The workers at this Publix are always nice and even the younger workers on the register are working not talking to the worker bagging the food. They work there butts off trying to keep the shelves full now that we have sooooo many new people around the area the shelves are empty alot faster.Publix in Trinity off of Little Road the youngworkers on Little Road on register keep talking with the young bagger and they pause to talk back and forth veryAnnoying.

Comment: My favorite Publix. Did you know Publix employees are run through a scavenger hunt when they are hired to get to know the store and better serve their patrons? Its true. They also wipe down their register area every day, including the ink pen! Publix is a great grocery store. They offer a variety of unique foods, a deli stocked well with choices, the meat department offers semi prepared meals (ie: meats that have been seasoned/prepared fresh, so you only have to take them home and bake or airfry them according to the directions) for those who prefer fresh foods, but do not know much about cooking, or dont have time to put in the prep time. This particular Publix (as do all, or most) has a very friendly and knowledgeable staff always willing to help out.

We got subs. The guy had to ask 4 times what kind of cheese because he couldnt remember. Half the toppings were empty and they had to keep walking away to get more. When he brought the lettuce, he put the bag in the toppings bar. I imagine that is a no no because anything on the outside of the bag is now in with the other lettuce.

All layouts of Publix locations are almost always different and some stranger than others however, this layout makes sense. The pharmacy has been nothing short of delightful, fast friendly service. A nice large produce section and a well maintained deli section. Id recommend this Publix location to anyone even if its a minute or two further than the closest Publix, its worth the drive!

Comment: This is my favorite Publix. It might not be as large as some of the newer Publix being built, but it is the friendliest. Every employee in there treats the customer so warm and with such courtesy. Always happy and helpful. It just makes me smile. I do not like shopping except, for groceries. Awesome service here.

Comment: This is my all time favorite Publix location the reason for me saying this is that it is a very clean store and it is near where I grew up it was very familiar to me also it was very small so only people around that area usually go there pretty good area as well top of line establishment top of the line service top of the line food you know what you get for Publix I would say go here every day if you can for lunch

Comment: Excellent. Got our flu shots today. While there, pharmacist inquired about the status of our pneumonia vaccines. Told him I was up to date. Husband was uncertain. He was able to check online and get info immediately. Found out husband was not up to dateSo happy the pharmacist had the foresight to inquire.

Comment: Ive shopped at a Publix since the 1970s, it is a great shopping experience with the the staff etc. However, with Aldi in the market and improving its stores Publix is going to have a lot of competition if they dont lower their prices somewhat. Chelsea Place is just around the corner from my home and very convenient.

Comment: When we moved to FL Publix became our go to grocery store. Over the years we have tried many different ones.Publix at Chelsea Place has been by far our favorite. Not as busy as the ones on US19. Their Deli knows how to follow online order instructions. And the top for me: They carry Brazilian soda Guarana Antartica!Its always clean, and the team members are always very polite and helpful.

Comment: I love Publix, I do enjoy their variety and quality customer service... except when I check out. I went into this store this afternoon, and the staff I talked to throughout the store was more than helpful. However it seems the second I reach the checkout that it is a different store. The cashiers and bag boys seem too preoccupied with flirting with each other, and chatting it up than they are about greeting the customer and being attentive. The first bagger that came over continued the conversation with the cashier to his side and just took things out of my cart to put up on the belt without acknowledging my existence, than left to help someone else. Then the next bagger that showed up to help the cashier out came over and said very loudly sup?, the cashier said you cant say sup to a customer... he responded with I was talking to you (referring to the cashier), then looked at me and said ... hi . I was so taken aback but this I even said thats nice say hi to your friend before me, I see how it is (trying to play it off jokingly). It just bothered me a lot to feel like the customer service is STELLAR throughout the rest of the store but the second you get to the check out it goes to the wayside. They need to have the staff who stocks shelves and slices meat to give a lesson to the front. I should not have to feel like I am interrupting hang out time to check out.I dont normally write these reviews, but after my favorite store Sweatbay closed this is my next alternative, I so far am not sold on giving Publix my patronage.
