Comment: The customer service staff was immaculate. As I walked in, Archangel Litzy floated down to me. She said in a booming voice “welcome child, to the gates of heaven” as she showed me where the tortillas where, I could feel God looking down at me. This experience was very moving and I highly recommend taking shrooms before shopping here.

Comment: Everybody swear is that Publix is more expensive than every other grocery store. I find that untrue. Maybe its more expensive if you go buy one or two items. But if you go grocery shopping for all your products there are so many opportunities for buy one get one free or half price items that the sales become drastic to the point of savings. Not only do you save more money grocery shopping but theres an entirely different group of people that work and shop at Publix. Everyone is respectful, act civilized. Definitely the total opposite type of experience than what you have at other competitive stores. I think Publix is the best grocery store, even if it was more expensive just the experience alone makes it stand above the rest.

Comment: My experience was a four star. My favorite dessert from Publix is a Quattro leches cake from the bakery and its delicious. Unfortunately many times that I go to get this desired cake. Its not there. I asked last night the bakery employee. When are these cakes made? How many of them are made? And she did not know one bit of information about this Quattro that just cake. She told me the cake will be there tomorrow but shes not sure if they make it every day. And I said oh they make it every day. Im sure that of that oh, and its a 8$ to $9 cake. And worth every penny. I havent found anything else like it

Comment: Publix is by far the cleanest of the mega grocers in florida. They have a policy I really appreciate which is that if an item scans with the wrong price you get the item for free. Normally prices are much higher than, for example, Aldi. However if you download their app and just focus on Bogos ( buy one get one free ) you can save a huge amount of money.

At the deli, the staff is friendly and listens to what and how you want everything cut and even shows you how thick they are going to cut your order before cutting it. Another thing when you order cheese they make sure to use a lot of the sheets between the sliced cheese, so it is easy to put it on the sandwich. Most places and other Publix just cut it and put it in the bag. When you try to use the thin sliced cheese, it is impossible to separate it. Would recommend this place to anyone. Also, they have 6 self-serve checkouts that are great. If you have an issue, there is always someone standing there to assist you or fix a price issue. Great store and convenient location.

Comment: Bakery staff (especially George) was extremely helpful in making a wedding cake last minute for my sister in law. She ordered a cake elsewhere and it looked and tasted terrible. I called Publix bakery less than 24 hours before the wedding and they quickly helped make a new one for us to pick up in time. Cake was delicious and looked perfect. So thankful for the help and understanding particularly in a pinch!

Comment: We love this Publix because is very clean and organized. Every time my husband and I go to Publix the Manager Evans always smile at us and said hello. He always help us with anyting with need. He is amazing very professional, helpful and polite. Publix is lucky to have such a great employee. We cannot say enough nice things about him and the way he runs the store with the employees. Everyone seems to be having a nice time and is very happy. Comment: Omg! I ordered a cake here for my friends thirtieth birthday! She was throwing a “funeral for her 20s” party and I ordered a cake with a cute phrase! I also vauguely wrote the note “maybe a casket drawing??”, not expecting too much for my $26 cake. Bruh, they delivered. They made me a really special cake that was FULL casket with a spiderweb and roses and the whole freaking sha bang!!! Kudos to the managers and cake makers for truly delivering a wonderful experience despite my vaugue instructions and weird request!! They will hook you up!!!! Nice!!!!!

Comment: Thanks so much for helping us!I went to this Publix to get my husbands prescription that he got after being discharged from Florida hospital ER.While waiting for the script in the pharmacy area my husband not feeling well was leaning on me restlessly trying to sleep. When a Publix deli employee came over & asked if he was ok & if there was anything she could do or we needed while we waited.She went above & beyond her duties to fill his bag with ice & even got him a glass of ice water.This random act of kindness was so needed because we both were exhausted from being awake all night at the hospital.Ive been shopping at Publix since I was a kid in the early 1970s.Theyve always had amazingly kind & knowledgeable employees & today was no exception.Thank You so much, your help was much appreciated.

Comment: I purchased some childrens Delsym for my son after speaking with the pharmacist on duty who instructed me to only administer one dose if it didnt cease the coughing. I lost my receipt but the store was able to locate it. The store informed me without the hard copy it would habe to go on a gift card. Talked to corporate who said it was up to the store to take care of the customers needs as well as the stores needs and referred me to the stores mngr and asst. mngr. They wasnt in, spoke to asst. Customer Service mngr. Confirmed what I was told because it was a high price item. $10.69. Will not purchase anything from this store again. I dont like people telling me how to spend my money, or having to keep up with receipts in case I dont need an item.I must retract my last comment. I visited the store to speak with the supervisor and she was very generous. She said she wasnt sure why that info was given to me and gave me back my cash and told me to keep the gift card. Nice!

Comment: I have been shopping here for most of my life, & I have only good experiences to report. But tonight was exceptional. I want to praise Nathan, the team member handling the hot items in the deli. What a friendly, courteous, helpful young man. He gave me a sample, which yielded a sale of 2 hot food items. He even gave me the list of ingredients in one of the soup recipes, to be sure it did not contain my food allergen, for future reference.All of this while he was preparing to close his area for the night. Not once making me feel rushed or heckled to buy something. I do hope his managers can read this & give him the praise he deserves. This review is being submitted without request; I just want to report a good experience & not a complaint. (Not that I ever have to complain about this store.) Bravo, ladies & gentlemen. (^_^)

Comment: Bakery crew was amazing, I was looking for a specific treat for my grandkids but it wasnt ready to be put on the trays and instead of telling me it wasnt available like other places, they put them to cool down faster and asked me to come back in 5 min. They had it ready before and looked for me in the isles to hand it personally. If that is not 1st class customer service I dont know what is!!!!!

Comment: Very good Sushi chef, Win is his name, he doesnt speak English, if you have a smartphone, put on translator and choose Burmese I type in order and thats how I perfectly communicate with Win. The deli department is great, Publix brand gives Boars Head brand competition.Bakery, I get Tiramisu, pricey but worth every bite. Like cupcakes with cream cheese frosting. Staff is wonderful, you receive Disney quality service. This Publix, in my opinion is managed better than the others in this area.

Comment: Even though is a busy location I truly enjoy getting my groceries here. I had an amazing experience today while shopping here. Right after I finish paying at the register the cashier was really nice to me and the the girl that was bagging my groceries even walked me to my car and helped me. Wow that is beyond amazing customer service I unfortunately didnt get the cashiers name but Savanah took the time to listen to my chit chat until we got to the car thank you Savanah and everybody else that keeps working hard at this publix you guys really made my day.
