Comment: First time in this location. Clean. Witnessed at least 2 people working produce, 2 in meat, several in the hot deli area. Probably as many cashier checks as self checkout. Pleasure to shop.

Comment: I am editing my view of Publix in Cherrywood today August 5th . I have to say that on several occasions post their original opening I was disappointed . But yesterday was particularly disturbing because its happened in the past . Weve bought meat in meat department, and two times we had a return it because it was spoiled. Im I am going to post what I observed in the meat selection Department as I was trying to determine what meat looks the best. That took me awhile and that should never take somebody as long as it took me to find a decent piece of meat. There was blood from one of the upper shelves running down the Shelf and had to be sitting there a while. I was very very disappointed and if there were any kind of options that were viable in Ocala I would purchase them in another grocery store. I went to the deli department there was one person making an order there were two people behind the counter helping. The gentleman was making a very large order so I waited there about 10 minutes as the woman behind the counter was assisting him and I was waiting for the gentleman to be free to help me. But he must have been making up an order call ahead or whatever it was so he was occupied as well. There were four or five people in the sub Department of the deli. Im wondering why I had to wait so long when there was other staff available. I wound up interrupting the ladies cutting of meat for the gentleman who was making this tremendous order and I said can you give me a piece of paper and a pen please Im going to write down what I want and I will come back and pick it up really sorry to interrupt but I cant spend 25 minutes waiting for somebody to cut some deli meat. The fruits and the vegetables are not up to Snuff either. There was one cucumber left not an English thats wrapped just a regular cucumber. It was mush. My husband brought home a bag of peppers, the multicolored peppers, as I forgot to purchase it. When I opened up the package there were two rotten peppers. All I can say is the store has gone downhill hill. I appreciate Publix making baked chicken wings, however they are slimy and the skin is basically uncooked. Perhaps an air fryer. This is my local grocery store this is the Publix that I want to continue to shop in. However, they truly need to improve their management training of their staff those who prepare prepared foods. Cross-contamination according to OSHA guidelines needs to be in full force. And training is a must. I dont want to go back there and find the same spoiled meat.Manager of the deli was great. He showed us what we would get an hour order for the full turkey dinner. Which was good. I like the cleanliness of the store I hope they continue with the disinfecting cloths and hand sanitizer. The way the store is set up is very welcoming. And to boot its only 5 minutes from my home. Be nice if you started carrying some equine food in the pet Department just a suggestion thank you

Comment: Wow!!!! this Publix is out of this world their deli area is wonderful it is so nice and very organize, the deli is wonderful had so much more than other Publix like sushi in the deli and pho bowls that is just out of this world, super organized and super clean, from the deli to meats and diary products this Publix it is just in a whole new dimension hopefully in the future all públixs will look like this case this Publix was just different, the staff is super friendly and helpful If you’re in the are I highly recommend this Publix come and see how different this Publix is.

Comment: I love it here! 😊I’m from NewYork and it definitely feel nice to be in a two story building lol but the staff are always so nice and making sure we’re okay. The food is fresh especially on Sunday after church👌🏾I recommend going with friends and family. It doesn’t feel like a super market which is weird but like a mall or cafe. Will definitely come to here to study one day on the second floor 😊

Comment: The bakery did an amazing job with my sons cake 😍 overall experience so far has been great! The deli have done a great job and are quick! Wish they had more lines open in the times I have gone but the workers are fast paced! Clean and so far enjoy having Publix at the corner of my street!

Comment: Out with the kids wanting something to eat. Stopped by the new public. They have an upstairs where you can sit inside or out to eat. This was a very refreshing idea. The store is big. Employees are friendly. They have a new look which is good. Had a great lunch with the kids on the balcony. Enjoying my favorite sub The ultimate with a sweet iced tea.,

Comment: It is the new store design with the seating area upstairs and the fresh made food in an island on its own away from the walls. It was so nice and it is less than 3 miles from my house. The kids had fun looking at all the new things.
