato and brands of wine.

Close to the hotel where I stay. Fruit is always very fresh, and their Boars Head Ultimate sub sandwich (my favorite) is prepared the way one would like it. Chicken tenders and evening dinner selections are prepared are also a treat. Check out staff are always pleasant, cheery and helpful mostly with smiley, friendly faces.

Comment: Today, we have experienced consideration and loving beyound the customer care at Publix, Cariilon Town Center.Around 3 oclock, my father who has suffered from minor dementia went to the store to buy some glue with foreign currency. He brought the product with receipt that someone alreay paid for him. I and my sister ran to the store for payback. After the customer representative and the manager checked the credit card receipt, the manager lead us to the cashier, Janet. She took care of my fahter today without any prejudice against elderly people and gentile. And she also tried to comfort and encourage us. My family really appreciaat to Janet and Pulix. We feel Publix is not just grocery market, its specily store for our community.

My wife and I are retired from Publix with a combined 58 years, so I know what Publix expects from its employees. A simple smile and hello goes a long way!

Comment: Ordered a large cake for a baby shower with a space theme. Even though the bakery didn’t have an outer space option they tweaked the Darth Vader cake and came up with this beautiful cake! (I added the astronauts because I accidentally smudged the front otherwise it was perfect).

Comment: Had a wonderful experience at the Carrillon Bakery! I requested a half sheet cake online a week before my baby shower (which was October 3rd). I was able to make my cake exactly how I wanted: marble cake, raspberry filling, cream cheese frosting and I asked to have the decorations more than just balloons (asked for cariage and to make it baby shower themed) and EXCUTED THE CAKE PERFECTLY! Wish I couldve hugged the baker! Cried happy tears because the cake was beautiful! Definitely recommend this Publix bakery and thank you team for making my 1st baby shower cake amazing!!

Comment: Ok I love Publix! My problem is that this Publix is right off the highway so it needs to be bigger. It is very small displays on the floor make it almost impossible for two way traffic or even getting around another cart going one way. Just very crowded maybe think about losing so many displays so people have room to move.

Comment: I went into publix today for to look for toilet paper. There wasn’t any in the store. As I was checking out the cashier and I started talking about people who are hoarding paper products. This wonderful cashiers name is Jolene. She told me if I wanted to come back at noon she had some in her car and she would give me some! I was stunned. What a wonderful woman is. She gave me 4 triple rolls of Charmin. This incredible woman is my Hero. Thank you Jolene!

Comment: Ive been to this store more times than a few, and upon entering the store for the first time, I was greeted by Zay in Customer Service, his smile lit up the front of the the store as he welcomed me! That was more than two months ago! The customer service at this store #secondtonone! From the folks in the isle stocking shelves, asking if they can be of assistance, to the Deli where Shay and Teri take care of me, to the cashiers (cant remember the young ladys name with the tattoo sleeves), to Brie and Zay in Customer Service, this store is/should be what EVERY Publix store strives to become. Comment: I go to a lot of publixes to get sandwiches and a lot of times the sandwiches are very poorly made, they are just wrapped up without the sandwich even being closed, and the employees are very rude. Nadia made my sandwich with the sauce nicely spread and she actually closed it! Very nicely done 👍. She also changed her gloves and happily made my sandwich. Brittany also in the deli was very nice and she got clean knifes for our sandwiches. We need more people like Nadia and Brittany working in the deli.

No. Im just figuring out how much water I should get. He told me the prices & offered to go get me coupons which made them 1/2 off. He got the coupons for me the even offered to carry the water up to the register for me. Such a sweetheart!! Very pleasant trip. Glad I stopped!

Comment: I have been shopping at this Publix from the day it opened and I have to say, there’s something about the Carrillon Publix that sets it apart from any other. I’ve seen store, and department managers come and go, but the high level of cleanliness professionalism, and friendliness has never dropped.This Publix is located in a business park, so they do a high volume lunch and never fail to crank out quality subs, fried and roasted chicken, barbecue ribs, pulled pork, and all the hot sides to go with them. If you are near this Publix around lunch time, make this your destination.On a side note wouldn’t it be great if Publix deli opened up a satellite restaurant?

Comment: Today i had to go to publix to grab dinner and I always go for the chicken strips from the hot service counter. When I got to the counter their were no chicken strips and a very polite employee by the name of Elie informed me that the chicken would be done in about eight minutes so I was fine with that im in no hurry. While Im talking on the phone I see Elie dealing with customers and i heard one customer make a smart comment on how they were short on items to choose from but of course thats because publix hot counter service is always busy and the food was either in the fryer or being heated in the oven the trays arent always gonna be full. I use to work in food service and I have a habit to stare at employees facial expressions when they are busy and Elie took care of customers like a champ and got everyone fed ASAP she didnt let anyone see her sweat. She told me that I had to wait eight minutes for my chicken and she took care of me in six. She was awesome!!!

Comment: Like most have written, its a smaller Publix than most locations. They do, however, pack quite a variety in a smaller space. Its only been once or twice where i had to go to a different location to get what i need. The store is always clean and staffed with friendly and helpful people. Many complain about the higher prices but its worth it to go to a clean bright store with nice people thats not populated with riff-raff and trashy people. Ill let the discount places corner that market.
