Comment: Every time I visit Florida, I always have to get a deli sandwich (aka Pub sub) from Publix. This time I tried the bacon and ranch chicken tender sandwich, while my sister got the buffalo chicken tender sandwich and my brother-in-law the jerk turkey. I think the buffalo and the bacon ranch were the best. Huge sub sandwiches, fantastic service, and a really great price. Not to mention a grocery store thats wonderfully organized and clean. Wish we had one in Utah!

You pay a little bit higher price for a cleaner store with higher-quality people.I was shopping at Walmart a few days ago. Grabbed some juice from the cooler and overheard a manager talking to one of her subordinates, Ive been asking for a day and it hasnt been done do I need to use different words so that you will understand me? Probably the best publix employees outside of Lakeland.Theyve never complained when I walk in 5 minutes of 10pm to grab a quick item or something (dinner, snack, drink, friendly smile, etc...). Sometimes Ill even professionally shop the store for gig work and they are super accommodating, even when the app screws up and doesnt send them sandwich orders. Left there at 1030pm the other evening cause of an instacart error. They made the sandwichs for the customer & were very patient. If there was to be a Publix on the west coast of Florida open until 11pm/midnight, this would be my first choice!Never an issue locating items, one of the best Delis and Bakeries outside a local family owned and run shop, super helpful employees even when you know where something is and are heading that way youll be asked if you need assistance finding anything. One night, jokingly, they tried to lock me in and have me help with restocking, they did let me out to go eat though.:)Publix, where shopping is ALWAYS a pleasure. :)

However, I will say that I am not impressed that Publix has installed self checkout. This is one of the best things about Publix--having a short conversation with the very friendly cashiers and baggers. As someone who follows a pescatarian diet I love and appreciate the fresh seafood and the meat alternative options available at this Publix. It awesome to be able to go into your local grocery store and buy Florida gown fruits and vegetables as well! There are a lot of local Florida food items available at this store. If you havent tried the $2.99 chocolate mousse single serve dessert in the bakery department, you definitely should. This store has been super clean every time I visit and all of the staff I have interacted with, both in person and on the phone, have been super helpful and very pleasant. We will definitely frequent this Publix more often now that I have experienced all it has to offer.My one and only complaint, wich really isnt even that much to complain about, is that the parking lot is always very busy and kind of congested.

Barely any wait at the deli for subs or hot food! And no wait at all at the checkout! And of course everyone in the staff were very kind, just like you expect from the employees at Publix! Comment: Fine in the store, walked out and slipped on the pavement...broke my shoes, cut my knees up. Broke 2 toes and possibly a few little bones on the outside of my other foot. Still cant walk, super embarrassing. Be careful its slippery!

I have a friend who summed up the difference between the two: Dont expect friendly people and great customer service from Walmart, and dont expect cheap prices from Publix, because you get what you pay for. I shop both. But shopping at Publix really is a pleasure.

Would suggest baggers are trained to realize as we get older our strength is not what it used to be, yes some baggers are very good and will even help you to your car but we still have to get them in the house.Thank you

Comment: This publix is my favorite one to go to. Its the cleanest and its modern looking. Other publix locations ive been to (in nearby cities) look like they are stuck in the 90s. This publix is open until 10pm. Other publix stores close at 9pm. The employees are always very helpful and kind. They sanatize everything. Theres always good deals on products, like buy 1 get 1 free. The publix plaza has other good stores to visit. U can get ur groceries then grab Chinese food or Italian pizza or even chicken wings

Comment: I have never seen a dirty ryn down Publix. Their stores are the result of happy employees who pass it to the customers. It is worth paying a few extra dollars. I observed the employees spraying and cleaning down after each order. The pharmacy is busy but the wait is pleasant. If you havent had your flu shot head for Publix. Comment: Always clean and usually decently stocked. The only complaint I have is that there is no gluten free section. All the gluten free food is mixed in to the shelves which makes it very difficult to find without reading every single label or looking for the purple circle on the price tags. There is a very tiny section with some bread and chips but you would think since that is there they could put some of the gluten free stuff there or designate it bigger.

Comment: This location is our favorite super market for 5 month every year. The store is exceptionally clean and the staff are among the most helpful and courteous weve ever encountered. Its so nice to be recognized and welcomed as regular customers.Please tell me why customers with Canadian cell phones cannot download the new app. Were a significant part of your customer base in the winter and likely very important to your bottom line.My wife and I have the self-scanning and payment app for Sams club. So theres no good reason that I can see why the Publix app is not available. Please reconsider. D⚓KUPDATE:All it took was a single email message to Publix Customer Service and they fixed up the issue regarding access to the app. One of their I.T. reached out to us and they opened it to all of their customers. Comment: Don’t usually shop at this location but because our sub maker Rose and cashier Dawn we had a very nice shopping experience. Rose made our subs and was extremely polite and kept up positive attitude while dealing with other sub makers and some confusion with online orders and walk in customers. Receiving courteous service at most establishments is a rarity so I appreciate her positive attitude and courteous service they both exhibited today.

Comment: Publix is always top notch in more ways than one. They are known for having the best customer service, best deli in town, great sushi, and quality meat. I love all the deals they run on a weekly basis, if you have not had the chance to check them out youre missing the boat. I usually get wrapped up buying a lot more than I want do to the quality deals, but thats ok. I personally go in for their fresh fish selection. They always have the best and widest variety of fresh fish you can find unless your on a pier. The fish is fresh never frozen, and if they dont have the type you want they will get it. As I said customer service on another level. They will also carry your groceries out to the car free of charge, the bathrooms, store and parking lot are always clean, and their cashiers are generally cheerful. I highly recommend this place to anyone!

Comment: I really like because they have the best all around produce in town. The delivery is terribly slow though. If you go for a dinner or sandwich plan on quite a wait. I go to both the one at cocoa plum and heron plaza on Sumter and neither on has any need speed even know that have people piled up. Check out and both meat departments are quite the opposite. They help you very quickly and friendly.
