I asked an employee for help and they took me directly to it; how cool is that! As I was self checking out I was asked if I found everything ok and if I needed any assistance. Comment: This Publix is located just off of the beach line West of US1 and west of the Walmart on Clearlake Drive. I like this Publix in the system, they have very friendly employees who work hard to do and help you find everything that you would want to shop for in their store. They care about their customers, the store says that whenever you see it. More so, the smiles on the employees faces tell you that they are there to help you and to be of service to you.This is one of the older stores in the system its been there for probably more than 15 years or so. The store is in good condition, it has one of the more modern layouts and is one of the larger Footprints of the stores in Brevard County. They are good people, Publix is a very good organization, and you will be very happy if you choose to shop here or at any Publix that you might encounter along your travels.

I found little that compares to Publix. Ill continue using Publix as my grocery store.The only thing Id change is to consolidate all the organic foods in one area of the store. That would attract a lot more customers, I believe.

Comment: We live close to the Publix on SR 524 in Cocoa. Great store as you would expect from Publix. The only problem is, it is getting too crowded. There is not many other grocery stores in Cocoa. I know, Walmart and Aldi. But they are not conventional grocery stores. And people flock to Publix for that reason. We really need a Winn Dixie back in Cocoa.

I always wondered what happened to the expired food at Publix (since unlike some other local grocery stores that would mark the food down when there was 48 hours left to sell it) noticing I would rarely see fresh food marked down close to exp dates (ex: deli food, bakery items galore, any meats, dairy products, prepared meals like apron meals, etc). Recently I found out that many of the Publix stores here donate to local charities who run food pantries, directly impacting the surrounding community, helping those who are in need of food. I even saw several Publix workers staffing a local hot lunch to the public charity kitchen giving lunch to many homeless people and anyone needing a hot meal.. I Thought Id share about their community outreach and some positive blessings they are passing around as we dont get to see their work behind the scenes! I highly recommended shopping at Publix for a review. Their shelves are usually well stocked, clean, and staff are very friendly here!

Comment: It was on vacation and realized that I had ran out of my medication. I was freaking out so I called the local Publix in Cocoa Florida.I talked to the pharmacy and explained my dire situation and they were more than helpful.They contacted my Pharmacy in Oak Hill Ohio, got my prescription number and refilled my medication.They were life savers and the staff was so helpful and friendly. Thank you for all your help, you went above and beyond what I expected.

Comment: Staff are friendly, store is clean. My only complaint about Publix as a whole is they tend not to have the items on sale in stock. They also have problems with Arizona tea vendor never having enough diet Green tea.

Comment: Everybody talks about how more expensive Publixs compared to other grocery stores. I personally buy things on sale so I dont see that they are any more expensive than anybody else. Even if Publix was more expensive its totally worth the money. I dont know why anybody would shop anywhere else

Comment: Ive always loved Publix and I still do to this day. Their subs are excellent, the dates on the milk and eggs are perfect. The fruits and vegetables are fresh looking and if not- properly taken care of by the employees. Everyone working here at Publix is courteous and polite. Today was a typical shopping day. The fruits and vegetables were at a decent price.

Comment: First time visiting this Publix location, but it was a solid experience. The store is well laid out like most of their locations, and was very clean and tidy. The staff was friendly and helpful, and I was in and out of the store quickly. To be fair, I was visiting earlier in the morning but still, a great location.

Comment: Fresh three melon bowls for breakfast, watermelon, cantaloupe and honeydew. I love it. Some shelves are empty, I cant find my cats favorite food sometimes. I need to plan at least a week ahead to make sure I dont run out of things like high fiber V8. Friendly staff, clean store.

Comment: Want to give a big thank you to Lori in the deli. She was so awesome today while she made our subs. I felt she went above and beyond and put effort into making the sub awesome. The chicken tender sub is amazing but she added buffalo and this looks soooo good. Cant wait to try it.Ill come back to this Publix because of her.

Comment: Grrrrrr, its clean and open and has a lot to offer...a bit pricey but if you are looking for fresh they will have it. Sometimes customer service is a hit or miss BUT my last trip was amazing. Apparently they have a new staff that is very enthusiastic to assist you with your shopping. Not my everyday but I would absolutely go there and pay more before going to Wal Mart. Thats because its not a HUGE store and I dont buy meat from Wal Mart. Sorry not sorry, they dont have a real meat department like Publix.

Comment: IMO Publix remains consistently fabulous. Store is always clean. Staff members are helpful & courteous (but not hovering). Food: fresh, frozen, raw and cooked, is better than other brand stores. Foods prepared on site are safe and delish. I especially like: the American-ized sushi, fried chicken tenders and thighs ( better than restaurants that specialize in bird ) soups, every bread and bakery item, all YUM.Also- The only place I have found that carries some hard to find items, like saga blue cheese and scrapple.

They offered to help me with my groceries and even asked if I needed help putting my groceries in my vanOn a scale of one to ten they deserve a ten ,I purchased some fried chicken and southern style potato salad and a few other things. Comment: The butcher was very patient and very helpful for me over the weekend Saturday with my brisket I want to thank him again he’s very patient with me on the how to cut the meat even talk to my husband on FaceTime so satisfied also in the seafood department at the same the young man was very satisfied with as well gave me tips on how to cook my fish and when he steamed and season my crab legs they came out perfect way better then any seafood restaurant-we have had dinner was very satisfied with both departments

Comment: The store personnel were very friendly but I had to wait almost 20 min. At the deli to get 2 subs. The young man that helped me worked as fast as he could. There was 1 other fellow working as well but not as quick. But very friendly. The pharmacy was excellent and helped fill my medicine as I live in the Keys. I have 2 grandsons that work in Islamorada so I know how things work. I was in retail for over 30 years so I know things dont always go as planned. Overall good service.

Comment: It was clean, disappointed they didnt have either salad in the deli that was on sale made and in stock, the salad I did choose came with mayonnaise so I had to spend even more money to buy dressing to go with the salad. My salvation was the fact that Publix brand ice cream was 2/$6.00 and they are the only company that still sells true half gallons anymore. ❤

Comment: As with all Publix nice selection and prices. On site Bakery and Deli. The deli can get busy during lunch with local workers. However, they seem to staff appropriately and generally timely assist customers. Staff throughout always pleasant, friendly and helpful.

Comment: I love Publix supermarkets and this location is no exception. They constantly have fresh food, are well stocked, and have friendly employees. I love that they offer a vegetarian sushi roll. They also have the best sales. Ive ordered subs from time to time (online) and they are always delicious. My only complaint in that area is that they didnt have my sub ready in time, during one of my visits. The one time I had something wrong with something I purchased here, they took care of it right away. My mother also found that something they had on sale, didnt ring up right at the register and on her receipt. Publix took care of that and refunded all of her money.
