A big shout out to Kyle he returned some lottery tickets I had bought and left in my cart. 4 hours later when I realized I just knew they would be gone I asked the service desk just for kicks and they had them I was amazed!!! Whatever policies Publix has needs to be shared with everyone across the board. There might be other stores where you might save a couple of bucks but Publix service is top notch I won’t go anywhere else!!

Comment: A year ago we moved to citrus park area . Ive been shopping at this publix and two others in the area . Today 1 stood out!!!!! Kourtneys customer service stood out above all . First impression i was waiting to have my order taken observed her concerned with pouring oregano over a sub because of the control cap missing. I looked at my phone looked up to another worker saying she went to get you something (sorry i forgot her name but very sweet and helpful). I said not for me but I want to wait for her because the sandwich she was making looked amazing. When she was walking back she went to grab and new bottle of oregano. Well thats not it to top it off before my subs were done toasting another customer walked up to order her sandwiches. And at my surprise she kindly listened to her grab the bread the lady needed. Timer goes off for my subs she turned around grab them remember all my toppings & thanked me and was already starting the next customer. Customer service is far and few these days . Most workers seem more pre occupied with conversations , waiting to see whos going to help the customer vs greeting before they can ask for help or just cleaning and stocking and ignoring the store being busy etc.. Kourtneys customer service is rare and you dont come across that often.

Comment: The customer service here was great! They went above and beyond to help me find what I was looking for and discount it because they were out of the Publix brand.The food is also great! I had the Buffalo chicken sub with lettuce, tomato, onions, and pickles with Potato wedges on the side. Everything was very yummy and chicken was super crispy! Would definitely get it again.

From time to time, we can clearly see brown spots all over the Publix bagged green beans, brown okra & more simultaneously. So, since Publix is supposed to be the high end of supermarkets, seeing bad vegetables or fruits on shelves is dissapointing.I had to wait for a very long, unreasonable amount of time at cash register because the young couples card was declined & they kept on and on trying again and again, the cashier should have sent them over to the customer service desk much earlier, & too much time was also waisted with cashier socializing & laughing with those customers. I even stopped watching & waiting, and I went on-line being busy with my phone.Were glad Publix has free wi-fi.My bagger who seemed to be one of their supervisors, girl with blond hair & a lot of makeup, did a very poor job bagging my food, to give just some examples : 2 heavy glass bottles of olive oil was put in same bag as my eggs, overstuffing bags, and cereal box corners even started ripping holes in plastic bag, before I even put grocery bags in cart. So, sloppy job bagging at 9:00 p.m. But, overall their customer service was very good, as far as helping me find items throughout the supermarket . . . ...This is the Publix on Ehrlich rd., & Turner rd. I had similar experiences at Publix on N. Dale Mabry and Linebaugh in Carrollwood. Once only two cashiers were open at mid afternoon, a busy time of day, and the wait was long. Sone employees are kind & respectful, and then there are some who do not care, & are unprofessional. Theyre usually good about helping you find something, even if theyre empty on shelve & they get what you need from the back ( for employees only).

Comment: I have been frequently at this Publix for 12+ years and always clean, great selection and friendly associates. I was there today shopping and I love to sample the Aprons meals. Today I tried a really good one and Judy was the chef/preparer. It was delicious and she was so happy reading about a review a customer had written about her. Her smile was so beautiful!! I review a lot of places and sometimes forget the places I visit nost often. Judy has been there a long time and sweet and helpful as possible. I want to thank her for every time she has helped me and especially today when I wanted to make the salad recipe from Aprons Meals& sadly the cucumber selection was not good. When I asked her if there were any buy her counter, she gave me what she had left after making the meal. So kind and thank you much 😊💕

Comment: Great place to get bargains on your shopping list. And the place is so clean not messy like Walmart and way too high priced too. I use to go shopping there now I have to go back to Pubiix whee so can get better food and deals and I employees are helpful too. When Walmart first opened up they said buy American products and now forget about it now you get what they want to sell you. Made in China or else where! Plus the stores are dirty .i do my shopping at Publix or Winn Dixie stores. Give Walmart a negative 10 😟

Comment: Great store. Always a wait in the deli. Not long though if you put in your order and shop. I suggest using the call ahead option on the phone app. You just walk in and get it sitting there with your name on it. I usually get the philly steak and cheese sub so they always need a bit more time with that one. I just walk around and chat with Todd if I see him. Hes a nice manager and always asks if he can help me with anything.

Comment: Went in to Publix today for a quick shopping trip, while there, an elderly man fell and hit his head. Employees were the first on the scene and knew exactly what to do. It makes me very proud that Publix requires all their employees to be CPR certified. And Im happy to say that because of their quick actions and amazing diligence, the man left for the hospital in stable condition. Wonderful location, wonderful employees!

Comment: This Publix is full of friendly employee! The layout is the same as the one on Fowler. This one also has a liquor section. I found myself sometimes just wonder through the aisle like in shopping at the mall.

Comment: Pretty well-run and great staff. Its a little held back by the location (a former Albertsons store) and there being a flagship store a couple miles to the west.
