It was very disappointing but spoke with Leslie the bakery manager and she made it right by graciously providing a complete refund. Kudos to Leslie for her Customer Service excellence! She restored my confidence in Publix that they will do the right thing.

I intend to finish my bachelors of philosophy and then apply to Stanford, Berkeley and Cal Tech. I purchase all of my food, drinks and smokes from this location using money friends and family have sent me via cash app and my Apple Pay. Thank you so much for being kind. The store has the best selection I have ever seen, and is clean, and has a kind staff. The store manager kindly asked me if she could help me find anything the other day. Some guy yelled at her, and she told me to just ignore him. Idk why he was so rude. This store helped me change my life for the better. I am a student and just got a job at Tesla Im San Francisco!!! I have been camping nearby off property. I should be on a plane to California by Tuesday. Thank you for not treating me like a thief or like trash. You have no idea how grateful I am for this store and its staff. When I am a great scientist, I will not forget the a ts of kindness from my past. Comment: Ive always receive friendly service here at this location but this morning the younger lady at the hot food area gave a lady a pack of breaded plain wings and then told me it would be 50 minutes for a pack. So i asked the gentleman if he could just box up the same amount of wings that would come in a pack for me from the area where they have it displayed and ready he told me 50 minutes as well. Fine so i asked the younger lady why she gave the lady a pack of wings. She lied and told me that was the last one when thats false because i walked in there when i first got into publix not even 15 mins before and there was nothing displayed yet, which is why i walked around first in hope to get my chicken when i get back...She then switched her lie and said she just gave her what was left over from the hot food display. Then still decided to be rude and unapologetic and walked right into the back to hide. I come to this publix every day if not every other day....all of your employees have been friendly and more then accommodating for me. This happened around 10am. I did not get the young African American ladys name but she was wrong and she lied, and didnt even give me the wings i asked for which they clearly had ready.

Comment: Recent fruit at publix has been okay, I suppose it is not the season but that is why this would all make sense. I recently ate a piece of honeydew from this publix and it simply tasted to good to be true, artificial even. As per recent events the honey dew is hard and flavorless. There is no way that there isn’t something going on in the back where they are making artificial honey dew. For example tofu, but the texture of honey dew and in a hard ball shape. They must have really good arts and paint it to look like authentic honeydew and use syringes to give the fake fruit with flavor. This would only make sense. It takes time to grow fruit and there are alot of time consuming aspects to it. Who ever is painting those things need a raise! Looks totally real!

The only problems were long wait for cashiers, electric carts that didnt work although the lights showed fully charged and about 6-7 young kids riding their bikes in and out around the parking lot, causing traffic to hit their brakes and to nearly hit cars and shoppers walking in and out of the store. Saw manager talking to them when we were leaving, but seemed to not stop them. This was while it was sprinkling and around 8pm and it was dark.

Comment: The store is fine and pleasant to shop in. However I noticed on the second Sunday in January that approximately 20% of the customers were not wearing masks,, they get right up next to you when youre online for check out without leaving any distance. I know the store cant do anything about it, but I felt like I was in an incubator for the virus. On the positive side, to my good surprise, at the checkout part of the counter in the pharmacy on the day I was there they had a good supply of at home testing kits for sale.I did see an employee whose Mask was under his nose, thus I deducted one star. This review is my opinion and observations.

Comment: So well staffed and everyone helpful. Last time I was at Walmart there was 1 checkout open. The rest were self checkout. Publix had 6 or 7 people manned checkouts...and baggers...looking clean & neat in their green shirts & khaki pants. The store was clean , bright and well stocked. A pleasure to shop there.

Comment: I love this Publix and I have to say that Hunter, who works at this location, is one of the most energetic, positive employees youve got working here... youd never know if he was having a bad day, always helpful and just so personable...hes always hustling to make sure nobody is waiting long and really seems to enjoy his job, its refreshing! Comment: Very nice place to shop. The staff was polite. Its located in the Cooper City Commons plaza. Fully stocked up on food and fresh produce bakery, meat and seafood departments. Huge frozen sections with many varieties of international foods, pizza , ice cream and much more. Plenty of free parking and there is a lot of other places to eat and shop at right in the plaza. Not easy to spot from the main road but its right inside the plaza. If you see the Wendys and the PNC Bank, its right behind it over in the corner.

Comment: Clean and fully stocked even as soon as they open in the mornings. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Checkout is quick and courteous. Sale prices are nearly equal to or better than the competition. This store is a pleasure to shop at. Even their website is better than the competition.(A year or so later: Still the nicest most well stocked grocery store Ive been to. Yes there are better prices on some items at other stores, but this is still my favorite store to shop in.)

Comment: Quality meats cut how you want. Prices are a bit high But you actually know what youre eating. Bathrooms are clean, no long line waits like at Wal-Mart. A produce manager named Lisa S. was a life saver. Needed an emergency veggie platter for a last minute gathering and she had it made up in no time and is epitome of customer service. Shes the reason I shop there!!!

Comment: Very polite workers! Honestly, I believe this is one of the best. The subs here are outstanding and the service is great. One minor issue is at the deli. This department doesnt have proper training, I observe this at every Publix. They lack some of the proper sanitary procedures from the food service such as Changing gloves and replacing and cleaning utensils after each use. Also the employees in this department do not have a uniform way of preparing something.

I think a lot of schools that are teaching customer service should take their students to get a hands on training

Comment: I called to inquire about a certain product that I could not find at any local stores. Keith, the manager, was extremely pleasant and helpful. He was familiar with the product and knew that it was supposed to be coming to the store soon. He asked me to hold while he checked personally. The product had arrived, and he told me the aisle number and shelf on which I could find it. He also told me of the different varieties available from the same company. Then he gave me directions to the store. I was amazed at the excellent customer service, and am making Publix at Cooper City my go to store for everything on my shopping list!
