There are carts being left in the parking lot because the cart returns are so far away from where you park do something about that. No excuse to be that inconvenient.

Comment: People say that Publix is a bit more expensive than other grocery stores and I won’t argue with that but today they earned the higher cost. I stopped by on a Saturday to get my favorite salad and they were out (understandable since they make them fresh in the morning) They were very busy at that time so I went back on Sunday. I walked back to the deli and they were still out but they were in the process of making them. That’s when Sam came out and said “if you will give me 20 minutes I will work on it right now” I said “the app says I have to give you 24 hours to prepare the family size” she cut me off and asked “do you want the big one?” I said yes and off she went and it was only about 10 minutes. If you go to Publix deli say hi to Sam, if there is a reasonable way to get you what you want I feel she would go the extra mile. Business are successful when they have employees like Sam. I forgot to mention I had gone to another Publix about 15 miles away, they were out too but nobody offered to do what Sam did. Good job Sam and Titusville Publix

Plus they have Boars Head meats and cheeses in their deli, which is hard to find in some cities. My absolute favorite thing from Publix, though is their dessert cakes and decorated cakes! Comment: Reliably stocked, friendly neighborhood grocery store…this Titusville Publix is a good- natured small-town market with a big bakery and a fast deli. It lacks the self checkout aisle, which I find somewhat challenging, because the lines can get long during peak shopping hours. There are only a few cart returns in parking lot as well. So some tradeoffs, but still a great grocery experience.

The store is kept in great shape.My only bummer is the lack of vegan options compared to what Im used to at Kroger when Im home in Ohio. I am tired of repeatedly ordering online from the deli and not getting what I ordered, or having to wait forever to get what I ordered. I would strong suggest you do not waste your time with the deli unless you like waiting around after the pickup time to someone eventually asking who you are and then telling you they will start on your order soon.. update: they seem to have fixed the issues

There deli will cut your fresh cold cuts to order as thick or thin as you request. We often get freshly caught fish for dinner at there seafood counter. The workers seem to really take pride in what they do and enjoy making your shopping experience a positive one. I would highly recommend Publix for your groceries.

Comment: If I was to make a complaint, it would only be that some flavors of some food items are on different aisles.An example is a fish batter where 3 kind are on 1 aisle and the beer batter is on another aisle.I understand that vendors pay for shelf space and maybe they arent allowed to re-group them and maybe they arent allowed to add a tag that says more varieties on aisle #.Im sure this is a problem at ALL grocery stores and only a very few select food items have this issue.If that is the case, then I have zero complaints, which is why I rate Publix 5 stars.I ALWAYS enjoy my time walking around Publix.Its either therapeutic or a placebo effect, but my mood always seems to improve.

Comment: Its Publix. A little different layout than Im used to, perhaps in that neighborhood vibe. Prices were certainly higher than Publix locations 20 minutes south. Again, maybe its the size of the store. They do a good job of hiding the cart corrals in the parking lot. Will have to check the prices against the other two locations in the area.

Comment: Always clean and always busy, somehow though, the checkout never seems to drag on because the customer experience and connection is so fluid! Great cashiers and attentive staff and most all displays and stocked items beat and even have some creativity to them, as if someone gave it just a little extra time, to make the experience, that much more welcoming!

Comment: This is a great grocery store that I love to visit, its not a daily visit, but probably weekly.. The main reason that I would go to Publix grocery store is for not only the cream filled chocolate covered cookies that they offer, but the state famous chicken strip club sandwich unbelievable. Unbelievable. Also, in the deli area by the butcher meat, Is prepackage gourmet style meals, for those that do not have time to prepare their meals this is a great upgrade Instead of going to Taco Bell. Its always clean the buggies are always in order, and the workers are all friendly. One girl always remembers to put mine put my purchases in a paper bag paper bag because she remembers that I requested at once. Now she does it every tdoes it every time, which reminds me of the eighties when people when people said the pledge of allegiance to the legends without shame...

The shopping carts are well maintained and dont squeak or wobble. Lots of parking available. Trash cans close to the doors. Customer service desk had no wait. Only downside is there are no cart corrals that I could see.

They are trying very hard to keep their customers safe today when I was there I only saw one person without a mask they have announcements on the PA all the time telling you you must wear a mask and to stay this six feet apart. They are always very helpful the only complaint is I think their prices are a little on the high side but I do enjoy shopping at Publix

They were all working hard and stocking shelves as fast as they could while keeping almost every register open. All the employees remained friendly and offered to help customers. Comment: Love the selection in the store, seafood and meats are awesome as well as the fruits and vegetables. The only concern I have time after time is the deli. It never seems like they have enough people so you have to wait forever. I just feel it could be run a lot smoother and more efficient.The front check out is usually awesome so really no issues here. Overall I think the store is great and will continue to go and recommend it to anyone.
